Chip-N-Dale's Custom Landscaping in Las Vegas

I recently had a large back and front courtyard landscape remodel by Chip-&-Dale s Landscape Company. I had heard of them and seen them in my neighborhood, so I decided to try them. I m so happy I did. I started by having the company owner Greg Struhl design the project for me. He understood what I was trying to achieve and designed a plan that I knew would be beautiful when completed, and beyond my expectation. Their staff Danielle, Christie, Rob are fantastic, so responsive, professional, competent, and personable. They aim to make you happy. I was informed every step of the way about what was happening to the project s completion. Their follow through is great! I was also so impressed by the workers who carried out the demolition and installation work. Wow, they work hard, protect your property, are respectful and a pleasure to have around. My project included plant, planter, tile & iron work, lighting, and other important preparations to satisfy the HOA requirements. They handled all the HOA documentation, reviews, and finalization. I found their overall costs reasonable given the scope of the project, attention to your project, and the materials I selected. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I would recommend Chip-N-Dale s landscaping to anyone looking to upgrade their landscaping needs. The team is punctual and professional and always goes above and beyond in the maintenance of our yard. We recently did a turf conversion and it looks amazing.

I think they know their stuff, but unless you want to spend alot of money, dont waste your time. I was quoted an estimate of one price and when I received the proposal, it was 3x the price. I am not sure if my proposal was in error, but there were items on there that were not even talked about. Not to mention my front yard is a postage stamp size, not sure why I would need a project manager fee added to the quote. Additionally I asked for a picture. They didnt provide and they wont as it was a cost on the proposal. I think the person who came should have outlined all the additional costs that could add up. They should have just said, your job isnt the caliber we want to take on. I would have respected that instead of getting a proposal probably known wouldnt have been accepted. Too bad, every job is worth something and when I want that big job done, I wouldnt consider calling. I am sure they have enough business so this review wont pull much weight, but communicating for the average person.

The company did an outstanding job! We were a small job compared to most of the work they do; however, they treated us with the same level of value and care. They worked side by side with us in landscaping design and kept us informed on every step of our project. We would highly recommend them to others.

Im writing this review as a Chip-N-Dales customer of over 8 years and wanted to thank and commend Danielle Striker, Landscape Design Coordinator, and the owner, Greg Struhl, for providing great support during that time. Its nice to know that a company will be there after the initial work and Chip-N-Dales has always been responsive when needed.

This company was very thorough and responsive to us in the design process from day 1 including the 3D model which helped immensely in setting accurate expectations. They coordinated everything including the pool company once we selected one. The backyard came out great and we got the exact feel we were going for.

I began working with Chip-n-Dale landscaping on a comprehensive plan for the backyard in June of 2021, signing a contract by September. Throughout the process they provided realistic expectations as far as what to expect, and when. They met my expectations, and delivered a quality backyard complete with an outdoor kitchen, landscaping, Pergola, concrete, etc. The attention to detail and the quality of the product was worth the wait. Total of about 10 months from the first meeting to completion. All the staff from the folks in the office, to the men in the field were nothing but consummate professionals. I highly recommend the services of Chip-n-Dale.

We would not hesitate to recommend this company. They transformed our front yard and added tremendous curb appeal, all on time and on budget! From design to finished product, we couldnt have been happier. The Chip-N-Dales team is knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive, and it made life so much easier to deal with one vendor as opposed to lots of individual vendors on the same project.

Within just a few weeks the design team, headed by Greg Struhl, created a plan that would add low maintenance, usable space to our property and beautify the entrance to our home. With the invaluable help of Danielle Stryker, the design coordinator, the 3-D concept drawings created by her design team became a reality. The crews did an excellent job in removing the old and installing the new. Most importantly, at the end of each day, they left the property as clean as it was before they started. When people walk into my courtyard their first word is Wow! Greg the owner of Chip-N-Dale s worked with me tirelessly until the design for my courtyard was just right. Thats not where his service stopped its only where it began. Greg was in touch with me throughout the project making sure everything was as it was suppose to be. He is hands on. How many owners do you know that come by at sundown on a Saturday night to make sure that the lightening was perfect?! Thats Greg and the pride he takes in his work and company. Im now replacing my pavers and there is no one else I would even consider doing the job. Chip-N-Dale s cares about their work and cares about their client. I highly recommend.

My parents wanted their landscaping done so we did our research and Chip n Dale s Custom Landscaping was the only company that actually came out to the house for an estimate. We initially hired them to do the front yard but decided since the 2 workers that came out,(Channo and Jose), did such a wonderful job we would have them come back to do the back yard which was a bigger project than the front yard. Channo and Jose were awesome, very hardworking and polite. My parents are really happy and that s what counts. Thankyou Chip N Dale s Landscaping for a job well done. They sceheduled me 2 weeks out to come for an estimate between 1-2pm. They never showed up, they never called.. poor business practice

One of your workers almost hit me in a head on collision because we was driving on the opposite side of the street on Highland Drive (4 lane street 2 lanes going north and 2 lanes going south) He than smiled and flipped me off. Your employees are running stop signs driving on the wrong side of the street. These are the type of people you employ? Absolutely ridiculous.

