I would like to say that Ruben and his team really did a Great job on my home on Monday morning. They were on time and very effective. They are also very reasonably affordable for home owners. I give them a 5 star rating! And NO I am not a AI bot this is a real review from a real person lol.
The crew repaired a drip system, replaced the solenoid and sprinkler clock, did a great job cleaning up front and back yards. No complaints with the work or the price. The owner behaved inappropriately toward me. Women, I’d recommend using someone else.
Our yard is unrecognizable!!!! They did such an amazing and quick job. Very fair pricing; I called about 8 diff places and they were the fairest for clean up pricing. 100% recommend

Ruben’s Landscaping had a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and quality of Service throughout my ENTIRE experience with them. I was looking for a landscaper to clean up my front and backyard. Mind you it’s a desert landscape With very minimal maintenance needed. Small amount of leaves and branches / trash to be picked up. I had to reschedule my in person free quote two different times due to them missing the initial appointment without any communication of Not being able to make the appointment. Once I am finally in person able to go over the job that is needed to be done with Rueben we agree on work and a price. Once the day comes for the landscaping, the crew was on site for maybe a total of 45 minutes. most of their times were spent in the front yard, even though by far most of the work was needed in the backyard. Once Rueben is on site doing the job, he asked for a higher amount than what was initially agreed on when we went over the quote in person (For no specific reason communicated at the time). Once he was told no, that’s not the price we agreed on he goes back to work without any issues but the entire demeanor changed. Didn’t stop him from asking for payment even though the job was not fully done yet, through zelle. Later over the phone, they try to tell me it was an extra $50 due to a dumping fee, that’s why he was raising the quote, even though their trash was basically full when they arrived And disposal as part of the job on the quote we discussed. I sent the payment through with good-faith thinking they would complete the job still and sure enough within 5-10 minutes of me sending payment the crew was packing up and heading out. The crew was onsite for less than an hour in total between the front and backyard!! As for the quality, In the backyard, there were still leaves and debris everywhere. They didn’t even leaf blow back there on the left side at all and what they did blow together, they did not pick up, gather or throw away. They essentially moved dirt around on top of other dirt. All of the trash was still on the floor. I had to take videos and photos of after they left immediately to send back to them. I had to literally physically clean up myself after the landscapers had left. I had to take before and after videos because I did the work in 25 minutes what a crew of 5+ men couldn’t have done in their entire time there. Nothing was tidied up, picked up, cleaned up. The job discussed in person was not what we got by any standards. Photos attached are small snips of what the team determined was a “job well done”. After a call between myself and Ruben’s team, They did arrange for them to come back to “finish the job” (That they should’ve finished initially) but they refused to take out any of the trash without the extra fee - this extra fee also did NOT include the yard work that They had agreed to do initially on our walk-through on the original quote (which was literally scooping up 3-4 trash bags of old mulch up to be disposed). I have gotten to deal with a lot of landscaping companies and never in my life, and I had to work on the yard immediately after the paid crew worked on it. I have been vocal with the company about my dissatisfaction prior to writing this review. I can’t stress enough, try any landscapers except these guys I promise it’s not worth it whatsoever.
I called Ruben's lawn service to do some work on my front yard. Gina was awesome she was very informative quick with responding to my questions or concerns. And very accommodating!! I had Ruben and his team do our front yard weeding a few months ago and they did an amazing job. They came again today and did the front and back yard. They rocked it and did another amazing job. The team that comes out as well as the very nice lady that talks on the phone are great. I can't recommend this company enough. If you need work done, call them.

These reviews has to be false . This company is a rip off and probably racists . I called in to get a quote with a yard that has no grass in the back only rocks and the front yard have a few weeds . I told her I was looking for a new company to do weekly maintenance around my house she said she will ask them when they get in so the next day they Tex and said 250$ for a yard I been getting charge 45$ on .Not to mention they also do a few ppl I know with way bigger yards for 55$ weekly which still is a rip off. The only reason I was looking for another landscape company is because my old company relocated to Arizona . But hey imma call around more I just feel a lot of ppl should know this including the other sites I m gonna post this on I ve attached photos of my house so you all can see what I was told 250 for

This is my 4th time using Ruben s and they have been amazing each time. They have general landscaping maintenance for me, along with landscaping repair and a full remodel of my back yard. They are responsive and reasonably priced! They are my go to for all my landscaping needs. Extremely happy with the work they have completed for me so far!
Quality, Professionalism and Stunning Results ! Best describe Rubens Lawn Service. We have used their services for a few years now and nothing short of perfection. We recently ( March 2023) had our front yard converted to a Desert / Rock Landscape from quick concept to completed project his team did a beautiful job! We just love our new front yard! From digging out our old irrigation to installing our new system, digging out our grass and adding our new plants / river rock and small boulders it went very smoothly! I had let my desert landscape go and my yard was filled with weeds. Ruebens Team cleaned up the yard and trimmed the palm trees and made my yard look amazing. They tidied up afterwards including skimming the pool. I thought Id only use them to get the hard back on shape but Im a regular client now.

