Perfect, every single time. Ive never had to call or ask for anything more, they take care of what needs to be done.

First day service looks good

The owner was recently by to look at some of my issues i.e. dead plants that had not been removed despite requests. Irrigation bubblers that was not capped off when dead plants were removed. Seems pretty obvious to me when a palm tree is starting to sprout in the middle of a patch of daisies it doesnt belong there. My back yard is starting to look like crap and if Im going to pay for it to be brought back up to what I consider to be nice enough to have people over this summer I might have to find another outfit.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Never hire CACTI. All other services in Las Vegas are superior to these weaklings. This company spends over $1M per month on advertising to trick you into hiring them. Then they put a mandatory contract so you can t cancel after they ruin your property. The so-called experts do not look out for your home. While out of state for 4 months we had a huge leak according to our bill and asked them to please tell us if they noticed any area it might be. They said nope . The water bills kept coming. They walked the property monthly while we were away and didnt let us know about an irrigation leak they caused which is easy to spot. (See photo) When asked to fix it they tried to charge us hundreds more and get their expert to send us another contract.. With our other property they left weeds and let our plants die. Then tried to charge us $280 per plant to replace it. I bought a $20 plant and dug a hole in 4mins and plopped it in. When an issue arises the owner sits in his office doing the least possible for his customers, looking for any way to upcharge you to fix a problem that his employees caused. We had multiple properties with them and happy to cancel all of them. We will be sharing this feedback with our property management acquaintances as well. And you, after reading this will also not hire Cacti Landscape. (Feel free to reach out to me for more about how they fail to do their job.) Hope it was worth it hoss.

Our technician was Pablo. He called in advance to say he was on his way. Arrived promptly. I showed him my areas of concern and he actually found more issues with our drip watering system than I had realized we had. We was very friendly and efficient and fixed all the leaks. I highly recommend Pablo and Cacti Landscapes for future landscape issues!

Weve used Cacti for over 5 consecutive years for blow and go services on our 0.6 acre lot and occasional week control. We have house, patios, walkways, grass, trees and shrubs. Any minor issues have been resolved completely very quickly and they are very dependable. Since my wife and I travel quite a bit, a reliable service with a quality performance is imperative while we are gone. No problems. Fast, efficient, and respectful.

Had a one-time clean-up completed today. Absolutely amazing. It looks like someone that lives here actually loves it again. Couldn t have asked for better and without any instructions at all. Completely impressed and would definitely use them again. Thank you so much!!

Had an initial clean up of my property 1-3 hours $200. When they got there, I said I needed the side done which the weeds were very high as well as the back and front yard which didn t have much to clean up. They started laughing at the side and saying it was a lot of work. Their truck was already half full with landscaping clippings. I just said do the side and that s all because that was my main concern. An hour after they started I get a phone call from their office saying it will be an extra $1000 because they need 3 more hours and they have to go to the dump 2 times and they can only do the side of the house. I said I am looking at the side of my house right now and they are almost done don t understand how they need 3 more hours when they are almost finished. I also don t understand why they need to dump 2 times when they came to this job with a half full truck. They informed me they would have to stop the job and they left.

This was the first time Cacti came to do monthly maintenance on our yard. So compared to our previous landscapers, they did a much better job. I am optimistic that Cacti will be better than our previous ones. Cacti trimmed my bushes like I prefer them. They even pulled out all the weeds from our rock areas.

Needed weeds removed and loose leaves blown and taken care of. They even trimmed the tree out front! The guys were prompt and professional given me a break down of what was happening and explaining what they could do. Definitely will use again in the future.

The Scheduling appointment process seems detached and sterile. Plus, the fact that they can t provide at least a two or three hour window of time they will arrive also points to a lack of customer service. Also, they do not offer a military discount - that chaps my hide. The crew did a decent job but, in my opinion, over-trimmed the centerpiece palm in my from yard. UGGGGGGGGGH!! It s like a bad haircut, now I just have to wait for it to grow back. Annoying!

The landscaper does a really great job with tidying up the front of my house each month, which includes tree, bush trimmings and blowing leaves out of the rock landscapes.

