Northwest Landscape & Maintenance in Las Vegas

Very disappointing. They told me the job would take 2 weeks; took 5 mos. due to repeated excuses and delays for other jobs. For irrigation system, they put all cactus on same line as bushes, flowers, and trees. This was not discussed with me. When summer came, I lost several cactus from overwatering. When they first delivered the type plants and cactus we discussed during the job proposal period, the plant quality was so poor the plants had to be replaced in several areas. I paid extra for them to seal two separate patio areas they had laid. The end "sealed" result is no different than other pavers they left bare/unsealed; still soaks up dirt and water and does not look sealed and "finished" as they said it would. These are things you can't tell until a few months have passed and the job is "completed." Very disappointing experience.

Outstanding yard cleanup, new smart timer install and setup, planting, tree trimming, and haul off. Crew was great and price reasonable. Can definitely recommend. Thank you Andrew.

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. These people came to my house to give me an estimate. I was super happy at first. Then I have been waiting months for his estimate and it never came, I called his estimator Antonio and he told me that he would call me that same day or the next day to give me an answer, however, he never did. However, despite all that, I called him again and he didn't answer me. Do not do business with these types of people, they are not trustworthy and will waste your time. If you can't deliver better, don't promise anything, the only thing you achieve by doing so is not having credibility and causing bad reviews.

I reached out to several companies for quotes, when I contacted Northwest Landscaping.They came out the next day gave me a quote and told all the ins and outs of what I wanted. I was scheduled very quickly and they finished in 2 days. Cleaned everything up and did a walk through to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Antonio, their estimator and overall manager of our job, was fantastic! Quick to reply with any questions or changes and is very friendly. Ramon and his crew did a great job on the installation of our turf, trees, plants, pavers, lights and rock. Very quick and professional. They subcontracted our patio cover to Patio Cover Concepts and they exceeded our expectations. Overall we are extremely happy, have already referred them to family and got an estimate for phase 2.

I completed a Yelp review with this information, but also wanted to share our experience on google, since this is how we found Northwest! Would absolutely recommend! Our Backyard is the paradise we’ve dreamed of, and it’s all thanks to the incredible job from the Northwest team. From start to finish, it’s been a great experience. Jonathan from the beginning was amazing. He was honest, responsive, and went above and beyond at every opportunity. Due to his pure intentions and great customer service during our design meeting is honestly why we selected Northwest. The rest of the team continue to impress. Our backyard was completed in 6 business days, instead of the 7-8 discussed. I could not believe it went so fast! The team that installed our backyard was on time every morning, friendly and hardworking! It was so hot each day, but they worked through the heat and finished earlier than expected. I had a few on-the-spot changes, which I asked (ex. wanted to switch the type of tree), and they made it happen quickly and without any hassle. Also, they left our house very clean each day, better than any of my neighbors who have gone with other providers. I know there are so many companies out there, but I highly doubt most will provide a great experience from start to finish as Northwest did for us. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Northwest, every time. Thank you, and we look forward to continuing the business relationship with maintenance.

We are so happy with our backyard. Northwest did a great job of taking a dirt bed and turning into a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. Highly recommend!

Wow! We are so happy with the landscaping project they have done with our backyard!! I can honestly say that after having met with a numerous amount of different landscaping companies, Antonio gave me the best pricing for what we wanted to have done and outbid some by $1k-4K. From start to finish I have nothing but only good things to say about the whole process. Antonio did our walk through gave me great suggestions to the type of design, trees, shrubs, pavers and turf that would fit well with our space that we had to work with and kept within our budget. Every one of their staff that I had spoken with from office staff, project crew, billing and management whether by phone, email or in person was courteous, respectful and very helpful. They made the whole HOA process stress free and smooth. We had another company doing our patio covering which we had different schedules for and what was amazing was that they reached out to that company to try and make the installation work on time so that they would not have to push back our install date which we appreciated so much due to the fact that our backyard was not usable and we have two little kids. They completed the whole job in 3 days and we couldn't be any happier with the quality of work that they did for us. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping project needs.
