Extreme Landscaping did a great job on our yard/rock refresh! The crew was timely, friendly and worked hard.
Update and reply to businesses reply: I paid my bills timely with only a rare exception. You had a glick in your system, which was showing I owed $0.00, so I didn't pay anything. The minute Melissa called me and told me I had a balance, I PAID IT IN FULL. I waited only a short time to pay the $900.00 + Irrigation bill because I had a couple of emergencies that came up costing me about $5000.00, not counting your bill. I paid your bill, it just took me a little while. My biweekly maintenance was routinely paid. I may have forgotten once or twice because I was very busy and only getting 1-4 hours of sleep every night plus working long hours. You've ALWAYS been paid until your employee lied about me and my dogs. Once your employee turned off my sprinklers and didn't repair the broken sprinklers, then being told to walk off the job without finishing, I refused to pay for repairs that weren't done. If you would have been more professional and responded to my calls and emails, rather than lie, walk off the job, and terminate my services unwarranted, you would have been paid. Your company is a liability to me and to my valuable dogs, especially since they don't bite. Some of your guys said they will miss my dogs. So much for me having vicious dogs. My dogs are very playful and well trained. I was never asked to put them inside while your crew was here. Isaiah, the Irrigation guy, was the only one, and he showed up a day late and without notifying me he was coming. My dogs are on a schedule. They can't be expected to wait to go outside to go potty. It's their yard. I've never had issues with my dogs with anyone!! They LOVE people and want to play. They do NOT bite, and I have the video to prove the lies. I NEVER once said to man up, or it didn't break the skin. I said, "My dogs don't bite," He doesn't have any marks," "He can't tell me which dog supposedly bit him," and "My video cameras show he was never bitten by any of my dogs." I can also show when I've paid my balances. I called and voiced my concerns initially about my yard not being mowed, but I was charged for it to be mowed. You said you didn't think I would be happy with anything you did. I was happy once Grant listened to what I wanted and how low to mow the yard. I am not allowed to voice any concerns, just had to deal with it with your company, and that's not right. Your bill initially showed it was lower on the app for the Irrigation repairs. Suddenly, my bill was huge so I called Melissa to find out what happened, not negotiate a lower price. Get your facts straight and stop spreading more lies about me. You're making millions of dollars mowing lawns and Irrigation repairs, but not by me ever again!! Your customer service skills are very poor and need improvement. You need to understand slander and liable since you're slandering my name in print and in a public forum. Initial review: Grant and his coworker are the only things good about this company. They do fantastic work, but the company has poor customer service skills. I have been with them for quite a while, and now they want to stop service because I have dogs. I've had dogs all along. My dogs are very friendly and want to play with the guys when they are here. One of the Irrigation guys lied and said one of my dogs bit him, but he didn't have any marks and couldn't even say which dog bit him. The company verified that the employee doesn't have any marks. They now turned off several of my sprinklers and left, then terminated my services for having very friendly dogs. What a joke!! These guys are very overpriced. They charged me over $900.00 to fix one sprinkler blocked by roots from my pine tree. They charged $125.00 just for their guys to use their own trencher for less than an hour. I could have rented one for the whole day for less than that. They charged me for each employee who came to watch the Irrigation Supervisor trench the yard when all they did was stand around and watch. They take months to fix sprinklers. Find someone else if you want quality work for a fair price.
HIGH prices and LOW trust. Move on to the next company. I received two different quotes from this company. The first quote was 3 times more expensive than their competitor TruGreen (who provided quick, professional & complete services btw) and the second quote I actually accepted from extreme landscaping! Well it took EL weeks to try and schedule the service with me (even with me reaching out to schedule) and so I accepted their electronic version of the quote with the line item that I wanted serviced. After another few days with no follow-up, I call them again! Turns out, after talking to the OWNER OF THE COMPANY, they told me that they wont honor the quote THEY gave me. They tried to give me reasons to justify this, but after questioning the reasons, they ended up telling me that they actually didnt offer that service after all! and that they were doing it to just help me out since they thought they would be getting more business from me with the rest of the quote that I didn't accept.... The best part is when I told them how I found their company... It was from when their truck with their marketing graphics on the side pulled up to my neighbors house, to DO THE SERVICE THAT THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER! They were caught lying red handed and did nothing about it. Awful awful business practices. If you wanted the quote to be accepted all or nothing, than you should really remove the functionality that allows you to pick and choose line items to accept... and don't give out a number as an official quote if you don't want it to be accepted...
If I could give Extreme Landscaping more stars I would! I worked with both Christina and Nikki trying to get my yard cleaned up before my daughter's wedding. On the Tuesday before the wedding, Nikki called and said that they had a couple of people quit and they would not be able to get my yard completed before the wedding. On Wednesday she called back and said that they shuffled some people around and they would have people there on Thursday to get the job completed. On Thursday a whole crew showed up and did an outstanding job cleaning up my yard before all of our visitors showed up! I really appreciated that the staff at Extreme went out of their way to help us make our daughter's wedding so special!
Extreme Landscaping has been maintaining my property for several years. I recently redesigned my backyard. New rock and artificial grass was installed. The business is easy to communicate with, and they brought my vision to life. The crew always do a great job of general yard maintenance. I can count on them to address yard issues, and they are professional while on my property.
We had bought a house a couple months back and the existing irrigation system was a mess (hoses exposed out in the open and torn, sprinklers not working properly, etc.) and so we wanted to get a replacement with new lines. I had received a couple quotes and decided to go with Extreme Landscaping because they seemed the most credible. Not that other businesses would be less professional or won't do a good job (I wouldn't be able to tell since I have no experience with them), but I just decided to go with Extreme since they seemed the most legit and had the best reviews. As expected, the staff member (I wish I could remember his name) arrived first thing in the morning and completed the job within the expected time frame. Our irrigation system is working great now. In short, they delivered the promised work on the scheduled date in an efficient and timely manner. I value efficiency and timeliness, which is what boosts the credibility of a business. I will certainly use Extreme Landscaping for other services in the future.
I first found Extreme Landscaping when I needed my irrigation system replaced, about 4 years ago. They did a great job and explained everything they were going to do; then showed me how the completed system worked. I then signed on with them for irrigation system maintenance; they come once a month from March through November and are available for emergencies if something goes wrong between the monthly visits. Angel is the main maintenance professional, and he does an excellent job. He's usually accompanied by a helper/trainee, and they work well together. They always tell me what they've found during their inspection of the watering system, and what they have had to repair, if anything. The company has sometimes needed to change my regular appointment because of emergencies elsewhere, and I regard this as a positive, because it suggests that if my system has a true emergency, they will respond to it as quickly as possible and reschedule someone else's regular maintenance visit. The office staff are great also - they respond quickly to texts, which I find is the best way to communicate with them, and they schedule my visits when I can be home (my watering system controls are not accessible from outside my garage, so I have to be here). I'm delighted with their service and recommend them highly.
I could not be happier with my decision to work with Extreme Landscaping, LLC. The good: - Best of three quotes I received - Also, HIGH quality for having the best quote. - Nikki, the office worker is a charming person who is perfect for a customer facing role. I loved my interactions with her when she would promptly keep me updated and informed of my projects progress. - Angel, my technician was amazing as well. I really liked his humble expertise. I respect the fact that he came to my house (other companies were trying to give me quotes over the phone) and returned to manage the project because he knew exactly what I wanted. Overall, I got exactly what I wanted at a great price with some great quality. (The system is working great)! I should mention they cleaned up the work site beautifully so as soon as they left, I could go out and enjoy my now repaired beautiful front yard. - THANK YOU EXTREME.
Guys are creeps. Wouldnt stop looking at me while I was outside. I felt VERY uncomfortable.
I called and asked for an estimate twice and both times the lady that answered the phone said she would call me back but never did lol.