Its good work, but not sure if they all know or talk to customer about their plants or upkeep? Wish there was better communication. I previously was not happy with work, but they are doing better

I knew there would be a trip charge. Repair person called at 12:01 to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes. I said call me when you arrive and I will remotely open the garage door. He called at 12:21 I opened the garage door. He told me he would take a look and call me back. He called back at 12:40 and told me it was pretty bad and what the cost would be. I told him to proceed and call when finished so I could close the garage door remotely. 9 minutes later at 12:49 he called and verified my door had closed. I was happy with the all the correspondence with Cacti and the service tech. I appreciated verification that my garage for closed but was surprised that it only took 9 minutes to repair when he said it was really bad.

Maybe they show up, maybe they don t. Either way they ll charge you and send you an email saying that they completed your service . I have several weeds growing in my backyard with complete impunity even though Cacti has allegedly serviced my property monthly. Buyer beware.

The crew that performed the landscaping maintenance at my place was professional, courteous, efficient, and thorough.

They came out to double check my drip system and ended up making it worse. The water has now been running for hours and I had to call another company to fix their mistake. Will not be using them again.

I use Cacti for my yard cleanup and trim existing bushes, and hedges. I have all desert landscaping and no grass. They work fast and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

At first we really liked this company. The price was reasonable and they seemed to care. Now I think the landscaping or maintenance of the yard part had gone down a little. When the come and blow the leaves and spray the weeds it seems they dont do much with the weeds even tho it says they do. I still see weeds in my yard and we have to go spray them ourselves. Oh yeah they seem to shut off your water to your plants and dont tell you they did that then your plants start to die. Then I thought they were supposed to check the irrigation system and let us know if any leaks or whatever but that seems to be disappearing also. So when you call and ask them to fix your irrigation system they make you do an 80$ an hour service call first just to tell you yeah its broke. Hopefully when we get the guy to comes out to tell us how much it will be to fix our irrigation system, it wont cost an arm and a leg.

I still like their service. I just wish they didnt have a schedule optimizer that forces me to have them out on the 1 day of the week that has a conflict for me. I will miss you Cacti!

The performed poorly so I asked to cancel the agreement. They said that their performance didnt matter and I had to pay anyway. I gave notice and then they decided to bill me for services not provided. I know multiple people who had the same issue. Ridiculous that they have a decent rating.

The only negative was that half of the drips were 1 foot to 3 feet out of the ground and the dogs had a good time. I had to replace over 40 drips and had to bury 1/2 of the lines. System works great and the main line was placed underground, which was more than the original company did when they landscaped the backyard.

I was charged $1500 for 2.5 hours. And 45 minutes of that was waiting for them to return with new PVC. I had a water leak in my irrigation leading to my back yard. I had already cut concrete and dug out 80% of the line. The crew dug up the remaining without having to cut anymore concrete. They said it was a joint that wasnt glued. Very easy fix. The crew that showed up was very polite and efficient. They buried and cleaned up everything so thats why 2 stars. But $1500 for 2.5 hours is too much.

