Darren and crew replaced a crumbling railroad tie wall with landscape blocks in just 3 days. Everything went smooth and it looks great. The price was very fair. I couldnt be happier.

ITM came out two weeks ago to give me a quote on a full backyard makeover. I was told I would receive the estimate in about 4 days. It never came. I followed up by leaving a message at the office. I then got a text from the man who came out stating he had been busy but would have it to me by the following week. It still hasn t shown up. I can t imagine spending $20,000 with a company that can t provide an estimate in a reasonable amount of time. Total waste of my time!!

Once we got started everything feel into place quickly. We had to lay river rock along our back fence to fight erosion. They look Sooo goood! Eric and his crew did a great job!

Darren and the ITM team were great to work with. I engaged them to work on a drainage solution for my back yard. Darren was always quick to respond, communication was top notch! Not only that but the solution he architected was different than other landscapers, however it did the trick. We couldnt be happier with the work they did beginning to end. Its functional but also looks great! We have a ton of landscape ideas that we want to work on in the near future. We will definitely be a return customer many times over.

My new house came with a flooding muddy yard. I called several local companies to get quotes. ITM was half the cost of the competition AND their resolution plan was much more thorough. Im very picky and I wanted several details that were out of the ordinary. Eric was happy to accommodate my wishes flawlessly. The crew that came out (David, Carlos, and Chris) were extremely hard working and pleasant. We had a big rain midway through the project that was a big hurdle. They didnt skip a beat! They remained on track and didnt let it slow them down. I know Im a difficult customer and I insist on perfection. Eric took care of everything and exceeded my expectations.

Brandon comes out to go over everything before beginning the project and is very thorough and helpful with ideas. I will definitely be using them again for any other major projects I may have. T.

We hired ITM to help us replace dead grass and fix the drainage in our backyard. They installed an underground drainage system, fixed the grading, and laid brand new zoysia sod for us to be better suited for our shady backyard. Very happy with the work Eric and team did. I was impressed with the quality of the work. I highly recommend this company. It met my landscaping needs which included a paver patio, steps, and walkways to the patio and driveway.

Erics crew installed sod at my house and it is beautiful. His crew takes care of my property now and are super helpful. Any requests I ve made are promptly completed.

We hired ITM back in March and couldnt be happier with our landscape! We had a huge problem with water pooling around the house when it rained, and we wanted to make sure we used a skilled landscaper to fix our drainage issues. Our project manager, Darren, was super responsive and took suggestions of what I was looking for in planting/hardscaping and made it a reality. He really has an eye for balance and aesthetics. Completed a major project with ITM Landscape Company. This includes a retaining walls about 210 long, a 12 X12 slab for the shed, sods and pine straws. Brandon Potts and his team did a very fantastic job. They did able to get all that work done and cleaned up nicely in about 4 days. They was very professional, responsible, and on time. Eric and his crew installed a French drain (3 boxes) and ran it across my entire back yard correcting a horrible drainage problem. They installed beautiful river rock enhancing the look of our yard and sod leaving the area looking as if it had never been touched. We were Impressed with Erics quick responses to each call, txt, or e-mail! His recommendations were clear and quoted fairly. He was not pushy trying to sell more than we needed. We recently bought a home in unincorporated Lilburn that has a beautiful wooded backyard. Wanting to ensure the woods didn t get overgrown, we engaged ITM to care for our lawn and maintain the landscape. We also had them address erosion, add drainage, expand our deck and build a stone patio and fireplace. Eric and Brandon have been responsive and have created an oasis for us that we will enjoy for years to come.

ITM Landscape did an outstanding job on our backyard project, which included a modular block retaining wall with fire pit, landscaping, and sod installation. It was truly a pleasure to work with Brandon and the crew. We could not be happier with the transformation and look forward to entertaining in the space for years to come!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ITM Landscape to everyone!!! I was impressed with the company s ability to handle all of our needs from stem to stern. The company owner (Eric) and the project manager (Brandon) made themselves available throughout the project( a rarity today). All of the employees were professional, enthusiastic and showed a working knowledge of landscaping. Bottom line, another rarity today is the feeling that we got our moneys worth.

Their initial work is ok - but they dont stand behind their work - look elsewhere. In response to your comment - NO I did not review the wrong company - when I contacted you about plants that were dying - you did NOTHING and it was less than 6 months.

I have been using ITM Landscaping for 4 years and have had a good experience so far. Initially, they completely revamped 2 islands in front of my home with all new bushes and a stone border that went completely around the rest of the house. The next year, they added smaller border plants along with a few flower beds and some additional bushes and boulders. Every couple of years they redo all the mulch and consistently do a good job on mowing the yard and trimming the bushes.

On behalf of my wife and I, we can t thank Eric (owner) and all his crew for a job WELL DONE! It was a three day job that primarily entailed construction of a Dry Creek Bed and a Fire Pit. In addition, there was plenty of landscaping that was involved to complete the job. Sod, several various plantings, mulch, and pine straw were laid down to add the final touch. The creek bed was 72 feet long that required three downspouts to be piped underground running into the creek bed. I trust the photos I enclose will help you see what I just said. The four foot diameter fire pit was enclosed with a sixteen foot sitting area. Again, I trust the photos will make this meaningful to any reader. In conclusion, the price was very fair, the crew who worked here were outstanding and enthusiastic. They would park outside our house usually by 7:15 am just waiting for the clock to say 7:30. (I believe by county law they can t start earlier than 7:30.) At that time they would descend onto our property and would not stop until lunchtime. Much the same diligence after the lunch hour. We enjoyed their company for those three days...they were like family to us. Needless to say, we are VERY SATISFIED customers. I kid you not...we were looking forward to tendering the final payment due because we knew our money was well spent.

