Nick and his crew are awesome. I had him bush hog a 10 acre property we had. We found some hidden trash in the brush and he had his own dump trailers. He was able to haul it off himself. It was nice dealing with one company for everything. I have him doing my home now. Easy guy to work with. Thanks again Nick!

Within a few days of texting for help, Nick not only had removed a huge limb that had fallen in my front yard, but 6 days later was back again to help with the leaves (removal and mulching) along my road frontage and front yard. I can’t recommend Max Effort Lawn Service enough … the attention to detail, punctuality and just plain ease in talking about the desired outcome is second to none.

I used this company when a certain type of weed completely took over my 1st and 3rd horse pastures and was too tall and dense for our everyday lawnmower.our typical guy/company was on vacation. This guy is very friendly, honest about what he’s able to do, on time to a T, and hardworking! He was the only one for our project, mowing multiple acres in 90+ degree weather and the mower he chose is one he had to walk with. The guy didn’t even take a break (which he would have been more than welcome to do considering the heat and having to walk/push mow a few acres of fields). The only downside I saw was he is just a TINY bit more expensive than our normal company (who brings a tractor as their choice of tool). But I figure that’s because he’s putting in more of a physical effort. And it’s honestly not huge of a difference! He is DEFINITELY going to be someone we use again! Overall pricing is fair, the company seems 100% dependable & 110% hardworking! They are worth giving a phone call too AND they’ll come check out your project if needed to give you the correct pricing! Calls and texts! I AND my horse THANK YOU!!!
Nick was on time and dependable. He was also fast. His trimming was poor and I had to go behind him every week to redo it. I had to spend 1/2 hour every week recutting areas, that were not cut at all or mulched poorly, and picking up clumps (4-5) to prevent dead grass underneath. Was not responsive to my requirements, and kept trying to "counter offer". Fast but careless. Pics speak for themselves. Cut my own for 25 years got tired of constant arguments. Insisted at cutting 4“, when my sprinklers come up 4“. Three days after cut 1/4 my sprinklers are hitting are only hitting grass 18“ out.

He made the process comfortable and transparent, so I felt I was working with a friend versus a cold corporate person. Within the day my lawn was cut and cleaned at a very competitive price! Totally Recommend Max Effort!! This man is an Ace! I cannot recommend him enough!! He is honest and totally reliable and will do a wonderful job! My father and mother are elderly and I live in Dover and they have a long driveway. He went the day before when I called at the last min and assessed the property, kept in contact with me until the job was completed. He was SO AWESOME! Great Guy! Nick has been coming and cutting our grass for 2 years now. He does an amazing job lets us know when he is coming and gets the job done done beautifully and efficiently everytime. I will use Nick forever he makes our lives so much easier.
Nick has been cutting my grass (an acre) for over 2 years now, he always does a nice job and takes the time to edge and blow all the clippings off our driveway and porches, hes always on time and texts ahead to confirm his appointments. I am a do it yourself guy, but its cheaper to pay Nick and sit back with a beer than pay for and maintain mower/trimmer/blower/edger and do it myself.

Nick Fulford does yard maintenance for my aunt. She always comments on how pleased she is with how well maintained her yard appears, keeping the grass manicured and trimming around her sidewalk. Also taking the time to blow debris away from her steps. Nick is always timely and keeps in touch if he needs to adjust when he comes due to rain. He s very professional and meticulous on his work he provides. He was also considerate to my aunt in ensuring a no contact payment system during the peak of Covid which was important for her health.
