The guy came to clean the neighbors yard at 6321 Anza Ln. and this just left a mess on my driveway instead of cleaning it

Thank you so much for helping me take care of my embarrassing front yard (weeds were out of control from all the rain)! It s perfect now! I would this business to my friends and family. They came and gave me a more than fair estimate and showed up the next day. I can t believe I put it off for so long! Thank you again J &J Landscape. Soliciting on doors that have no soliciting signs posted, in a gated community.

Had them pull out 13 oleanders, including roots, came on time and did the job professionally and neatly. Pleasant and hard working employees. Vey pleased

Ill start with my experience. It began well, feeling positive about the service. Around a month and a half ago, J&J worked on my yard and charged a total of $700, claiming it was a necessary Deep Clean, even though my yard wasnt in bad condition. Despite that, I agreed to it. However, fast forward to today, a month and three weeks later, they havent scheduled me, sent me any updates, or shown up for the service. Ive called multiple times, and they always assure me of getting the service, but the promised contact email they send never arrives. Their customer service has been terrible, and its disappointing because I wanted to like this company. I understand that its been hot lately, and it would have been helpful if they had sent an email explaining how their company would operate during this hot spell. Also, I found out they only offer monthly service, not bi-weekly, which further adds to my frustration. It seems like they only care about taking your money dont prioritize customer satisfaction and ghosting you, theres no loyalty here so dont expect it The office staff and yard workers are not doing a good job, and its disheartening to see the company heading in a bad direction. Sadly, I have no choice but to look for another company to take care of my yard. This situation is really disappointing.

Very unsatisfactory from every angle. The office and the staff, when contacted, display a lack of competence. The field managers evaluate you solely on pricing. Occasionally, they fail to show up and completely ignore your requests. You have to plead with them to attend to your yard. They might manage to complete an acceptable job, but what value does that hold if they arrive and interact with you disrespectfully? I initially opted for this company based on their supposedly positive reviews, but it has turned into a continuous nightmare. Ive reached my limit with their services. Im now giving Cacti Landscapes an opportunity, as Ive had enough of J&J. The stress and frustration just arent worth it.

I had this company clean my yard on August 3rd of 2023. For the most part they did a fantastic job some minor issues that were not a deal breaker. I was asked if I would like to get on a monthly maintenance program signed the contract etc etc. Fast forward to today it s been a month and a half no call no nothing. I have called twice and was told the same thing the scheduling manager will call you to schedule. I have been waiting over a week for that return call. My frustration lies in the fact that I HAVE TO PLED WITH THIS COMPANY TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE I PAY FOR. The office staff is useless and provide no solution to your questions or concerns. I have never encountered such poor service in my life. Read the other reviews I m not alone. Look else where for service I am!!!

I will be quick in the review, direct to the point. Called, great customer service (phone) I set a time for someone to come out and provide an estimate, he arrived on time. The gentlemen looked over my property, which is give or take 0.16 acres. No grass, a few palm trees, few bushes, one pine tree and the rest rocks. He quoted an initial charge of $350 then $120 a month after they come by once per month. I was open for the $120 quote considering I usually pay $100 month with the contractor I used before and they come out bi-weekly. But the $350 was a deal breaker, why? My yard is not in bad shape at all. My guess, is they want a few months upfront out of you, so atleast they get something out of it if you decided to quit the service on them. I asked was the deposit flexible, he said no. So, I had to pass on the company. $120 /mo k no problem. But almost $400 up front with no valid explanation. Not worth it for me, hard pass.

Jose, and the crew at J&J are 5+ star service providers. Before I worked with J&J, I had called 3 other landscapers, none of which got back to me even after setting up appointments. Jose responded very quickly and professionally. He met me at my home, gave me a reasonable quote (I had a lot of work that was needed), and had a crew on it the same day. Not only did they do A+ level work, they went above and beyond to clean up areas normally untouched by previous vendors. I highly recommend J&J. Fantastic service, reasonable pricing, and professionalism in spades.

These folks were freaking awesome. We called them after seeing one of their flyers and they replaced our drip line system with a brand new PVC one. They communicated clearly, were on time, did fantastic work, and came back out a week later to double check their install. 100% would recommend!

