Rigo and his coworkers did a fine job in my backyard. They filled in my pool and built a beautiful wall with steps. They were careful and brought in sod to finish the job. Thank you Rigo!

I used this company to upbuild my back yard so they had to have truck loads of dirt brought in and level it out and plant grass. The dirt that was brought in was full of small and big rocks. I tried to get the owner Rico to fix the problem but kept telling me he was out of town and the day we did set up an appointment for him to come and address the problem he was a NO SHOW. I am very unhappy with the work they did for me .

After having large trees removed from our backyard, we needed grading, sod installation, and general cleanup done. Rigo and his crew from Artisan Scapes LLC did an amazing job with the grading and sod installation. The clean up of our stone fire pit and removal of an old pergola made a huge difference. We are extremely happy with their work and look forward to having them back in the Spring to add some plantings! Rigo’s politeness and promptness stood out to us so we highly recommend and will call them again!

I’ll share some details of my experience, I was in need of landscapers for getting some work done in the backyard. We were trying to fully enhance the look by trying to transform the backyard with trees, plants and fountain installation. We decided to find a few companies and Artisan Landscapes came up in our searches. Looking at the fairly decent reviews, we reached out to them, a person named Rigo answered the telephone and was professional about greeting and discussing our needs for landscape design. It was up until he made a site visit and we went over our entire plan for designing the backyard and he gave us well suggestions on how things will look better. After his site visit, things went completely downhill. Rigo promised to get us a quote end of day same day and it’s been almost 5 days since he has not been able to come into contact nor given us the quote. If your company or business is not capable of handling a much larger type landscaping project then why bother wasting other peoples time. I hope they can change their ways of dealing with customers so something like this doesn’t happen often to customers and no time is wasted on either side. 1/5 for customer service and responsiveness. Will not recommend or suggest to anybody for people who want a full landscape design enhancement in their backyard.

Rigo and his crew did a fantastic job on our back yard. Detailed estimate and the job was done on the timeline promised. They went above and beyond in taking care of the details, and we ended up adding a few items to the project. Trees and stumps removed and cleaned up, brought in new soil and leveled things out, installed part of a new fence and gates, laid sod and prepped for seeding in other areas. Overall a great job, will definitely hire them for future projects. Updated review: Had Rigo and his crew to our new house and as usual they did an exemplary job. As we get settled in, we will use him again for future projects.

This is the second time I’ve used Rigo at my property and he has been excellent and exceeded my expectations every time. The first time he cut away a lot of trees and brush from my neighbors property that was overgrown to my side. It was a pretty big job And he came in with the best quote and went above and beyond to get the job done for me. This time he helped bring in dirt and help grade my property so the water will flow away from the house to eliminate erosion and he also built-in irrigation system that would drain the water away from the house. All in all I could say he is a great guy and does a great job and I will definitely use him going forward on all my properties.