Updated review: I am putting my rating back up to the original five star review I previously had. I am keeping my old review for reference. It has been a few months since we have had the service issue and the crew has been coming consistently again and completing the full service (front/back/side yards) within the allotted time. There isn t a lot of maintenance for my property, but what they have been sprucing up has been acceptable again. I am a happy customer again after seeing this improvement. Although I didn t get to speak with Brett, he did give my husband a call to follow up and left him a voicemail. Ever since, his crew has made the effort to complete the full service in a timely fashion and they have gotten to all areas around our house. I can appreciate the better effort I ve seen from them the last few months and I am hopeful the service will stay great. Old review: My husband and I have used Cacti Landscapes for over a decade. We pay for monthly maintenance where they come down once a month to clean up our yard (both front, back, and sides of the house). They have always been able to complete our full service in 15 minutes or less. We recently had a switch in day - went from the first Monday of the month to the third Thursday of the month. With the change came a change in the crew that was sent out. We have cameras set up around our full property and noticed that the crew that came last Thursday was very confused and possibly training new people. They missed the service for our backyard completely. One of the crew members is seen spraying for weeds on the side of the house, he looked over our backyard gate, and then simply left with the rest of the crew without entering the backyard. We reached out by email and received a response from someone named Justin who told us our property is too big to complete service in 15 minutes and wanted us to upgrade to 30 minute service for more money every month. Our service property size has not changed. We live at the same address we have for over a decade when we first started using Cacti and the old crew could easily get a full service (front, back, and sides) completed in the allotted 15 minutes. Why is it that we have to be charged more for a crew that drags their feet to complete the service or a crew that simply is training others? This has never been an issue before and prior crews have always been able to spruce up all areas of our property in the allotted 15 minutes. We have requested that Brett reach out to us to discuss these concerns since we have spoken to him before in the past and he has been able to resolve our minor problems before. Justin doesn t seem to understand this particular concern nor is he willing to resolve it. I will update my review from one star back to my previous five star review if we can get this resolved. Otherwise, if we cannot, it will remain one star and we will look for another landscape company, unfortunately.

Update to the review: Service is still awesome and we love these guys! Super efficient and always professional. Ive been using Cacti for quite some time now and I never have to worry about them showing up on time or doing sub-par work. Part of their service is letting me know if there is a problem with any portion of my drip-system. If there has been in the past I just authorize the repair and I dont have to worry about it! All in one service!

Ive been with Cacti for many years with mostly great service. Services are varying. Most recent service was good but not as well done as usual. Last month, service was excellent. Looking forward to the consistently great/excellent service I had become accustomed to receiving.

Cacti was excellent in solving my drip irrigation issues. From scheduling to clean up my Cacti landscape experience was was superb. I called and was able to schedule at my convenience, the tech assigned to my issue was able to work with me to solve my drip irrigation troubles. I highly recommend Cacti for irrigation repair.

We have used a number of landscape maintenance companies over the years, but Cacti Landscapes has been the best! Cacti are very professional, timely, and above all do a great job when they come. The crew chief is always interested in anything specific I want done, the crew is thorough, and they are efficient. I continue to highly recommend Cacti Landscapes.

They did a good job on landscaping. We had an issue with our irrigation though and they replaced the valves for the irrigation but left the cover off the box and they left the screw on top of the valve loose so we had water leaking for two days before I noticed it. Water bill is gonna be high this month and only 6 days in. They need to do better checks before leaving and make sure everything is good. Double check yourself and have them show you what they did.

They will take your money for the estimate but don t have time to do the quoted work

My crew is great! My yard is big and difficult so if you don t have a game plan it can look noting was done. My guys always keep my place looking tidy. Always do anything extra I ask for.

Ive used Cacti for over 12 years and have been completely happy with my service involving three of my properties over the 12 years. They always arrive on the scheduled day and when I have special requests, they happily do them. I also appreciate the personal response given me by Bret, the owner. I had a special project, he came out, and had his people do a great job at a fair price. The crews are always responsive and the office personnel, especially Amanda Hamilton, are highly professional and always willing to help. Like everything, costs go up, but they always do their best and if weather prevents them from coming out, they always let us know. I wouldnt use anyone else here in Las Vegas. Called and made an appoint for an estimate at the recommendation of my rear neighbor who uses them. The owner came, seemed very professional. I guess he didn t listen because my estimate was for a monthly service that didn t discuss anything I mentioned and wouldn t fit my neeeds. It s been over a month since and they haven t followed up. They charge $20 to come out and do estimates. Seems to me the owner just drives around town collecting. Or maybe they have too much business to care?

The tech was very ice no very informative. He say the problem and got to it. Really helped me out with his knowledge. The $80.00 service fee was a bit sharp, make sure you get the work done same day so you don t have to pay twice.

Pablo did a wonderful job assessing where drips were opened, and repaired them in the front and back yard. He found and repaired a leak along with checking the water meter to ensure there were no more possible leaks around the property. He noticed a leak below the meter and informed me to call the LVWD to prepare it. I did that and LVWD responded on Friday snd repaired that leak. So thankful for his quality of work and will contact the office to find out are you taking on clients for a monthly service.