Don t waste your time calling anyone else! Ruben s work is amazing, his guys care about your yard, and he has very competitive pricing if not better than most! After 6 years of fighting my yard myself, finally I got smart and called Ruben. Do the same!!
Ruben gave us a very fair quote to lay 4 tons decorative rock in our back yard. He was very friendly and professional ad on time. His crew did a beautiful job.
Scheduling and pricing was a little rocky and delayed, but in the end they did a great job. Very thorough and very professional. 4.4.22 - First off, just let me say that they do great work and everyone is very polite. Our issues are with the quotes, the pricing when the crews arrive, follow up appointments and any pricing that is associated with future visits. Our first quote was arranged with Gina with detailed pictures and a pleasant conversation. When Ruben arrived he quoted over $100 more with follow up visits being a set price. We paid and enjoyed a nice refreshed landscape. For our follow up visit (supposedly) every other month, never happened in the timeframe as stated. A month later (now dead middle of winter) we called and the crew arrived. This time the price was quoted the same as our first visit. When I asked why, I was told because it was past the every other month standard. When I questioned why they never scheduled out follow up, Gina stopped communicating with me and went to my wife. They came to an agreement, we paid and enjoyed our winter landscape. Now its been a month and they actually scheduled the follow up. Crew arrived did the basic maintenance and when it came time to pay, our new on-going price is now the amount we settled with from the previous visit. My gripe is with the continuity of their pricing, follow up, and honoring what they quote. If Ruben says its going to be $125 onsite, then I expect to pay $125. Not $150, $250, or $325. Their website is very nice even though you cannot be invoiced through it. (They only offer Venmo or CC via voice) Im confident there is a company out there that is fair, consistent, and that offer the same level of quality.
Im not sure how to rate this company. Read all the reviews and was excited and even his wife seemed pleasant on the phone. Ruben came out to give us a quote on replacing our sprinkler heads and to figure out why 2 stations werent running properly. He came out and counted the sprinkler heads, looked at the clock and left. We asked if he wanted to turn on the water to see whats the issue and he said no. was here for less than 10 minutes and said he will call with a quote..... how can you quote us if you didnt even turn the water on to see the issues. An hr later we got a call with a quote of $1800 .... to change 2 valves sprinkler heads and a clock. We had another quote done and it was 900...how he got $1800 is beyond us.
Ruben and his team are awesome! There is a reason I have had them to do my yard for the past 7 years. I have a very specific want as to how my yard looks and Ruben has delivered every time. He knows his customer on the fine details and this is the kind of business I would recommend to everyone and anyone! On Rubens last visit, I asked if he would remove a tree and I would keep the wood and put away later. Ruben not only provided a fair price, but cut the tree down and into little sizes for my back firepit. He didnt stop there, he even carried them to my firepit area where I keep the wood. He could have easily cut the tree and call it a day...He did not. Very trustworthy and does great work! Thank you for all you do Ruben! To many more years doing business with you!

Ruben and his hardworking crew came out to our new home (formerly a rental, so the yard/irrigation system was in BAD shape) and they completely reran all of our drip sprinkler lines including installing a new water valve in the front yard. They transplanted some potted plants left by the previous owner into the backyard, weeded and cleaned up everything. Would definitely recommend Ruben for your yardwork!

Amazing yard work!! We had 3 large bushes in our backyard and they removed them with no issues and even cleaned up our front yard and removed the dead bushes on the side of the house. They were very professional and I will definitely be calling them again.