Scheduled an estimate, guy came over assessed property said he would write up a quote and design and get back to me in a week. 3 months later no quote or design just repeated responses sorry we are busy with other clients.

I needed some custom landscaping and found the team here second to none. Creative solutions were found and were exactly what we were searching for!!!!

When it was time to landscape the back yard of my newly built home, I interviewed 3 landscaping design companies. Of the 3 Chip-n-Dales was the only one that would handle everything. I did not want to deal with sub-contractors. After meeting with Greg and expressing my vision for a Modern Zen feel, I left it up to him. We reviewed some photos and I picked out some items that appealed to me. The initial design was exactly what I had in mind. Once they started I never checked their work since everything was done according to the specs provided. Every member of his crews were professional, efficient, and friendly. When the plan was submitted, every tree, bush and rock was priced out so I knew what the total cost would be and there was no deviations. I would recommend Chip-n-Dales Custom Landscaping to anyone looking for quality work and beautiful landscaping.

Greg struhl and his team are phenomenal! From the design phase through the implementation, they did an exceptional job. I was undergoing some unfortunate circumstances when greg came into my life. My husband was suffering from cancer and consequently passed away. He hired chip n dales custom landscaping before his passing, trying to put things in order for myself and my 2 boys. This is the second major landscaping we have done in three years on new homes and both had nothing but dirt and gravel to start. We went to three landscapers for estimates. Two were relatively close on cost but the rough designs were very disappointing, lacking creativity. The property is 35 by 140 and a large bank running the entire length and it needed a lot of work. In comes Franco Valpone from Chip-N-Dales and deliverys an amazing design for the landscaping, pool and BBQ. Project was started on time and the only delay was the paver manufacturer. Dave Reich the PM was great to work with and was always on site. The two subs used were top notch as well. The CND crews were outstanding and respected our property and never left waste/spoils behind. The follow-up continues to be outstanding. Clearly I cannot say enough about the workmanship, design and timeliness of the project. What extra we spent on the project was clearly worth the difference.

I called Chip-N-Dales for a landscaping quote for my backyard. The rep showed up on time and all seemed good. He made mention that they were doing a $30k backyard in my community just down the street. I stated that I wasnt looking for something quite that expensive and he seemed to be understanding of that. We talked about some ideas for the space, he performed his measurements, and left. That was over a month ago and I never received a phone call, email, or any other correspondence from them regarding my backyard. I have a fairly good sized lot that I was looking to get landscaped, but, because I didnt want to spend $30k or more on it they figure they wont bother I suppose. I could have been told that over the phone and not had either of our time wasted.

Two months ago Franco came oyt to do an estimate. After three weeks?I called for more information. Franco no longer there. Told they were going through his accounts. Had a second person come out. Had to call after a week ro get status. Then told he will come up with a plan by end of week or Saturday. Stll nothing. Not impressed. If a company is too busy or dont want the job, say so.

It has been a great experience working with Chip-N-Dales landscaping company and Greg Struhl. We had our backyard done by Chip-N-Dale almost a year ago. We appreciate and enjoy the beauty of our backyard in different seasons. Chip-N-Dale is an honest company and Greg is an honest business man. In this world, is there anything more important than being honest to the market and customers? We do have some small shrubs which could not survive during hot summer. When we let Chip-N-Dale know, they changed them quickly without charge. We are so impressed on how quick and well they took care of the issue. David, project manager did a wonderful job. I like to say thank you, David. Even after one year, when I thought to do some upgrade for our courtyard and front yard, the first thing I did is calling Greg to ask Chip-N-Dale to do it. This the trust from our experience with Chip-N-Dale and high quality work and service we have been getting from this outstanding company.

In October I hired Greg with Chip-n-dales to do my front and Back yard. Im so happy I did there a great company. Greg designed a gorgeous plan and it turn out perfect. The workers at my home always answered all my questions, and went over the call of duty. The supervisor was always there in the morning and evening to check the progress. I will be referring anyone I know that needs work to them. Great job!

I couldnt be happier. I finally found a company that met or exceeded all my expectations after years of wasted money, substandard landscape planting and maintenance,. Greg and his team spent the time to talk to me, discuss what I wanted and liked, then took my input and created far more than I could have visioned on my own. The result is comparable to a high-end resort in my backyard--our own private retreat. His knowledge of the plants and trees that flourish in our environment ensured that my money was well spent. He created layers of color and textures that have visual appeal year round. Teams of workers arrived promptly every morning, and cleaned up each area at the end of the day. Trees and old bushes were removed completely (including roots) and new foliage was planted with the proper depth, fertilizer, irrigation and aeration. The landscape lighting is outstanding--beautiful, properly placed and the right fixture for each location. Added water features created a calming retreat. Chip-n-Dales isnt the cheapest. But in my mind they are the best and I regret that I didnt find them earlier to do it right the first time. With C-n-D now maintaining the property, I have comfort in knowing that the oasis Greg created will be properly trimmed and cared for. Its beautiful now. I cant wait to watch it mature in time.
