Ive been having LandTeck do my weekly maintenance for quite a few years now and their guys do great work. Our property is on the larger size with many large mature trees that drop leaves and needles throughout the year and vegetation that needs pruned. I know that the crews are on a time constraint, but they never hurry to finish a job and often times are here longer than what is allocated. Carlos always answers my emails and has good ideas and pricing for the many projects we had done. Brenda also is very accomomadating and whenever Ive had a leak or some other minor irrigation problem, she always dispatches someone out in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys!

I had such high hopes for this company with all the positive reviews. I guess it s fine if you never have a question or want anyone to call you back and don t mind surprise charges added to your bill. It s a long story The estimator Brian was great and prices were reasonable. I agreed to a full cleanup, reseed front and back lawn, fix sprinklers front and back for $1045 and ongoing biweekly maintenance. The initial scheduling had a small miscommunication as they were suppose to let me know when they were coming so I could be there. When I called to check on scheduling I found out they had already been there. I told them, I needed to go check the job before paying the bill. The majority of the work looked very good, I called to let them know that and tell them that a few of the sprinklers were still not spraying well. I told them it would be fine if they looked at those when they came out to start the ongoing maintenance. I had receive the bill for $1045 as agreed and I offered to pay 90% of the bill for the job, but was told by the receptionist not to do that as it might cause confusion with billing. She said she would get them back out right away and someone would call me after they checked the sprinklers again. This is when things started going wrong. About a week went by and I hadn t heard anything so I called back, the receptionist checked and said it didn t look like they had been there yet and she would get them out there and someone would call me. During this time I m getting automated warning notices about the bill. Again about a week went by with no word, I called back again and this time she said oh yes, it looks like they were out there and fixed everything yesterday. I told her no one had called me so I ll have to go up and check everything, but I said I ll just go ahead and pay you as I don t want to hold up paying any longer. Then when I went to pay, I found the bill was now over $1400. I called her back to ask why the bill changed. She looked into the new bill and said there was a $375 charge for replacing the anti-siphon valve. I said I never got a bid for that work nor approved doing it. She said she would have someone call me to explain and she removed it from the bill which I then paid immediately. I again stated that I was happy with the work in general and wanted to confirm when they would start maintenance. She again said someone would call me which they again didn t. I followed up several times a week for the next couple weeks constantly being told someone would call meanwhile the yard I had paid to clean up is getting overgrown again. I emailed Carlos who said I will call you today which again didn t happen. I called back and this time the receptionist said there is a note that they aren t going to schedule ongoing maintenance as they don t have room in the schedule!! Seriously!! I don t know how they can get such good reviews when the communication is so poor.

Nice experience from beginning to end. Our entire irrigation system had to be replaced because after 22 years it had aged out. In addition, our plants needed more water because they had grown so much since the original system had been put in. Everything is now working well.

Carlos, one of the owners came out a few hours after I called them and surveyed the front and back yards. After discussing what needed to get done, Carlos inspected the 20-year-old system and checked the operations. He gave a verbal estimate of how much a replacement irrigation system would cost, which sounded quite reasonable. When he got back to his office he sent an itemized list of yard work his employees would perform the next day and a separate quote for the replacement irrigation system. The employees did an outstanding job on the yards lickety-split. Ive used many landscaping companies but their prices were above the price charged by LandTech To Landscaping Company. Truly professional and outstanding installation of a new irrigation system. LandTecks estimator (Fernando) did an excellent job of scoping out what was needed and gave us what we consider to be a VERY reasonable estimate to remove/replace all of our existing irrigation system, including 2 control valves, and replace all main feed lines and drip irrigation emitters (60, total). The installers (2) had to work around all existing landscaping and rock gardens - Main lines were buried (previous were not) and the post-job clean-up was exceptional. All work was completed satisfactorily within one day. Without reservation, we would highly recommend LandTek for irrigation system remediation/replacement.

I called LandTeck on a Tuesday, inspection of backyard drainage issue along with estimate written done on Thursday, and work completed on Monday. Entire process only took 6 days. Carlos and his crew were hardworking and kept their commitments. Showed up on time ready to work.

