We had a really complex drainage ditch/French drain situation that Low Maintenance handled quickly and we couldn t be happier with the solution they provided. They even went above and beyond and added some mulching around the front of our house, a small area that I had no idea how to handle myself. We will be using Low Maintenance for many more projects in the future. Thanks, guys!!!!

Daniel is phenomenal! This landscaping company is exactly what we needed for our small, rocky and heavily-rooted townhome yard. They were responsive to my ideas, showed up promptly, worked efficiently and carried out all elements of the proposed plan. We feel so fortunate to have this company agree to work on our project.

Ryan, Tyler, and crew did an amazing job of designing and installing a fire pit with retaining wall and stone and garden landscaping. We could not be happier and highly recommend them for any landscaping needs.

Pre Pandemic fall of 2019, a landscape design contract that was paid in full ($700) with zero deliverables for even a basic raingarden design at the 5 month mark. Landscape designer completely flaked out on us when we started asking for a timeline and where they were at in the design process near month 5, announcing they had a family emergency and would work on our contracted design when they had time. They literally had nothing to show us at this point. We promptly thanked them for communicating their situation and asked for a refund so we could seek out other services. There were some warning signs along the way we wish we would have heeded. We have receipts. The owner wanted to fix the situation but we were so badly burned by their landscaper we did not want to risk anymore interaction. We just wanted a refund. Evenso, it took way more effort and back and forth than necessary, including getting credit card company we used (thank goodness!) involved when it was a clear breach of contract. A basic raingarden design should not take 5 months to design. We ended up with literally nothing and were out $250 and 5 months of time. It was quite a struggle to get any refund without threatening claims court. Just glad we received even a partial type of refund before the pandemic hit. We cannot recommend this company. Edited to respond: In response to owner, I was being gracious posting this review. You are right, I see I should have posted it right away instead of waiting for the worst of this pandemic to pass. No good deed... Potential customers have a right to know our experience. We waited nearly 5 months and this was *before* the family emergency that was very poorly conveyed in a text. She vaguely stated she had a family emergency and would work on our plan as time allowed. This text was received the middle of February the contract began in October. The lying and gaslighting never ends with this company but I digress. I could not believe any company would not know enough of the situation to have this landscapers work covered. How would you feel as a customer having this dropped on you after 5 months of very poor and flaky communication? Instead of you contacting us we had to contact you. See the problem? At 5 months out, plan sight unseen, contract paid in full, would you find this acceptable? Most people would find this pretty unreasonable. It was the last red flag, of which there were many. We all have hardships, none of us are immune. We had several hundred dollars tied up for just the site plans and it was never intimated to either myself or my husband there would be any issues with the contracted timeline. Yet 5 months and no plan to look over for even the front garden area? Come on. The contract had been paid in full for several months and with really zero updates of where anything was in progress and not for lack of trying. We were strung along. We can go back and forth on what is fair but the bottom line is your company was hired for a contracted job. Failing to deliver on this contract in a timely manner as stated and agreed upon was clearly a breach of contract well before the family emergencies occured. The poor treatment and lack of communication is at the center of our ultimate decision to discontinue any work with your company. Own it or dont. Just know it was a very poor experience because of your inaction and the way your landscaper conducted herself over the 5 months BEFORE the family emergencies. Notably, we ultimately made the correct choice.

Absolutely stellar customer service! Liz, leader of the maintenance crew, is so personable, fun, and responsive! She always quickly and effectively answers any plant care questions I have. Laura, the landscape designer, is thoroughly knowledgeable and personable, too. Their nursery features high quality plants, and they have the right people to help you out!

Tanner was very kind and professional when we had a run in. If we needed landscape work I would definitely give them a try.

Probably the best money we have ever sent. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, and LML actualized the dream. Plant varieties were offered and discussed, then chosen with our interest in mind for year round color and water mediation. The crew was professional, while also being very personal. Everyone from the landscape designer to the the instillation crew provided personal attention and went the extra mile. Thank you so much.

My yard was quite a challenge. I have not one but three utility boxes in my small back yard. This extremely talented group of folks took it on and made my backyard into a place that speaks to me. It reminds me of my time as a youth in the mountains of Colorado playing in creeks. I absolutely love it and highly recommend Low Maintenance Landscape for your landscaping needs.

LML put in pea gravel paths in our backyard as well as a 14 ft circle for a firepit and seating. They gave us sufficient notice of when they would start working. The guys who came out were very nice, professional and extremely hard-working! They worked through cold weather and rain as well! Our paths look great and we are amazed at what a difference they make in the backyard. Were looking forward to building our firepit and making gourmet Smores. The yard is a bit big, so the paths also give the yard a more appealing appearance by being broken up.

This company was completely professional from beginning to end. They revitalized and replanted a bed on the north side of my town home. They were especially good about communicating my choices of plants and shrubs, their pros and cons and the reasons for choosing one over another. I highly recommend this company.

Very very happy with the work done by Low Maintenance Landscape. The crew was very detail oriented and professional while on site. They fixed the drainage in an area of my yard weve referred to for years as Lake Lawrence. The torrential last rain put the work to the test. No standing water anywhere. I will definitely hire them again.

They may call it Low Maintenance - but its no maintenance for me because they take great care of it for me! My back yard was a HUGE challenge - steep slope and a thin layer of dirt over solid limestone. Tried and failed several times at planting things on our own. Eventually we had several different services pitch different ideas, but Ryan and the gang came up with ideas sounded like they might actually work and were more cost effective too. Now we have a cooler, quieter back yard space with greater privacy that looks great and I dont have to mow the big hill anymore! Their ongoing maintenance service keeps the neighbors happy and I dont have to even think about it, much less DO it.

I hired Low Maintenance Landscape to add some additional landscaped parking options and landscaping at my business. I couldnt have been happier with the result! Ryan, the owner, had a great vision of what was possible and helped make an even better plan than I could have imagined. Extremely professional, good communication and commitment to quality. I inquired about their service, they called me but never came out. A week has past and havent heard from them since.

They put in a beautiful garden and irrigation system for me. At the time, they didnt have a credit card payment option and Ryan was extremely helpful at getting that setup along with online payment options. Everyone I have worked with has been very helpful, knowledgeable, hardworking and kind. I would highly recommend Low Maintenance Landscape to anyone.

Ryan Domnick and his hardworking, friendly and respectful staff did an excellent job designing and implementing a complete landscape plan for our very difficult lot. Ryan sketched his ideas for the landscape early in our house construction process and his vision for the site has proven to be just what we wanted: aesthetically beautiful, with continuous seasonal interest and color; truly low maintenance (we do not have a sprinkler system and dont need one); and plantings provide erosion control along a steep driveway. LML installed a french drain along our driveway when underground springs required special drainage solutions. LML was willing to supervise our own labor, when we elected to do some of the work ourselves to save money. LML stood by their promises and replaced plants and trees at no cost when growing conditions were not as expected. We would do the whole project again with Ryan and will contract with him for maintenance, as well.