Arrived on time, briefly greeted me and explained what will be done and asked me a few questions like once we are done do you prefer for us to let you know or just leave . This tells me they listened and heard me say I will be on calls and meetings. They were also thoughtful to mention that there may be loud noise. They got to work right away. And left my yard cleaned as expected without any debris. Will use their service on an ongoing basis!

I STRONGLY suggest that you DONT use this company!!! Although the techs do good work, the companys extremely poor communication is their apparent excuse for overbilling practices and poor follow through... Just a quick overview...I paid and scheduled for a weed pull and pre-emergent to be done on the same day. The weed pull was done on the scheduled day, but not the pre-emergent. I only found that out, because I called to ask to see if they had done the pre-emergent. Only then was I told, my appointment was moved to two weeks later. After having already paid in advance, it would have been a simple courtesy to call or email to let me know of the schedule change. The second problem is, I just noticed today a pending charge for an additional $200 for services I already paid for (the weed pull and pre-emergent). When I called to ask why there was a pending charge for an additional $200, I was told it was because they said they spent more time on my property for the weed pull and had the authority to charge me more. NOTE: I used them before for the same weed pull, and they did the same work in the same time for the same amount I paid previously - which was $200 for an hour. Also note, they sent me a receipt saying $0 balance due for this recent weed pull. As a customer (and a previous customer), even if you THINK you might have to charge more than the previous time, you would still give the customer a courtesy call to notify and ask if thats fine. I called to speak to someone at Cacti in charge. The condescending woman who answers the phone for the company, said she would put me in a que for the owner to call me. I dont expect to hear anything from him/her. Use this company that likes to play with peoples money at your own risk!!!

Absolutely awful - they literally didn t show up for 4 months over the course of our contract (or if they showed up, they did not do anything). I complained to them all 4 times - one time after I contacted them multiple times they said they would send somebody but they never came. Cacti didn t believe me until I showed them pictures - but still Cacti didn t send anybody! I canceled the contract at the earliest opportunity which took me contacting them multiple times for them to acknowledge. Don t get scammed by these scammers!

Came as scheduled to provide estimate. The number was a little higher than expected, but within a fair range. Getting scheduled was easy, thought I was skeptical at first about paying a 100% deposit. On service day, the results *greatly* exceeded expectations and I was very happy to have chosen them. 10/10 would go with them again for any future landscaping projects - their work was impeccable.

Today was my first service with Cacti Landscapes and I was totally blown away with the excellent service provided. They trimmed all my bushes back to a reasonable size, trimmed the trunks of my segos, blew all the trash, leaves and dirt from my front and back yards and then actually swept all the bush trimmings and leaves up and put them in a trash canand took it with them. My previous provider used to blow all the backyard trash/leaves into my pool and the front trash/leaves out in the street. He never the entire year he serviced my yard moved anything, even trash cans, out of the way to blow dirt and leaves that may have accumulated under or around these items. Today this wonderful crew did that and more. If you unhappy with your yard service, I highly recommend you call Cacti. The nice lady in the office is very friendly and extremely responsive to any questions you may have. I give the 10

Efficient and thorough.

This one is for the crew that came to my home today! Excellent work! However CL is off its game for making it difficult for the crew by changing my monthly schedule AGAIN thereby leaving the crew with the task of taking on a lot that has not been cleaned cleared or trimmed, etc., since the first week of April!!! Needless to say the yard could not be fully done and some had to be left for next month. SIGH. So this one is for the CREW! Thank you so very much guys!!

The only consistent thing about this business is when they charge your account. They also require a year contract and 90 notice to cancel.

Theyre fine. They show up regularly which is better than 90% of the landscapers out there. They dont pull weeds, thats an extra cost. They dont trim bushes properly (my lemon tree looks like a bush and my yellowbell bushes were allowed to grow like trees, and then hacked off half of the yellowbell canopy and it looked awful). They dont rake rocks and dont pull dead plants. But they have great communication and let you know when theyre arriving. Great at using the blowers. But your yard will always look fine, they do not strive to make your yard look great. But again, better than 90%of the landscapers in town.