I want to say thank you to J&J! I have tried to get other companies to do Landscaping and trim a tree for about 2 months. They were unresponsive to doing the work. I work probably 50 hours week crazy busy. Jose came gave estimate and time frame to complete work. He showed and they did exactly what we talked about while I was at work. I will use them again and would highly recommend to others.

I wasnt home when they knocked on my door so they just dug up my palm tree and took it away. Thats an expensive plant. They could have left it. I would have replanted it in a pot.

Jose and his team at J&J Landscaping are on a completely different level. Theyre fantastic!! I have no plans to ever use anyone else. They made our yard look incredible! Theyre fast, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, their communication is perfect, every time we talk to them AND theyre friendly! My family and I highly recommend!

J & J Landscape is a wonderful company to do business with. I have 2 very large trees in the front yard and use them when the tree needs trimming. They are extremely responsive, always on time, polite, pricing is honest and reasonable and do an awesome clean up job before leaving. I really appreciate their integrity and the extra effort they make after the job has been completed by providing a courtesy follow up call to ensure everything went well and that I was satisfied with the outcome and experience. Jose and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning up my front and back yard. They trimmed all bushes and cleaned up everything. My yard looks great!!

Needed yard clean-up quickly and Jose not only responded quickly but completed the job in within a day or two after the call. Very satisfied with service so we set up regular maintenance with them.

We love you guys. You asked for areas of improvement so the only thing I would offer is that I wish we could pay on line rather than by phone. Other than that you do quality work and we enjoy working with you.

Jose (and J&J as a whole) is very professional. He did his initial survey/advising before providing a quote. He was very open to conversation and considerations, thoughts, and ideas that I had. He also provided his professional advice about what would be a good idea and a bad idea. When it was time for the job, he stayed in close communication while the crew came. If there were any delays, he made sure to communicate them in advance. The crew completed the job very timely and proficiently. They did a great cleanup to leave a clean, finished jobsite. We had weed barrier placed, 10 tons of rock placed, removed some bushes, had new bushes added, added new drippers, and a tree pulled. For plant selection, I had plants selected in advance. Some were not available at the nursery and he put me on the phone directly with the nursery staff to let me know what they had in hand and what would be close substitutions. A week after the job was done, Jose came back for a site walkdown to make sure all was complete to his and my satisfaction and to allow me the opportunity to ask questions about watering timers, etc. Very professional and I would recommend J&J to everyone!

Jose and the team were quick, knowledgeable and left both front and back yard looking so much better than the overgrown mess it was when they got here! We really appreciate the quick response, good communication, and excellent work.

Did a fantastic job getting my yards in shape. Came when they said they would, did everything I asked, and price was great for everything they did (including fixing a broken irrigation line. A neighbor who was impressed asked me for their number!

We have had our yard serviced by J & J a few times, and we recently contracted to have them come regularly. I wish we had done so earlier! After an initial clean-up (our backyard was an absolute disaster due to a long recuperation period after surgery), which was completed for way less than we expected, we now dont even have to think about our landscaping. The crew and the office staff are extremely professional. They have payment options that many other landscapers do not have, including the option to pay by credit card and to have recurring service set up as an automatic payment on the day of my choosing. Scheduling with them is easy and they are reliable. I absolutely cannot say a single negative thing about this service.

Jose came by the date and time we agreed upon for his estimate, and saw the HUGE job that lay ahead of him for a DEEP CLEAN UP ! Lol. Let s just say that, being disabled, I wasn t able to take care of the yards, android the people that SAID they re gardeners ....WEREN T; ergo the super mess. . He and 2 other men arrived on the set day (Thanksgiving!) at 7:30am and stayed until 4:30pm -and I didn t see ANYONE take a break! . I was completely gobsmacked when I saw the debris that was cut down/trimmed/dug up!! Now that it s all ready for Spring, he ll be helping me with planting shrubs/trees/flowers and continue maintenance. They re absolutely THE BEST and I wholeheartedly recommend Jose and his crew at J&J Landscaping! 5 stars.

I cannot praise this company enough. J&J did a complete renovation of my Summerlin home backyard in JUST 4 DAYS! That included 33 Cyprus trees, patio pavers, rocks, turf and irrigation. Absolutely beautiful results well beyond our expectations. If you chose another landscaping company, you made a BIG mistake and you probably paid too much. I am a lifelong customer with J&J from here on out. I hate to share this secret but J&J deserves the support.

