Great from start to finish.

Cant recommend this company and Christian enough! We needed a new landscape installed in our backyard - pavers, artificial turf, irrigation, rock, and a patio cover. We anticipated having to do it in phases for cost reasons but their bid was so competitive we were able to do everything at once. Christian provided the project drawing at our estimate appointment, took care of approval through our HOA and kept us in the loop through the whole process, top-tier customer service from start to finish. Work was completed much quicker than anticipated and we couldnt be happier. I was skeptical about the artificial turf but they use really high quality products and we love it.

Albert is a standup guy- very happy with his company - I wish all contractors would run their business like he does !!!

Leo was very informative when he initially stopped by to explain the product and what they could offer. Once the installation was scheduled the team stopped by to start it, however I could not get my side door unlocked (my fault), so they had to come back and from there the communication was not so great, as I didnt know what time theyd be stopping by and the supervisor was not responding to my texts - This was my only issue. Luckily, I work from home so Im always here and was able to let them in once I got my side door opened. They did stop by daily so there was no lag in install time other than what was my fault. The product was installed quickly, efficiently, and looks great. My dog will be so happy to have her new grass. Thanks to the guys who worked so hard on it, we appreciate you! 5 stars to Leo and the installation team!

RockNBlock did cement work at my house in Mesquite Nevada. They sublet it out,and the project was done great. I gave them 4 stars because they didnt have a project manager to inspect the job it took many calls for them to complete the work .

They came out and did our quote within a few days of asking. They had an estimate ready in a few days and started replacing our front yard grass with turf within 3 weeks of accepting the quote. There was some discrepancy between the guy who did the sales pitch and quote and the guys who did the actual work. The guys who did the work were awesome and worked very hard and did a great job. They knew Everything and could answer every question that we had. They let us know if something needed replacing which they found out once they did the turf conversion and finished in a timely manner. They smoothed out and solved mistakes quickly and helped us out. Thank you Rock N Block and we wouldnt hesitate to use you again if we have to do more turf conversion!

Once again, Ray at Rock and Block has gone above and beyond. Part of the pavers we not put incorrectly so he had Sebastian Pinada and his partner came and fixed someone else s work. They did an excellent job. Rock and Block treats you like a special friend.

I had a great experience with R N B. Their estimate was lower than two others I interviewed and they spent time explaining the different grass options, and the process of installing it. They stayed in touch as to scheduling and showed up on time. The installers were polite and friendly. They finished the job on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent job from Harvey, Adrian, and Luis. Harvey drew up a nice desert landscape plan based on my budget and needs. There was one hiccup in which the rock supplier had rocks that did not match the rocks on the side of my house- seen by my neighbors once those rocks were installed. Adrian looked at the problem, he collected some rocks on the side of the house, and the end result was a better color match. In a time when I was being price gouged from other companies on estimates for the job, Rock and Block had a reasonable price with great results.

We hired Rock N Block for a concrete job to extend our driveway and to pour new concrete on a dirt area so wed have extra parking for all of our cars. Jacob came out in January and provided the original quote and design for our HOA. Our HOA made the process very difficult and Jacob had to redo the quote/design 3 different times before we finally got approval 3 months later. I really appreciate the hard work Jacob put into our project to satisfy our HOA so we can get the job completed. Once the HOA finally approved everything, Rock N Block scheduled our job right away and the crew came out and got the concrete poured for us. The driveway and the other area looks great and we are so grateful to be able to have the extra parking because our HOA doesnt allow us to park on the street. I would highly recommend Rock N Block for any landscaping or concrete work you need to have done. From the planning and advisement phase all the way to completion, Erick Jackson was thorough, clear and delivered precisely what was planned.

Workers had to be called back twice to straighten the pavers for the patio. Second time they showed up with notification. Saw on door cam he knocked on door but wife was asleep Thought he left. Wife woke up and saw he was working in the back without us saying ok. Also post for trellis were to be 4ft apart. Measurements not 4ft or evenly spaced. Workers told my wife that it wasnt their job. Well it was since it was on the plan

Rock-n-Block installed about 180 square feet of artificial turf in my back yard - replacing the weed filled and dying grass. It looks wonderful. They included special material to handle my dog using it as her toilet.

They installed sod and did not move and replace sprinkler heads as in the contract. When I got home and saw what was done, I called and complained. They came back and moved the sprinkler heads and replace with new heads but they were still mist instead of rotating spray heads. I just gave up and paid them but will never use again. I had initially gotten an estimate in April 2022 but decided to wait until this march. The estimate went up $500 in less than 1 year (20% increase)! Please dont use this company!!!

The yard turned out beautiful! I get so many compliments! And when asked, I recommend this company. My only suggestion to future customers is to have photos ready to show exactly what you want. Send those photos to the salesman in charge and the foreman doing the job. That way everyone is on the same page and there will be no miscommunication.

They were very responsive, always on time, even the office person texting me was very responsive. They did a great job my pavers were wearing down (crumbling and mineral residue on top) in large areas of the driveway and patio due to poor original drainage. They did the demolition, regrading, resloping, and putting down new pavers within 2-1/2 days. They had a pretty large area to work on but that didn t slow them down. Quality company and quality team. I paid a little bit more but believe it was completely worth it. Highly recommend them!

