Prime sprayed our house and yard for pests and fertilized the yard as well as treated the yard and rocks for weeds. We are very happy with the service. We were struggling with spurge in our yard and rocks and it was all dead when the next service was applied. We had tried several different weed killers and the spurge just wouldn t die. Jaime was our service tech today and did a thorough job.

Prime Pest and Lawn are very dependable and attentive. We have had issues with other services in the past but Prime Pest has been the best in LC.

Another update. I signed up with Prime in March this year and I have just had another great service from Darren. Seven months with them now and I could not be happier with Prime. Friendly and knowledgeable service techs and the products are working great to keep the bugs away. Darren is a sweetheart who is very thorough. I highly recommend Prime. July Update. I have been happy with the service but noticed with the recent rains there has been more bug activity. Called and was scheduled right away. On 7/1/24 Jeremy and Darren came by. Both were friendly and knowledgable and took the time to listen to my concerns. They asked about the ants and whether I saw any hills or mounds. Let them know it was just a few more than usual but not problem yet so want to head off any potential problem including with other bugs. Jeremy put down granules and Darren removed any webs. Great service, wonderful fellows. I like that the products dont have a loud chemical smell yet is still effective. Another excellent experience. Paul stopped by and was friendly and knowledgeable. I was already looking for a pest control service having used Orkin for service when I lived in Arizona. The service is very good, the technician Cristian who came out to service our house was very thorough and a just sweet guy. So far off to a wonderful start.

The hundreds of ants are now pretty much gone after this ant targeted treatment! Jaime was kind enough to replace a sprinkler head that was discovered broken as we hunted for ant hills. It is very hard for me to get down on ground and get up again, so I very much appreciated his willingness to help me. ######## I called Prime Pest for a pest spray inside and outside to deal with the scorpions in the past week. Jaime showed up on scheduled time and got right to work. He was very polite, pleasant, and efficient. I have no concerns about him being in my home spraying for pests in every room.

Deceptive and dishonest business. Trick you into a contract and will not listen to your complaints of their poor services. I showed them pictures of how bad and poor application they did and still did not work. The inside application was not done and they still did not care and charge the service. You call their office and they will not accept their Poor and much less than mediocre service.

I was told 4-6pm; and he came at 2:00. So I had to leave work to come home and let him in. I told him that it s difficult for me to get away sometimes because I m a caregiver. I can be here for the time I was told but not usually before. So that s the only thing that was frustrating to me.

The techs, come to the door introduce themselves, explain what they will be doing, ask if there is anything else needed, I have been very impressed with the work.

Darren was today s tech. Great service as usual. All the guys are great. I ve had previous pest control services for 10 years in Las Vegas and another 10 years in Tampa before moving to Las Cruces. Never had better service than with Prime. Not even close.
