Friendly and convenient. They waited for me instead of closing when I called on my way. Greeted with a smile every time. Well thought out system that’s efficient. Prices are reasonable. The place is just really neat. Girls at the scale window were the best. We’re based out KC but any time I’m out this way working, I’m going to Pine. Good job to Kathy the owner. Straightforward pricing, we did bulk soil and planting mix. Weigh your vehicle, tell them what you want, they load it into the bed of your truck and you weigh and pay. Friendly team every time.
Pine was great to work with. My company was in town from Kansas City doing a large construction project. We needed about 90 tons of gravel delivered over the course of a few weeks. They were always prompt easy to work with very friendly and had great communication, from the office staff to the drivers. I highly recommend to any contractors in the area.
Best bulk purchase and delivery landscaping materials I've had. Courteous, efficient, and expedient delivery of materials. 3 loads at one time, neatly and nicely placed. Couldn't have hoped for better purchase and service experience. Oh did I mention very reasonable prices for bulk items! Just great.

Blair has made 2 deliveries to us and both times he was friendly and more than willing to make sure all the rocks were placed just so. AND he arrived early! Great customer service! We also received hand written thank you notes which hardly ever happens these days. We highly recommend Pine Landscaping.
Wanted to reach out regarding a purchase made recently, the delivery and service. Extraordinary. We had 4 tons of black gold soil delivered for use grading and at home projects, delivery was in super sacks on pallets, very high quality. The delivery was brilliant. Super sacks are genius. The driver placed the units with great care of existing plants and lawn, very orderly set and he was kind and efficient. Beyond that, what leads us message you directly was the follow up we received from Courtney. Hand written note and a very classy effort to follow up on business, well done Courtney. Based on this experience we plan to make some rock and other large landscaping purchases very soon, and are speaking about our experience often with other homeowners. Great stuff Pines.
Editing my review. We ordered rock that says on the website that is is Colorado river rock 2-4 inches and it is actually much bigger. We were disappointed by what we got vs what the description says on the website. After paying for the rock Cathy called me back and said that she will have the description updated to better reflect the size and since they didn t have the size of rock We needed They took back the rock and credited me back for the full amount. While our beginning experience was frustrating thanks to Cathy for being so willing to work with us and refund our money. She made this frustrating situation end on a very good note. Thank you for working with us.

Always friendly people. They have a good selection of topsoil & decorative rock at a fair price. They upgraded their scale and office so that you dont have to get out of your truck. Very convenient.
Friendly, hard-working, helpful and very knowledgeable associates. I bought landscaping rocks and fill dirt for a garden project. The associate figured how much soil I would need. They delivered the ton and a half of soil in strong, resealable bags which were set on sturdy wood flats. I was leary that it would be too much, but it turned out to be the exact right amount of soil that I needed.

I ordered some clean fill gravel, and 3 ton of Colorado River Rock and had it delivered. I had 2 ton of the river rock dropped loose on my drive to then move by wheel barrow. About a quarter into the pile I started to notice quite a bit of sand and gravel. I tried to separate the good rock from the other aggregate, but as the pile became smaller and mainly sand/gravel, I threw in the towel. I was left with a pile of debris on my drive I did not want, and had spent a bit of time trying to salvage the good rock. On Monday I notified Pines, and after some negotiation they agreed to come and remove the remaining aggregate from my drive. They agreed to work with me on the price for my time and troubles. They also swapped out the remaining one-ton of river rock I had them deliver in a burlap bag, in case this rock had the same issue as the loose rock on my driveway. Overall was pleased with the response to the issue and willingness to make right. With natural product there is some variation, etc, so I was expecting some sand/debris, but not this much. Thanks for making it right. Side note: the customer service persons calculation for the amount of clean fill gravel Id need for my trench drain was almost spot-on, and the river rock looks great now that its placed into my landscaped areas. Thanks!
