I don t understand why our landscape maintenance company doesn t let us know when a plant is under duress and starting to die. Instead, I find out when it s too late to do anything about it because it is dead. You already have the photo of the dead plant on our back wall.

Ugarte Landscapes & Irrigation Repair have been my Landscapers for about three years. They have done an excellent job taking care of my yard, plants and trees. They have mowed, seeded, fertilized, trimmed, planted and repaired and even laid down new rocks where needed. They always advise me when work will be done and it is done in a timely and neat manner. I can not speak highly about Manuel, his son, and his team. They came out to look at our front and back yard maintenance. Took some photos. And I got the quote next day for a one time clean-up. They trimmed a palm tree that my husband can t reach anymore as well as trimmed other trees, and bushes. Used their leaf blower to clean up all the debris in our yard. Our backyard looked so clean and nice. And their price for a one time clean-up was spot on and did not over-charge us. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will use again for our yard maintenance.

Manuel Ugarte Jr. responded to my inquiry and him and his faher came to assess the area. We agreed on the monthly price (reasonable!) and service started immediately. We were pleased with the quality of work. Then, we wanted to do some yard beautification (more stones in the front and backyard and plants. I had a GREAT experience with them very fast, efficient, and effective. Everything was done with such ease via text msg. ( my preferred method of communication ) my backyard was flooded racked up a $2,000 bill. They knew the sense of urgency and had guys there the next day immediately found the issue and with consent worked on it with progress pictures before and after. A very pleasant experience and soo good I had them also do a full cleanup of my front and backyard. Those guys know what they are doing they are next level.

Terribly run company by a 20 yo who only know irrigation by you tube videos . He puts his hardworking dad in terrible positions as he does not know what he is doing. Maybe they can do basic installments but not much else. They first came over and were going to start trimming bushes that were already trimmed two days prior . The 20 yo messed that up. Then the came back and lied about what the issue was as they have no idea what the issue was !! They said they would change all malfunctioning caps but all they did is replace 10 of them. They said they replaced two holes in lines but never showed me repairs prior to covering line up. When I checked their work the problem was still there and half the caps were not replaced . I called to let them know this and the 20 yo who has never worked a day of manual labor in his life besides texting on his phone gave me a bunch of excuses ax then they came over and waters more of my time with more excuses . Wanted to cut valve to check pressure and then asking me how to fix issue then they said everything was fine only to provide email saying my whole system needed replacement because of a root obstruction from a plant !!! Are you kidding me you couldn t even make a movie with this kids lies and incompetencies !!! Disgraced his hard working dad and Mexicanos while he sits down and hides behind his phone with his laziness. Called another company and all that needed to be down was to change all malfunctioning caps and all was good an hour later . Find a real irrigation specialist not 20 yo idiot made up companies based on what they watch on you tube

I needed to find a landscaper who would hand pull the weeds (a lot of companies don t), in my front and backyard. Manuel was able to get me scheduled within a day for a quote. He came by on time and was super professional! The quote was definitely a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I had a couple months of weed growth and had some pretty gnarly ones. I was on the schedule within a week and they did an amazing job with the clean up! I signed up for monthly maintenance as well and they do a great job each time. Highly recommend!

Had an emergency leak. Got lucky with their scheduling and they where here within an hour as promised. Thought I had one leak but they found another! Both where fixed within 3 hours. Amazing! I will definitely rely on them in the future.

Manuel and a helper provided dead grass removal and sod installation services. He showed up on time, worked fast and efficiently, and takes pride in his work. The finished result speaks for itself. He also checked and set the timer for the irrigation system to make sure the lawn continues to stay healthy. I now have a reliable source for landscaping needs. Thank you!

Quickly responded on a holiday Sunday when one zone was stuck on. Also, two heads were broken. They got it shut off and came back the next day to repair it (needed a part for an older system.) Had another issue after with the system only doing one zone and they came back again without charging (turned out to be my fault, had a setting wrong in the box.) Friendly, fast, and efficient. Highly recommended
