I had a great experience doing business with Gordon and his crew. They were very professional and I m more than satisfied with their work.

A family member has a contract with Gordon for weekly landscaping services of cutting, weed eating, etc sadly their services this season has been below average regardless of the attempts to communicate problems and dissatisfaction..their yard crews keep changing so difficult to be consistent and seems each time they come same problems..no leadership and no one checks the work..several times they have been a no show weekly..really never know when they will show up..talking to crew members they are told to work to time and not to a standard..20 minutes for this property to accomplish what needs to be done..obviously attention to detail and lack of completed tasks...also fail to weed landscaping as per the contract once a month..sadly when calling to discuss never their fault..not wanting excuses but results..you call for a project they rapidly get on top of doing it..they do a great job on special additional projects but overpriced..their irrigation work is hot and cold..quick to repair but just fail to make sure new heads or their work covers the intended area..sadly poor results and poor service..they may be good on projects where they don t have to maintain it but otherwise for weekly landscaping needs I do not recommend..

I have known Gordon Andrede for approximately four years. While we have never contracted him for work, he has come over to our house and volunteered to help us with a number of home repairs and landscaping projects. He is also actively involved with volunteer work with local churches and charities, and he can often be seen doing their landscapes. His work ethic is unimpeachable, so much so that I entrusted my little brother to him so he could learn the importance and joy of a hard day s work. I trust Mr. Andrede more than anyone to communicate transparently, work hard on whatever he is contracted for, and deliver excellent results with a professional attitude.

Gordon is an outstanding,very professional and he knows his stuff I tell you, hes easy going easy to get along with and very talented when it comes to landscaping or gardening.

Mr. Gordon gave an estimate. On his website, he gives a guarantee on his work. First, he said that he would use my day lilies in the new gardens, but when the work was done, only about half of my day lilies were used and he did not return the others to me. Second, he stated he would use Native Oklahoma plants. He did not. He did not even use the plants he showed in the planning process. Third, in planning the gardens, he talked me into an island, which was supposed be 4 tall. It isn t. It was not packed down properly so there are divots in the island where it looks like the dirt has settled. He planted hydrangeas. According to Glamour (Landscaping site), they state: Knowing where to plant hydrangea shrubs is an important first step. Many people plant hydrangeas in beds next to their homes or fences. This is because hydrangeas love the warm morning sun, but they dislike the heat of the afternoon. The best place to plant hydrangeas is in a sheltered location with sunny mornings and shady afternoons. You often find this on the north or south side of your home. Avoid planting directly underneath trees, which can lead to competition for water and nutrients. High winds can rip and damage leaves and destroy the flowers. He planted these in the island, in full sunlight receiving full sunlight in the afternoon, in direct path of the high winds from the south. Fourth, one of the primary reasons for the garden improvements was weeds. I m elderly and unable to pull weeds. I discussed this with Mr. Gordon. He said he would take care of it. Well, only a few weeks after he left, weeds appeared. No weed barrier was put down now I ve paid out $500 to have the gardens weeded. Fifth, the plants Mr. Gordon planted were immature, some less than 2 in diameter. Others only 4 in diameter. Sixth, one of the trees he planted was crooked. When I showed it to him, he kicked it and said, There. Then he walked off. Seventh, his website states they want satisfied customers, and I am anything but satisfied!!!

Great people they work hard FOR you

I tried calling and leaving left a voicemail to initiate contact, And I never received a call back. I messaged their Facebook page, and finally reached someone. They said they would come by to give an estimate between two days last week. Never came. Never responded to my calls, messaged them again on Facebook and was left on read. Unbelievable. This has been the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a business. I have a large landscaping budget, but will go with bedrock. They have been much better with their customer service. Don t give business to those with absolutely terrible customer service. They will waste your time like they did mine.

Leaving another poor review because they QUICKLY replied to my review on here and said they contacted me, but that is a lie. I am honestly shocked at how fast they lied on these reviews to save face, but how many attempts they have ignored at me reaching out. So I added proof on my last attempt to contact, that they saw my message, and it went ignored. My calls were never answered. Shame on them for treating any customer this way and then lying about it.
