I paid for army worms 3 months service with Top Turf. After initial treatment, they don t want to come out to check on the army worms progress. I have called them multiple times and each time, they say will schedule appt to come. After 2 weeks still no appt. I said you are breaching ur contract and they claim there was no contract. Verbal agreement is a contract and requested a refund which they refused. Do not deal with this company. Get ur army worms treatment elsewhere. They dont honor their contract.

Update 08/30/2023 Rohan Bishop came out on a special service call for us yesterday. Top Turf has been treating our lawn for many years and he has done a great job taking care of our turf. Hes since been promoted so I dont get to see him as our regular tech but for the most recent service call it was nice to see he was assigned to assess our turf. As usual, hes polite, shows interest in our concerns and took the time to take care of us. I wish he was still our regular tech, but a well deserved promotion, congrats. Top Turf tried to tell me I had dollar spot and wanted to charge me for them to come out and show me where. When they finally came out, they admitted I was correct (no dollar spot). They also failed to knock on my door before service as I requested and they had agreed to do, or to provide details about what they were applying. The final straw was when they left my gate open and my dogs got loose.

I had Top Turf for over a year but had to cancel after seeing the representative that serviced my yard. He spend less than 30 seconds to spread less than a handful of treatment across my yard (my yard is not small). Instead of treating the weeds that he saw he pulled them up by hand so as to make them unnoticeable. There was another representative in the truck while my yard was being serviced and they laughed about how quick the service was as if it was a game. In addition, I noticed the treatment cycles were getting closer and closer together costing me more money for less service. I really hate that because the company started so well when I Initially signed up for service. After witnessing the service provided I lost all trust in Top Turf. When I brought this to the attention of the administrative staff they offered to provide me with a free treatment, but the damage had been done. Unfortunately, Im in search for another company that I can trust to do what they are being paid to do. A real disappointment .

They started spraying at 650am with his sprayer idle turned up. Woke up my daughter, and sent my dog into a barking frenzy. I asked the guy, you start before 7am he just kind of shook his head. Very inconsiderate to start that early with a high idle on a pump before 8am in a neighborhood.

Good luck canceling their service! I recommend not giving them your credit card number

The employees at this location need to learn how to stop pulling out in front of oncoming traffic and almost causing accidents. They turn right out of the facility and immediately get into the left lane to go to the gas station half a mile down the road in the mornings. Numerous times I ve had to slam on my brakes or quickly change lanes to avoid hitting your company vehicles. I ve seen it happen to other people countless times as well.

Top turf ruined my lawn its a gimmick first they fertalize, then weeds come up, then you have to call them back, when they come back and treat the weeds it leaves brown spots. Once the brown spots appear then they say its a fungus. Which is extra money. I have been cheated for three years with this exact same pattern. They ruined my beautiful Bermuda yard.

Thanks to Too Turf and specifically Michael Bundy paying attention to details as it relates to the needs of my lawn making special off cycle visits to treat stubborn weeds. Grass looks great.

Technician comes the day they specify. He quietly comes to the property, does the required work quickly, and leaves us notice of the work he has done. Communication with the home office is also easy.

My annual termite structure inspection was schedule for July 2, 2024, between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. I called at 4:05 p.m., because no one had shown and was told tech didnt answer phone. I called back at 4:30 p.m., after no show and was told tech got caught up on another call. Then I was told the Tech said he tried to call me and couldnt reach me which was a flat out lie. One thing I dont tolerate is someone lying on me especially when Im spending my hard-earned money and have been dealing with a company for too many years for someone to lie on me. I am waiting for his manager to call me. I dont even want this person on my property at all in the future.

My experience with top TURF on our first visit was phenomenal. The technicians did an excellent job took their time, was very thorough and respectful of making sure the fence was closed and everything was secured before they left. Two hours later the tree and shrub guy showed up and did exactly the same thing and did a phenomenal service, and one week after they did the service the weeds that were appearing in my yard or already turning brown and wilting. Definitely would recommend these guys.

Horrible service! The lawn workers came to my house and thought no one was watching them because the back gate was locked. Neighbors informed me that they went back into their truck even though the front yard does not have a gate.They left the front yard untreated. I called the office to make sure I won t be charged for the treatment (that did not exist) the girl on the phone said I would be charged because they treated the front yard and the technician will call me back an ignorant fool who was not the tech said he is the owner/ manager or whatever and I won t be charged and that s what the previous girl said (which she didn t) . Bad customer service! He was rude and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Chad did an outstanding job aerating the lawn. He was pleasant & took the time to listen to my directions concerning certain problem areas to avoid in the yard.

Ive been using TopTurf for about a year now and our technician Gavin E takes great care of our lawn! Weve seen a huge reduction in weeds and our grass had never been greener. He always leaves detailed notes and recommendations to take better care of our lawn outside of weed and fertilizer applications. If he notices the normal schedule isnt cutting it, theyll come out again for free to get rid of stubborn weeds without us even asking. Ive tried the DIY approach and it never made an impact and is tedious. TopTurf takes out the guesswork, actually gets rid of weeds, and ends up being cheaper than buying DIY options.