I have used Landteck for about 6 months, so I have a more nuanced view on them than most. They initially did a great job with a large overhaul of my irrigation system. I like Carlos, and he is easy to get ahold of. They are reasonable priced. After I signed on for weekly maintenance, the service went downhill. They often did not show up when scheduled and never communicated why. Recently I found all my plants dying and they told me the irrigation was working fine. With my own testing, I discovered the pipe was leaking and the two sprinklers were broken. In addition, the drippers were not providing sufficient water. I can only surmise they are too busy or dont care enough to do the basic maintenance to keep your plants alive. I would have happily paid more money for workers whom I do not need to babysit.

I called LandTek and they came out the next day, gave me a quote and we scheduled the work for Monday. The gentleman who did the repair was prompt and curtious and the price quoted was the price charged. They were referred by friends and they receive a big thumbs up from me!

The guys at LandTeck are amazing. 1 week after doing an amazing job replacing grass with turf and rock and also replacing the irrigation, a Cox contractor jacked up 1 side of the turf by replacing the concrete around their box. There were gaps on the edge of the turf and the pavers werent level. Carlos came out and met them, took care of everything and I didnt have to deal with the contractor. The company did a nice job but they were very pricey for the work work preformed. Payment was deceptive. If you didnt pay with cash or debit card, you were charged an additional 4% for using credit. This wasnt explained prior to making payment.

They didnt have enough soil to fill the new planting area so they came back the next week with additional soil at no additional cost to me. They cleaned up the area when they were done. Even skimmed any plant debris from removing the bushes out of my pool once they were finished. Would definitely recommend.

I first became a LandTeck customer when they replaced the drip system in my front and back yards. The backyard work was replaced by a backyard contractor; including moving the location of the valve box. A few years later the new box failed and LandTeck came out and fixed it. Included extensive paver installation, raised planting beds, a fire pit, large turf areas, a dozen trees, and over three dozen flowers and shrubs. Also included irrigation and lighting. This job took their team seven days. This job was great quality and at least six of our neighbors also chose LandTeck after viewing the job they did. We have continue to use them for quarterly maintenance. They are always willing to take care of little extra jobs when they do this at request. Where to start? I have lots to say I m extremely impressed with the work the guys did. I mean absolutely amazing I love how my house looks now. (Best looking one in my block lol) Carlos and his team did hell of a job. This is third time I ve contracted them for projects in my home. The first time I was skeptical about pulling the trigger but I did and they followed all my likes and wants. When I first met up with Carlos I explained what I wanted and what I pictured in my mind. He took notes suggested and came back with the layout and man it look great. At the end it turned out to be spectacular. They focus on small details which i was happy about. Some that i didn t even notice on the layout. The lights were a big plus! (As he stated it would) The fire pit gorgeous! Like how the work around my pool equipment looks it s just so clean. An FYI I do I highly suggest that if you don t want to place lights at the time regardless ask to install pvc pipe incase you want in the future or at least run landscaping cable underneath. You ll save money and lots of time! I don t have pictures at the moment but to share I did my whole backyard front yard and sides of home.

We discovered a lake! I mean a leak in our yard from the main irrigation pipe breaking. The water was coming out from under our patio brick pavers but we didn t know exactly where We needed a company that did more than just leak repair, we needed a company that new irrigation systems, and wiring and more because our system was faulting out and the stations weren t working correctly after a landscaper messed with it and broke it. Paco from LandTeck Inc. came and found the leak, which was definitely under the brick pavers. He saw that our 2 irrigation box wires had been cut and re-wired incorrectly and one of the solenoids was bad so it needed to be replaced. We are so grateful for LandTeck Inc., and Paco & his crew. They knew exactly what to do. They were professional and clean and got the job done in no time. We are very satisfied with the work they did. We won t hesitate to call them again, if we have another leak. We highly recommend LandTeck Inc.

Had a sprinkler line leak. LandTeck came over same day for a quote (even though I did not indicate it was an emergency). The quote was very reasonable. They completed the work the next day very quickly and everything looks to be working well now. Reasonably priced and efficient.

I called Landteck to run irrigation for my front lawn. I wanted to transform it from grass to zeroscape. Landteck was able to replace my entire sprinkler system and plant new plants for me. LandTeck replaced my drip irrigation system in 2022 and put in new stones at the same time. In December of 2023 I texted Paco after my drip irrigation control box would not turn on the sprinkler system on the weekend. He responded to me next business day and came to see me same day. They replaced my controller box within same day. Amazing service, reasonable price and outstanding customer service.