My yard was in shambles. It has been transformed into a work of art. I read positive and negative reviews for this company. I personally have zero complaints, and will definitely reach out to them for future assistance. I like the fact that the company is willing to work with unsatisfied customers, but there is nothing a person can do to console difficult people. Ruben will meet you at the job site, and provide a reasonable quote. Once the job is scheduled Ruben and his team will arrive early on the scheduled day. They are fast, quiet, and efficient. Ruben and his team will go above and beyond the customers desired intentions. There is strict attention to detail. If they are ever unsure they will double check with the customer. My experience throughout the entire process was exceptional. The customer service skills of each member within this company is pristine. I personally recommend this lawn service over any other.
I contacted Rubens to have irrigation installed and an electrical timer for my backyard. They were very responsive and gave me a good price. When completing the work, they even had to do a bit more and then didn t charge me for it. I felt very happy with their service and quality. Great job!
First time hiring Rubens Lawn Service and will be coming back. Reasonable pricing - they were clean and did a timely job taking out old plants and putting in new ones as well as fixing my irrigation - he also made sure he told me and explained to me what and why they had to do certain fixes etc. Definitely recommended.

Ruben and his crews did a great job on my property. Was a good mix of plant removal, tree removal, irrigation repair and placing new rock landscaping. I did go to multiple contractors for estimates and Rubens was the most reasonably priced. Gina in their office, was also great at responding to my questions and coordinating the work with me.
Had a very overgrown backyard which needed to be cleaned up which also included several small dead trees. Showed up between the time they were scheduled and immediately went to work. What I thought would take days was done in 3 hours! Great job!

I am very happy with the work that Ruben s Landscaping did. They were very professional beginning with scheduling and the in person estimate. I plan to use them again as good landscapers are hard to find. Very reasonably priced.
EDIT: After the initial breakdown in communication, Ruben and team came out within 2 days to help make it right and did a good job cleaning up my yard. Overall, really nice guy, and does seem like he takes pride in his work. (5/13/19) Very bad follow through. They came and cleaned up our yard and I paid over 400$ for initial clean up. Fine I get it... But afterward, I tried over the course of 2 months to schedule monthly maintenance. Unfortunately they decided not to follow up with me and gain a permanent customer. Now Im out looking for a new yard service, and since its been 2 months, I have another start up fee from another yard service provider. Very disappointed with Ruben and staffs follow through and customer service, it felt like he took the money and ran.
I needed my lawn serviced in between trips out of town. Ruben and his crew accommodated my schedule, gave an exact quote, showed up on time, and did an amazing job on the yard. They even offered a military discount. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing professional and reliable landscaping service/maintenance.

Ruben came to my home and he was very nice and set me up with a lawn service through his Landscaping business. It was to be every other week at $40 to mow if needed and clean up Leaves which I thought was reasonable. This service came the first week. I waited for them to return the following two weeks. As far as I knew they did not show. I waited till the following week thinking they would show, they did not. I finally called Ruben s to inquire what happened. Gina said I should find another lawn service because none of them spoke English and she has a hard time communicating with them, but said she would find out what happened. She called me back, said they did show, but said no one answered the door but they saw someone look out the window so they left. I don t know what they meant, I was here all day. Anyway I feel they shouldn t have made more of an effort, like ring the bell again, cld me, left a note. Anyway When Gina cld me back, she just said find anther lawn service. Didn t offer another referral NOTHING! What a way to treat people! Told her I would never speak well of Ruben s or refer anyone to them.
Rubens Lawn Service was absolutely amazing. Quality work, updates, he even send videos of them in the yard to keep me in the loop. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

Worst lawn service I have in Las Vegas! He gave me a quote of $150. When I got home he had only cleaned HALF of the backyard and was harassing my elderly mother for more money to finish cleaning. She wouldnt pay him more so he LEFT! And the backyard was only HALF cleaned! when I got home I was furious and on the phone, he started harassing me for more money. I told him that if he didnt finish cleaning it I would cancel my check. He continued arguing with me and harassing me for more money. I cancelled the check which cost me $30 to cancel. His office called me saying they needed the $150 and I told them he would need to finish if they wanted the money back. They wanted cash (because of course they were afraid I would cancel again). I didnt get my $30 cancellation fee back. He came back to finish and he still didnt do a good job! After my mom gave him the $150 cash, he continued harassing her for more money! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HARASSMENT!!!
This is the company you want to hire whether you live at your home or lease your property. We live in California and lease a home in Las Vegas. It is hard to find a reliable landscaping maintenance company in Las Vegas so we were so happy to find Ruben s. They are honest, reliable and efficient and they do stellar work. Our strict homeowners association sent zero complaints to us while Ruben s was in the job. They are awesome!

Excellent work for a reasonable price. I hired Ruben to re-run my sprinkler system, landscape my pool area with river rock, put some new plants into the ground, and sod a small area with real grass. Each project was delivered on time and within the estimated budget. Ruben was friendly and did everything he could to make the projects successful.