Prompt, timely and affordable

My wife and I hired ITM for a total backyard makeover. This included removing an old railroad-tie retaining wall and replacing with a block retaining wall, laying gravel, installing a dry creekbed and a catch-basin drain system, installing a rock border around beds in the back yard, grading & laying sod. We chose to hire ITM after receiving quotes from them and two competitors not because they were the cheapest (they were competitive, but not the cheapest), but because Brandon, who provided our estimate, listened and responded with a quote that most accurately reflected what we wanted to accomplish. Brandon was truly a pleasure to work with and was very responsive and communicated with us very well all throughout the work process. He even helped add/remove items from the quote as we further decided on exactly what we wanted to accomplish for our project. When the work began, the workers arrived exactly when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. We had a few concerns throughout the course of completing the project. Specifically, some changes had to be made to the agreed-to drainage project and we werent informed or consulted until that work was complete, one part of the original work quoted wasnt completed related to the retaining wall, and we also had some concerns about what the finished product would look like for the stone border. I brought these concerns to Brandons attention and he communicated with the work crew so they could address/fix the issues that we raised. All throughout, Brandon was polite & professional. He was at our house no less than 4 different times to walk the yard, review the project and discuss items we felt like needed more attention. After a few week delay from the initial complete date due to other jobs and weather, the work crew showed up again this morning and wrapped everything up. Brandon showed up this morning and stayed on-site with the crew today to ensure no confusion or miscommunication and that everything was buttoned up exactly as it needed to be. I considered giving a 4-star review instead of a 5-star because throughout the project, there seemed to be a disconnect between my conversations with Brandon to convey our concerns, and the work that the crew was completing. Brandon understood what needed done but the work crew didnt seem to execute exactly what was described to them. However, I firmly believe that any project, indoors or outdoors, will come with some concerns/oversights. To me, it is most important how you handle and address those situations, and I feel like ITM did exactly what they needed to in order to wrap everything up satisfactorily. Our back yard is looking great!

I was referred to ITM by my mother. I needed some artificial turf installed in my backyard and ITM was happy and eager to assist. ITM partnered with Forever Lawn to get the job done. I already had my material so all they needed to do was get me the right measurements. They worked quick and very professional. After a couple days, I noticed water build up in the corner but ITM came to take care of the issue by installing drain box and added some rocks for visual appeal. I would definitely refer or use this landscaper again.

This is the third time we ve used ITM for landscaping. Trey and another landscaper spread fill dirt and then laid sod in our backyard. Very professional, friendly and courteous.

Completed a major landscaping project with ITM in July 2019 which included major drainage / grading work, edging, plantings, step stones, and sod. I am very pleased with the work done by Tony and team and with the service provided by Eric. Attention to detail was high and I felt listened to; when I provided feedback it was incorporated even if it required another trip to the house. Everyone I encountered from ITM was friendly and genuine, I felt comfortable having them at the house and appreciated the dialogue we were able to have throughout the project to ensure it aligned with expectations.

He pays very close attention to detail and the end results are just incredible... My yard looks absolutely amazing and everyone that passes has to stop and compliment me. Sent a message to them this morning and heard back very quickly and set up a time for Eric to stop by for an estimate today. Met with Eric regarding some water drainage issues from my patio and back yard. He was on time and very nice and polite, took the time to discuss the options with me. Extremely impressed with him as there was no pressure, no salesman hard sales. Very friendly, even though I just met him today it was just like talking to an old friend.

Had a wonderful experience with ITM. They totally transformed the whole look of the backyard, explained everything step by step, and were consummate professionals. I called spoke with a gentleman twice had a weekend appointment no one ever called or showed up. I also called and left two message following the appointment and no one ever called back. Terrible customer service.

They did a great job for us both before, and after the job. James and his crew came out multiple times to put us at ease as to what their plans were to achieve our goal for our yard. Not to mention all the email exchanges talking about this and that for our yard, and SOD project. The SOD is looking great, and the rest of the yard is coming together now too.

ITM did a wonderful job taking care of our drainage problem earlier this year. They also planted a shade garden but one of the plants died before the spring came. I called them to let them know and spoke with them and was told they would take care of it. I called again a month later and left a message asking when they would replace the plant. THey called and told my husband they had not forgotten about us and would be out the next week. But my husband said they seemed non committal. We still have not heard from them. I understand that it is difficult to get out to our area to address this but to call twice and still not have the problem addressed is disappointing.

They may do a good job mowing and trimming, but DO NOT hire them for landscape design and installation. The majority of the plants have been suffering since installation last year, and before winter. I had to transplant many of the plants because the design made no sense or because they were not planted in a place to thrive. Several of them have died and the company refuses to call me back or fix their mistakes. They spread about 1 - 2 FEET of mulch around everything and so now I have to dig it up because mold is growing all over the mulch and plants. I hired them so I didnt have to do the work and now Ive put in the same or more hours as it took them to do it. It has been a terrible experience and WASTE OF MONEY!

Highly recommend ITM. They show up when they say they will, do what they said theyd do, clean up, and leave. Have used their services twice, and am completely satisfied. Didnt bother getting multiple quotes, since I have learned the low bidder is usually not the best choice.. Total professionals.