I hired J&J several years ago and theyve done a wonderful job keeping up my lawn. My only concern is timeliness and being organized; never can say when they will arrive at the house on a scheduled day. Its either a.m. or p.m. Recently, rainy weather earlier this month caused a delay in service by almost 3 weeks - and a yard full of weeds! I have not doubt that the team will do a good job when they come next week but being a little more timely helps with yard maintenance.

I spent a month calling around different maintenance places and so many were unresponsive, expensive, or unwilling to even come and look at the property. I stumbled across J&J, and it was the best thing that could have happened. Within one day of speaking with them, Jose came and looked at my property, gave me a reasonable quote on the spot, and came out the following day to complete the job. They did an amazing job! My yard has never looked better! They didn t just chop and spray the hundreds of large and small weeds. I saw them picking them all out one by one! I really can t express how happy I am and can not recommend them enough! Thank you!

We recently had all of our sprinkler system and drip system redone/upgraded due to it being very old and had a leak issue, and the work was done exceptionally well. You would not have known there was work done because everything was put back in its place and the leftover debris was removed. J&J always does such professional work and I recommend them highly. They also do our lawn maintenance and we are pleased with all they do.

I moved to the area a couple of months ago and the yard of the house I am renting was suffering from severe neglect. It had obviously not been maintained at all in quite some time. Not long after I moved in the HOA sent me notices that I needed to clean the pine needles out of the front yard ASAP. The yard of the house is a bunch of rocks. I am new to the desert environment and had literally no idea how I was supposed to clean pine needles out from them. I tried myself with minimal success. I called J&J and Jose came out the next day to give me an estimate. It was slightly more expensive than I expected, but Jose was very friendly and honest about every question I asked him. He gave me a few tips on desert yard maintenance, including things I thought needed to be done but werent really necessary, and some tips to prevent the pine needle issue from happening again anytime soon. Jose scheduled to come out the following morning. Him and his crew were there bright and early. After an hour or 2, the yard now looks great and I am very happy with the results. He even hauled away some yard debris a previous tenant left piled by the side of the house without charging me for it. I plan to try keeping the yard maintained myself in the future, but when I inevitably need help with something I know who I will be calling.

J&J Landscape 08/06/2019 J&Js rep came on 7/4 and gave estimates for work for my house and my mothers, across the street. We decided 1st hire them for mom, as her situation was more urgent. When I called the company the week before last to give the green light, they did not have the estimate in their system and said Id have to find my copy of the ppwk and furnish it or wed have to start over. I found this exceedingly odd but my mother was so anxious about her yard that I decided to move forward anyway and found the paperwork, which I scanned and emailed to them. I didnt hear anything, so I called several hours later to learn they had not received their own paperwork/estimate via their email. I was told to photograph the estimate and text the image to a phone #, which I did. It was finally received and a rep. got in touch with me a day or two later to schedule mom for the following week. The gentleman who called scheduled us for 7a this morning, August 6. I asked if there was anything a little later as my mother is elderly and is not an early riser and its nearly impossible, for health reasons, for her to be available at that hour and I was told No, thats all we have. So I took the 7a reluctantly but politely. Since mom couldnt be up to greet them, assess their work, and pay them, I woke up at 6:30 and headed over to her house. They never showed up. I waited til 7:30a, then went home and went back to sleep, as I was recovering from various company in town for my recent 50th birthday. At 10a I woke up and called the office to notify them and find out what happened. Politely I explained that no one had shown for the 7a appointment. The woman who answered said Yeah, youre on the schedule today but not until noon. Someone tried to reach you. I said, No, I didnt miss any calls before the appointment, not from anyone from J&J and she went on the defense and asked if I wanted the service or not. Her tone was very rude and there was no acknowledgment or apology for having missed the appt. without so much as a phone call. She said Ill take you off the schedule and hung up on me. I then checked my phone and saw that at 9:25am a text had come in from Jose to call him. I called J&J back and stated that I had received a text, but after the fact which was not ok. I stated that a phone call to reschedule would have needed to happen BEFORE the appt.. to which the rude woman replied, You said you werent contacted but you were and I said, Look, I heard from him 2.5 hours after after the appt. was supposed to happen...An appt. that I begged to be later in the day and was refused She said if you dont want the service, were done. Im not going to argue with you. I said I dont want to argue. What is the name of the owner? and after a long pause she said I am. I said I find that very surprising. Will there be no apology, no attempt to earn my business? She said Fine, if it makes you feel better, sorry. and I said, No thats ok, you dont mean that and she said Have a great day and hung up on me. But some things really are blessings in disguise because my mom hired her neighbor s guy (who has serviced neighbor s yard for 21+ yrs) who cleaned up her lawn, front & back, for exactly 1/2 the $. He is polite, humble, punctual, professional, and skillful. So affordable, and there is no rude office girl answering his phone. J&J might occasionally please a customer or two by chance, but they have zero conception, literally, of the phrase customer service . I was not even mildly irate when I called after their no-call; no show. I was understanding because s*#t happens. But it was like the girl had been hired to deter business because she had a nasty, mean energy and disposition and lied about being the owner. You can t say you re the owner because you botched an appt., didn t bother to call, act so rude to customers who t inquire as to who owns the place. But she did!!! Owners reply not true! It was their idea to come on July 4th! I never said estimate was urgent or that I wanted to meet on a holiday!