Project performed as promised. Price was fair. One issue with drip lines buried by rock, was corrected the same day reported. Rep could have communicated better with customer.

While we absolutely want to shoutout the incredible work Rocknblock did for us I want to first point out the owners. It s too often you meet a business who would take your money and be done with a transaction but the owner/owners of Rocknblock are genuinely honest people who care about their customers. We redid our backyard irrigation as well as tore out a messy tree and added a putting green. Everyone we worked with was professional and timely. They scheduled three days and finished in two so that was also awesome. They have helped us navigate how to use our new irrigation system and made sure all systems were working. They came and reskinned my turf after a previous turf job gone wrong. The installers were very detail oriented, and did a fantastic job on the install. The boss, Albert, was also great to work with, and super accommodating.

Jason was great throughout the whole process. I was able to reach out to him multiple times during the build when it looked like the retainer wall was going to be too high. Overall the finished product looks great and was fairly affordable.

They did a great job replacing our grass with artificial turf. It looks absolutely amazing. I had only one problem with this company. I asked to have lights put up on a free standing patio where my grill is. I was told the electrician was out of town . I kept calling several times to try to get this scheduled with no response. I spent over $30,000 with this company and never heard from them again. Very disappointing.

From designing a plan that repurposed the materials I already had to preparing the documents needed to get approval from the HOA, Harvey was very diligent about working with me to ensure my satisfactory completion of my project. The onsite team efficiently and successfully implemented the plan.

Albert and his team at RockNBlock are the definition of true professionals. At the end of our project, there were a couple of outstanding issues. When Albert heard I was dissatisfied with the original work, he immediately called me to discuss the next steps. After coming over and walking the property, he came up with multiple solutions to the issues, and his team started the following Tuesday. Within a couple of days, our backyard has never looked better. They did an unbelievable job and went above and beyond anything we expected. I can not recommend this crew enough. Rock N Block did an outstanding job extending the CMU block wall 2 courses in my backyard. My dog figured out how to jump over the wall into the neighbors backyard so I desperately needed help fast to mitigate the problem. Rob was a newer employee, but very reasonable, communicative and responsive. Even when we had a bit of a misunderstanding on the scope of work after the work was partially completed, Rob was quick to resolve the issue/concern right away. Thank you, RockNBlock!

Rock N Block gave me the best quote out of all the quotes I got for the steps on my front yard. They did the job exactly as expected, without delay and was an amazing finished product. There was an unexpected additional cost due to a tree stump that was in the way but they worked with me and gave me a fair overall price. Rock N Block performed an excellent job and worked through ALL the HOA roadblocks. Al and Eric both spent their personal time for obtaining an HOA ARC approval. They both kept me informed and updated (a delay that lasted almost six months). Once the HOA ARC was approved, the job was completed within one day and looks fantastic! As a veteran, I highly recommend Rock N Block for any artificial turf and/or landscaping project!

Guy messes up the estimate then revised it. The revised estimate was fair compared to other contractors. I checked the fine print and they have slipped in a statement that the homeowner reimburses for permit fees.Then when I called to sign on .The woman cant find my name or bid. I got frustrated before the job even started.. For that reasons Im out. Went w another local contractor. Im adding a note to my review. The owner did respond to this review . He was very heartfelt concerned and apologetic for the breakdown in communication. He has promised to follow up with his staff. In the interest of being fair Im changing to 5 stars.

Attempted to get a quote from them and they turned into a whole big thing to get a quote. Doesnt seem easy to do business with them. Plenty of other options out there.

Contacted the company for an estimate for retaining wall and paver patio project. They were very responsive in coming out to see the project to provide a bid. From that point forward there has been no communication and no bid provided. It has been weeks with no contact. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend.

This is a great, professional company and solid people. Its not when things go right that good companies shine, its when there is a problem! Rock N Block immediately stepped up and corrected an inadvertently caused problem with no whinning, no denial, no blaming or any requests for additional funds. They simply and quietly acknowledged the problem and spent two days fixing it to my complete satisfaction. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

This was a huge undertaking. We had Rocks and Blocks do a complete 360 landscape project. Turf, pavers, blocks, lights. And tons of rocks. Albert came to bud the job. No surprise they were the most expensive. If you re looking for cheap this is not your company. But if you re looking for absolute professionalism and an amazing job you can sit back and be enjoy with no regrets they are the company for you. The day the job started you can just tell that this company is for real. As with any project this size unexpected issues arise. Every time one did and there were a few. Albert never hesitated, owned it, and handled it. My advice if you re looking to invest in landscaping do it right or you ll just wind up doing it again. Do it right with Rocks and Blocks the first time and be happy forever.

They came out and consulted with us. After we said yes to it, installation just took 2 days. They were awesome. From Eric that consulted with us to the guys that installed the artificial grass, pavers, and rock. We just love our backyard

Rich was very professional and responded within a reasonable amount of time to our inquiries. There was some confusion about charges for certain services, like planting the trees we purchased, but the owner came out to the property and worked it out. It was a big job, landscaping our entire backyard, and took a day or two longer than originally planned, but they completed everything and it looks beautiful! There are a few things they promised to do in the future; guarantees for the sod, cleaning out all the extra dirt mixed into the chunky rock, running water lines to trees in planters on the patio, etc. We will have to wait and see if they keep their word now that theyve been paid in full, but over all, were very pleased with the job they did.