The actual work done was adequate, but dealing with the front office is incredibly frustrating. They dont answer half the time, they cant give you information when the crew will be to your house, and if the crew just doesnt show up on the scheduled day they completely pass the buck and dont care at all about the inconvenience to the customer and just blame the crew. And the crew just blames the front office once they do show up. Its like youre dealing with two completely separate companies that dont communicate.

They did a great job. The front and back yards were a REAL MESS as my day got changed so its been 6 weeks since theyve come and I have very MESSY trees.

Very happy with todays yard clean up. The workers did a great job trimming vines, cleaning out flower bed, and clearing debris and dead leaves that had blown into my yard. Getting the irrigation clock was also helpful. Will definitely call CactiLandscape again.

They did an absolute fantastic job this morning on my yard both front and back. I have tried other landscapers and nobody seems to get the creativity that I have in my front and backyards. Its almost a match made in heaven how Cacti just seems to know exactly my vision.

Unfortunately, my review here is not going to be that great. I recently canceled my services with cacti when service was performed. The landscapers cut through one of my irrigation lines and let it just sit there and never said anything so I had to repair it myself. I called to cancel my service and I was told I had to pay three months of payments or wait. 180 days before I could cancel my service. I have family members that use the same landscaping company and none of them had to pay when they canceled. I do not recommend cacti

Have very low expectations with this company. Very poor communication, no initiative and basic cleaning and landscaping skills. I ve been using this company for almost 2 yrs. Never updated me on any details of the landscaping throughout my monthly services and allowed 2 of my trees to die off. After they died, they remained in my backyard for 6 months and didn t say anything. My larger tree overgrew and branches started scraping up my roof. When I called to discuss my expectations and another concern with an irrigation leak, they told me they checked it and didn t find anything. After further investigation, I found the leak and believe it s time to find a new landscaper.

Scheduled a one-time cleanup. The team came early, got right to work, and left our yard looking fabulous. Well worth the money and will definitely use again!

One problem is had no timing of arrival. Also left without saying they were done and leaving. Wasnt sure if they sprayed weed killer.

Been using Cacti Landscaping since I moved to Vegas 9 yrs ago. Excellent customer service and always do a fantastic job on yard clean-up. Prices reasonable!

If I could list 0 stars, I probably would. With that, maybe 1 star is appropriate as things started out Ok at the very beginning. I hired this company back in 2017 to do monthly maintenance. I paid for the service in one payment for the year. As time went on, payments got messed up and the service dropped significantly. Im not always at the property in question, so security is paramount. On numerous occasions I had to contact them to make sure the gates were locked. These issues persisted to the point that they wouldnt even close the gate and I had to have neighbors close and lock everything up. In addition to this, basic services dwindled, decorative lights kept being broken and the ignorance continued. This company doesnt take responsibility for their actions by claiming they dont warranty their work. Anybody that reads this, and is considering a landscape or maintenance company, should take a long hard look at what they would be doing by hiring this company. In addition to the above, the lack of business intelligence is amazing. As previously stated, Ive been with this company since 2017, and its incredibly difficult for me to terminate relationships. Ive given them every opportunity to correct their issues without any success. I finally had to make the difficult decision to move on to find out they wanted to charge me a 3 month termination fee. Are you kidding me, after 7 years of paying them yearly, and the complete incompetency of the work that was being delivered, it made no sense. With that, I could have easily had them continue the work for the next 3 months, then move on. However, this company is so bad that I will gladly pay them for 3 months, not to come to my property. Its amazing to me that there are business owners out there that still cant figure out that how you enter into a business relationship is as important as how you exit one. Buyer beware with this company. You most likely wont be happy when its done and said.

Did not remove all weeds that we re supposed to be taken care of. Did not blow away clippings and did not do anything in my backyard even though I prepaid for front and back yard to be weeded and cleaned as per my contract. Not a good start and no I would not recommend this company at all!