J & J is awesome! Staff are very friendly and they always make sure to go above and beyond with their service. Highly recommended.

I called JJ landscaping to fix my old and broken sprinkler system and to re sod my front and back yard. Their prices was very competitive and crew was very respectful. I notice they spent extra attention to the gate knowing we have a dog. This was very import since we did. Otnwant kurt dog roaming the streets due to an open gate Also, after the work was completed, the crew cleaned everything up, I could not even tell they where back there for a week. I enjoyed the experience with J&J very much.

Our landscaping team, Lexi and her husband, arrived early, and did everything we asked for, and at a very fair price. Our experience was great, and we will contact them again in the future. Unfortunately, I can no longer stand by my 5 star review of this company. Google maps informed me that my review had made a difference. It seems that now, they are too busy to stop by to do anymore yard work here again. I had called them, and was put off for a week. The following week. Columbus Day, they said they could come that day. Next, I spoke with them again, and was told that they were too busy again. So, they said they would be here on Tuesday. Was ready to see them on Tuesday, with cash ready to pay for their services. Once again, they never showed up, and didnt give any reason and ignored my call. This five star review should go down to 2 stars. I am sure this was your company. Lexi her name is Alexis. The man with her, not sure of their relationship. I paid in cash, so maybe thats why you dont have a record of my name. I asked her to put down her contact information on an index card. She wrote down J & J Landscaping and her phone number. Theres no mistake. If you would like me to scan the index card and e-mail it to you, I would do that.

I have used J & J Landscape for a few years now, they do an excellent job and I have even recommended to other family members and they have done an awesome job for them as well, would recommend 100%, also if I ever have any problems they have no issues helping me out!

We hired J&J to do a clean - up of our hedges which were overgrown. Francesco and his partner did an excellent job.

Cleaned up our front yard (tree trimming, weed pulling, rock cleaning) very quickly after making an initial appointment. Our yard looks great, the team was wonderful to work with, and the best part is that it was so reasonably priced. Looking forward to continue working with them.

If I could give them a lower grade I would. Paid Jose $100.00 to mow my front and back yard and trim two bushes. Got home to find out that he barely mowed my front yard, did a piss poor job of trimming the two bushes and did not mow the back yard. I should have listened to my gut, because I had asked Jose for a quote on fixing my sprinkler system one time and he said it would be between 100 - 300 dollars. Cacti Landscaping did it for $70.00 in less than an hour the same day. They are crooks!

Terrible customer service.

Rude customer service. Told them my phone was dead and to contact me through email. Used the excuse that they couldnt reach me by phone to skip TWO APPOINTMENTS that I made. I emailed them to let them know that I was home, but all they had were excuses and attitude. The yardwork they provided was fine, but they did not complete all the tasks I asked for in my assessment last time, and this time they did not meet the appointment. They came on my property without my permission when I was not home and conducted the assessment without me. And then they stood me up for the appointment! I would not recommend them; not when there are clearly so many choices in this town. Whatever happened to good customer service and satisfaction???!!!
