Executive Turf Care in Lawrenceville

I called trying to resolve a billing issue that involved being auto-charged for services and I was met with the yelling voice of a nasty attitude of a white trash woman named Denise instead of having someone polite and well-mannered who wanted to help solve the issue. Do not use this service; they don’t even do your whole lawn consistently. My cameras always showed that they did not even apply to my backyard lawn. Never again.

I have been so dissapointed with lawn care services I have used until I found Executive Turf Care. The team takes the time to treat your yard as if it was their own, and they send out techs who listen and understand how to address the common issues we face here in Georgia. They are priced fairly and always responsive to my requests. Dont hesitate, hire Executive turf care for a job well done every time.

Have been treating our lawn for around 15 years. Great response to any questions or concerns. Get nice comments on the grass on a regular basis, and over the years multiple neighbors have engaged them for their lawns as well.

I really wasn’t going to leave a review and just let it go. Don’t use this company. After I had to cancel after the first service. They made promises that were not kept. I would receive a text notice or email the day before the service was to take place. Never happened. I told them about brown patches in front yard. Made promise the tech would look at them and let me know what could be done. Never happened. To top it off on the first service they missed part of the property. I signed up and showed them my property lines. On the first service they missed part of the property. I called to let them know and then received a call from tech named Gavin. My cameras recorded his entire visit. Gavin then proceeded to argue about how he missed nothing. I have a regular landscape company that cuts the yard and they at times have missed that area. I just let them know and they come back out and take care of it. They don’t debate as to how it wasn’t missed. I then called the office and explained that Gavin was confrontational and argumentative. She said she would try to have a manager call me back. A few days later, a manager named Kevin called back and tried to start an argument and being defensive. He said I see you thought we missed an area. He then goes on to say…See here’s the thing, my guys don’t do that. Wow. Everything starts from the top plans trickles down. This was very unprofessional and poor customer service. I have already went with a larger company.

These guys use super high quality products that are non irritating to the skin for kids or animals and their granular product is even coated. They are also very conscientious and truly care about their clients and even with this extraordinary quality and service, they still are very competitive on their rates! Definitely should give them a shot! 👌🥇🏆

I used to apply my own chemicals to my yard but the yard across the street always looked better . . . in fact it was basically perfect. The best on the street in fact. Then I started paying attention to what the neighbors put on the yard. After several years of trying to mimic what they did, and copy what the professional services applied, I decided to try a professional service. So I chose Executive Turf care (which is the company that does the perfect yard across the street). We're now starting our third year with them and my yard is as nice as the guy across the street . . . basically perfect. I'm spending the same with Executive that I spent on my own chemicals. But now I don't have to keep track of the calendar and I don't have to do the work. Plus I freed up a bunch of room in the basement where I used to store chemicals. Going with Executive was one of the best homeowner decisions I've made in the 20 years I've lived here! Their service is great. The field guys are knowledgeable and courteous and the office staff is very good to work with. They are the best in the business.

Amazing company always on time!!! my yard is never looked better! Highly recommend if you are looking for service !