I hired Cacti 14 years ago and signed a 2 year contract for service. After the 2 years, I paid on a month-to-month basis. Last year a water main break destroyed my front lawn and I asked Cacti to suspend my account until after the repairs were completed. They refused, and continued billing me. Today I discovered that Im in collections for $221! Cacti reported that I was in breach of contract!!! Im retired, always pay my bills on time or early, have a credit score of 850 and anxiety issues. Today, my score just dropped because of Cactis shady business practices and I will be contacting my attorney to help me resolve this and restore my excellent credit. This is outright FRAUD.

Worst service ever! They arbitrarily changed the service date, then complained that the yard was overgrown. Couldnt complete the service in the allotted time and when we called to complain and cancel, said they were going to hold us to a 90-day cancellation clause in the contract. Dont let them put you in this position! Go somewhere else!!

I disappointed more work was not completed considering the front was only done and it was not completely finished. I usually have crew 5, which always did a magnificent job . Now they have been replaced with crew 1. Not happy with crew 1. I been with this company for over 10 years. Wish I could get crew 5 back!!!!!

In my first day of service March 25th I waited all morning for a confirmation of what time the landscaper is going to show up . I left several voice messages in the Cacti office line but never got a return call. I have a locjed gate to my back yard which I needed to unlock and lock after the service. This is also important since I have to show the landscaper what needs to be trimmed in the front yard and back yard. Totally unsatisfied with the service!!

Very disappointed I was told over the phone that my service would include the front and backyard and weed removal and spray this is what was left. Backyard was untouched and weeds still in front yard. Also had to wait over a month for service.HOA send another notice for the front yard weeds that were left right after the service. I contated a rep he did not sympathise only told me my service is only for 30min. Who can clean a front and back yard in 30min first of all. Still wondering when the weeds are getting scheduled for spray?

Cacti did a good job on my yard, however, it is so small that to pay $200 for about 20 minutes was a bit much. We sawed off the dead part of that tree on our own because we didn t want to pay additional fees.

DO NOT, DO NOT, use this company! They will charge you for services that they will never perform and when you question them on it they are extremely unprofessional. Brett, the owner conducts himself like a schoolyard bully and Amanda who works in the office (not sure of her position) is absolutely horrible to work with and should not be allowed to talk to customers. There are many other options in town, choose one where you will be treated right and stay far away from Cacti Landscapes - they are the scummy used car lot of landscape companies.

I got a quick appointment and the two techs did a fantastic job. I had tried to replace it myself, duh sure glad they could do it quickly and efficiently. I know I will be having them do all of my irrigation repairs.

Hired Cacti for a one hour clean up/tree trim job, the crew did a fantastic job. I really appreciated their expertise with the tree trimming and our sprinkler system, they were amazing! Havent heard from you guys for almost a year when the lady called yesterday to say I was due for a service. Pretty sure it was supposed to be every 5-6 months. Nobody could tell me why I hadnt heard from anyone, said it might have been a money thing and that if it was, it was on their end and there was just no follow through. Ive been pulling weeds myself off and on wondering if I ever actually ever hired anyone. Theyre 3 ft tall right now. I asked if I could just set it up for autopay so this doesnt happen again and was told you guys dont do that. So.... if I miss another call while at work, the weeds just go crazy again? Nobody leaves a card, I dont get emails, I literally cant even remember what company is supposed to be spraying for weeds because I never hear from you. Youd think thered be more followup with customers. I payed for the service today because its literally TODAY but I think after this Im good. Weird way to do business though, youd think youd make it easier to give you money.

So thankful that Dustin came to fix our irrigation system. We were expecting a huge repair bill. Dustin problem solved instead of putting a band-aid on the problem. Worst service ever. The owner called and told me the yard looks perfect and would not give my money back even though three men came to my property for a hour and did absolutely nothing. I m disgusted they would take $200 from me and I still have to have my yarded cleaned and the tree trimmed. Do not use them! Ever! Disgusting.
