Was soliciting bids for a company I work for to have some landscaping and tree trimming service, they responded quickly, was very informative, and extremely helpful in helping us decide what kind of services we were needing. Also, had a very comprehensive and competitive quote.

Taking over a rental community 4 years ago that had been in distress and not well maintained it was a relief to have made contact with Green Touch Lawn & Tree. They service our sprinkler system each year, have revamped the landscaping with seeding and seasonal upkeep. mulched and maintain the mulched area in our dog park as well as installed brand new sod a few years back which now has plush grass throughout the summer months. Tyler is always easily to get ahold of, willing to come out and entertain my crazy ideas and turn them into a feasible creation. This company had removed multiple dead trees from the property and I look forward to working with Tyler and the team at GreenTouch Lawn & tree in the upcoming years!

Recommended from neighbor. Called 2 weeks ago. Took my name and number still no call back. This is the second go around I have tried to use them(2021). Same results.

We just had GreenTouch come out to repair our lawn irrigation system. We had no idea why it had lost pressure. Brian came out and quickly identified the problem . . . the culprit again was AT&T laying fiber optic, cutting irrigation lines, and duct taping the knick rather than properly repairing it. We have used GreenTouch for years and this type of service and expertise is par for the course. We ve used GreenTouch for landscaping, drainage issues, and lawn care and their work and technicians are outstanding. We recommend them without any reservations.

Weve used them to service our aging sprinkler system for a couple years. Always on time, work hard to find solutions to problems, very courteous. Were very pleased.

SO PLEASED with all the work this Green Touch team did to fix my landscape woes! I highly recommend Bill, Sergio, and Jordan! Bill Lown was the first person to actually come to the house and provide a bid as promised. (We contacted 2-3 other companies that never followed through!) Kudos to Sergio, who was amazing! What a trooper to work so hard ALL DAY...with no shade in this humid Kansas heat! Jordan joined him as the work got more intense. Both Jordan and Sergio were polite, responsive and communicative. They let me know when they started work and when they were stopping for the day (sometimes after 6 pm!!) and always cleaned up after themselves. We are going with Green Touch Lawn & Tree from now on!!

Quote was quite high for what was delivered. Requested options to resolve the dissatisfaction. Phone tag once and then husband emailed multiple times requesting a response and received none. Came and took down lights and didn t notify us. Feel overcharged for work we could have done on our own and poor customer service for lack of response.

GreenTouch came through for us when other companies didn t even call back. We had damage to sprinkler system from contractors who had buried the broken parts of the sprinkler. Drew was amazing at locating the problems even though he didn t know our system. Drew came through again to find the daylight point of a drainage line that another landscaping company had completely buried. He found the line and got it cleared out and working in a short amount of time! Bill was also so awesome to work with- spent time with us to figure out a plan and organized the various projects we needed done. Hands down best landscape company we ve worked with!

Just cant beat the FREE cheese dip!! Sorry, wrong place! Drew at Greentouch did an awesome job diagnosing the issue, and fixing my problem! They were the ONLY business that wanted the work and were beyond fair.

These guys did great work designing and building my pergola and reconstructing my patio. I will hire them again. Well worth the extra expense to have it done correctly and as requested. And they bent over backwards to ensure I was happy.

I officially have had my fill of this company. I called to ask a question and the receptionist thought I was a robot. When I kept telling her I was not a robot but a live person, she hung up on me. I called her back on another number and she laughed and said she gets those calls several times a day. I then wanted to fax an estimate from the old owner to them so they could see it (apparently they do not keep records from a year ago) but I was informed they do not have a fax machine. I would have to scan it and then email it. Forget it. What happened to the company I once knew and loved?? It is gone Im afraid. What a shame.

There was a communication breakdown initially and took several weeks to get a call back from the company however once they contacted me it was mostly smooth sailing and the work was completed in less than a week.

I had the designer out a few different times to plan out a redesign of my front landscape. The house is less than two years old but needed an upgrade from the builder design. Within 10 days of my initial contact with All-N-1 the job was done and looks great. The installation crew was local and great guys to talk with during the process to ensure the results met expectations. They sure did and I will have them back in the spring to help out with some additional projects that they can execute for me. You get what you pay for these days and I got a good deal and a great result with a warranty. Thanks All-N-1.

I was impressed by the detailed & quick follow-up of the Landscape Architect, Troy and his genuine interest in meeting our needs not just selling us on his ideas. The labor team was headed up by Foreman, Brian Trost and a team of professional, hardworking, respectful men. They cleaned up after themselves, did what they said they would, communicated clearly and presented themselves very professionally. We love our new stone patio, walkway, mulched areas and overall ambiance of our backyard, which is simply transformed by this project!

We live in a historic home and wanted our landscaping project not to distract from and enhance the historic feel of the property. We are very pleased with the design that was developed and attempt to find plantings that had an old fashion feel. The work was completed in a very timely manner and a few requests outside of the design were dealt with very positively. I think we have achieved our goal and Marks attention to detail was very appreciated. Since our work was done in early November we are eager to see what springs brings and hope all of our plants survive. We are looking forward to some pleasant surprises.

We used All-N-1 Landscape to bury all of our downspouts, install a passive irrigation system and put down edging & mulch. Troy did a fantastic job of explaining our options and the crew went above and beyond our expectations for the finished product. The project included the installation of a 550 gallon cistern off of the back of our house which has already caught the eye of several of our neighbors. All of the materials used for our project were professional grade and installed with an expert irrigation specialist. The most impressive thing to us was how easy it was to talk and work with everyone on the team to get everything just the right way. When the job was completed everything was cleaned up and they left our house looking better than ever.

All N 1 Landscape recently completed two phases of a landscape project for me. The projects were completed on schedule and look great. I would definitely use them again.

We learned about ALL-N-1 from our next-door neighbor. Within two days of my phone call to ALL-N-1, Mark, their landscape architect, visited with us to discuss the project. Mark did a terrific job designing and adjusting drafts of our new landscape while taking into account all of our concerns, including those related to allergies. He provided a number of options and took time to explain pros and cons of each plant and tree under consideration. Urii and Ian did a fantastic job implementing Mark s design! They finished the work (which took two full days) on time, cleaned everything up and left us with absolutely gorgeous front and back yards. We were given detailed verbal and written instructions regarding care for our new trees and plants. The final product exceeded our expectations, hands down. We would use ALL-N-1 services again in a heartbeat.
