Elevate Land Care in Las Vegas

During the summer, our natural grass has struggled with the high temperatures causing there to be some patches of grass that died. On August 3, 2024 Endy suggested to sod the open areas of the grass and that to do this he would need to buy sod and plant it. Endy required me pay him the $270 up front for the job through Zelle. I was hesitant because I have had workers take the money and disappear but we have been his customer for about 9 months. I paid him the $270 and he applied sod to some of the areas but he ran out of sod for the remaining patches. He promised to come back on Monday August 5, 2024 and he has NEVER returned. He was called and texted multiple times with no response. He avoided our calls and texts for about a week. As a result, my wife and I fired him due to not finishing the job we paid him up front to do. I do not want Endy to return nor continue with his shady business practices. We trusted Endy and he took our money with no morals or ethics. If you use Elevate Land Care for your monthly service, be warned. Endy is a hustler who will try to convince you to spend more and more money on your lawn. We hired another landscaping company (a bigger one) and when their manager heard the prices he charged, he said he was charging 40-50% higher than most others. The pictures show the patches one month later and as you can see, they were never improved. Endy had no clue what he was doing and instead of being a stand up person, he found it easier to take our money in the most unethical and despicable way possible. Avoid this landscaper unless you want him to overcharge you and under deliver in the long term. There are far better landscapers out there and more reliable.

I’m soooo thankful I found this company. I’ve been wanting to do work with on my property for literal years in regards to gardening. I’ve been seen as a burden in the past when contacting other gardeners so I definitely felt defeated. But this company…they didn’t dismiss me. They saw the same dream I had for my yard and they made it happen. Now they come monthly and I couldn’t be more happy and look forward to them doing more work around my yard for me. :)

Far and away the best landscaping company I've dealt with since moving to Vegas. I have a black thumb and generally do not enjoy working in the yard, but I moved to a property with a lot of plants and a picky HOA. These guys always make the yard look great with very little instruction from me. They also get the small detail items other companies miss. They are not the cheapest company we've used, but the prices are still reasonable. Definitely a good value, given that they get it right the first time. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

Endy from Elevate Landcare texted me and I requested an estimate. He arrived and gave me an estimate. He cut tree limbs , shaped shrubs, pulled weeds and gave A1 maintenance. I was very happy with his work. He does great work.
