Neighbors Lawn Care in Lavon

Neighbors Lawn Care did an awesome job. They mowed, trimmed bushes, rebuilt the flower bed and soded the lawn where needed. The crew was very quick and efficient I also had a couple of trees that needed attending. Neighbors had a crew out immediately. Thank you Neighbors!!

The guys were very professional. Cleaned up and hauled off all my clippings and such. Very good at hedges. They were 15 feet tall and they got them back to normal size and did an excellent job re doing my flower bed.

You won’t regret hiring neighbors lawn care to take care of your lawn. Great group of guys to work with!

Neighbors Lawn Care has done my yard for the last 2 and a half years and I don’t have any complaints. They are professional and I knowledgeable and even notify me when to turn my sprinklers on and when to turn them off during the year. They get in and out quick and clean up the mess afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

I have two big dogs and wasn’t able to grow any grass in my backyard. Once neighbors started mowing and treating my yard it has been growing drastically!

Initially, I was pleased with Neighbors Lawn Care. They returned my call for a quote promptly, and the first few mows went well. One week they did not show up, and I checked with Dustin and found out it was due to a mechanical breakdown. They came the next day, and I was understanding of the situation and trying to support a relatively new company. However, we were having some weeding and mulching done, and it took four attempts to get it completed correctly. The first round they had measured the beds incorrectly, and did not have sufficient mulch. This was understandable to me, but when they came to finish they completely missed several beds. I called Dustin about it, and he assured me he would come to personally handle it. He did not make it out on the third time, and the work was still incomplete even though it had been paid. On the fourth attempt it was finally completed as agreed. At the beginning of October I saw that the yard had not been mowed on the usual day. I reached out several times to determine if the crew was coming. Almost a week later, after reaching out for the third time I was informed they had taken jobs elsewhere and were going to cease servicing my area. There was no prior notice, just abandoning existing customers. I find this unprofessional, but, at this point, unsurprising for this particular company. I would not recommend Neighbors Lawn Care to anyone at this point. It is unfortunate, as I initially liked my interactions with them.

I emailed them for a quote, Dustin reached out promptly to set up a good time to come look at my yard and gave me a really great price. I would highly recommend this company.
