The employees of 4D landscaping do a fantastic job. They are out in rain, snow, extreme heat and humidity. They definitely deserve a substantial pay raise, in addition to words of appreciation. It's good for morale to let employees know that they are valued. Keep up the amazing job guys!!

I had two breaks in the pvc pipes for my lawn irrigation system. 4-D made me an appointment within 48 hours. They arrived as scheduled and quickly fixed the breaks. The employee was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.

We had a line leak in our system in the backyard. We called that moring and they came out that morning! We definitely appreciated the rapid response. We are extremely happy with the service we received.

Give me an estimate of $925.00 dollars to level out a 10'x10' hill in my yard, about 10 inches high at middle point. With a machine, maybe 30 minutes at most. No planting or anything, just leveling. I know what the other reviewer was talking about when he said basically illegal rates. This rate was probably more like $700.00 an hour and that's allowing $225 just to get here in the same town. I understand companies needing to make money, but really. Wow

Called and scheduled an appointment for sprinkler valve repair and install of a rain detector. Took 3 phone calls to get scheduled but was finally scheduled. Was told to wait at our house from 09:00 - 12:00. At 08:30 a worker from 4-D showed up at the house across the street from mine and began working on their system. Never once did he acknowledge that he would be coming to work on our system. After waiting around all morning, at 12:00 I tried to call and no one answered so I left at 12:05 to go to work. At 12:09 the worker came from my neighbors house and rang my doorbell. I only know this because my security cameras recorded it. No one from 4-D has contacted me to reschedule or follow-up. I called and left a message for someone to call me back and I have yet to receive a return phone call. When I pay for services I expect professional services. At the least, some communication as to what is going on would be nice. At this point I would recommend you fix your own sprinkler issues rather than wasting your time waiting on someone to come to your residence.

Recieved an estimate which the best way I can describe is... fraudulent. Highest national rate for labor services requested is $80.00 an hour. I was quoted over $300. Estimates for equipment rental and vendor supported material double to 5 times actual cost (researched and called local vendors before quote). Landscaping job I requested should have be around $40-50,000 (large job but basic work). They quoted around $150,000. Also, the primary job needed was retaining walls, and I was told the wall needed to allow water to flow through it. Which if you didn't know, is the one thing you don't want. Beware!