Our home was used as a vacation home so we weren t there very often but every time we did go over the lawn was very clean and weed free. Nikky was super and her professionalism was awesome.

Crew knows our priority, and makes sure our back jasmine and honeysuckle, they do a great job on cleanup. We are very well pleased. Although the back is the priority, will need to catch up on our front bushes either side of the walkway, and the sage bushes in front. Thanks

Did a fairly good job but did not bury the sprinkler line so it is a tripping hazard until I can bury it. Also I had noon appointment but was woke up by a 6:30 am call announcing he was on his way.

Ive used Extreme Landscaping for a few years and have referred them to many people. They arrive on time, polite, efficient and work independently but will do what is asked also.

A very honest company
I waited an extra month to post this. I also called to follow up twice and was told things would happen, but they did not and I have not had any other contact from them since. I would like to give them 4 stars, despite the issues, but I dont feel that I can in good conscience. We had sod installed and an irrigation system put in. The initial work was done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. When they were finished, we were missing some rock around the outside border of the grass (its just dirt). They did not have additional rock listed in the original quote because they thought they would be able to use what we had to fill in everything. It was not enough rock, so I asked if they could do it sometime. I was told they were very booked, but that they would send me out a quote and they would try to work us in inbetween other jobs. We had also been told that they would come to check on the grass after 2 weeks. If they have come, they did not tell us. Thankfully, the grass is growing like crazy - even the spots that initially died have come back with a vengeance and it is thriving. So their work is solid, Im just disappointed in the communication at this point.

These guys do a great job! While weve been living in our summer home, Extreme Landscaping has been maintaining our winter home with a tenant living there. Everything they do has exceeded our expectations. The property looks great! I highly recommend this service.
Caution!!! Spent a lot of money with the last year for a BIG job including a sprinkler system and turf for a very large space. After the install, we had them plant winter rye and later learned that you should never be done because the sod needed to take root the first season. We had them come out and mow for several months. The landscapers left the grass too long and over time, parts weren t getting watered. In the spring, we had over 10 sprinklers that were broken and had to be replaced. In the meantime, we dealt with Jeff who lied to us about coming out and checking the system (I was home and there was no way he would have come to the house without me seeing him). He told us we were watering too much, then too little and could never really give us a good answer. I had HUGE brown spots on my field FOR MONTHS!!!! It wasn t until August that the grass finally came in and everything was green (the job was done in November). We had some places in the field that turned to dirt. I called another company and they came out and checked the overspray between sprinklers and there was over 3 feet that was not getting watered between sprinkers. Plus, all sprinkers should spray in TOWARDS the area and give equal coverage in areas. There are HUGE gaps in places and BIG parts of the field is not getting watered and large areas outside the yard that are getting watered (not due to sprinkler adjustment, but rather the design/layout of the system itself). The new company that was hired came out and when they dug up the lines, they discovered that there were placed that used 3-4 feet of polytubing to a sprinkler head not enabling enough pressure to certain places. It was a TERRIBLE job costing us double to have a reputable company come in and fix it. I would NOT recommend Extreme Landscaping for ANY landscaping needs, they has cost us a fortune to fix their VERY poor design!!!
Extreme landscaping was very professional and was Extremely prompt on getting my services taken care of. I used them for yard cleanup and then maintenance and also to fix my irrigation system and I haven t had any issues with them. When I was having problems with the timer for my drip system they were quick to help me with the programming of my dinosaur timer! Project manager Scott O Neal was extremely friendly as soon as I had any questions they called me back right away. I would definitely recommend this company for your landscaping needs. My landscaping is green, clean and weed free! Professional, friendly and prompt what else can you ask for!
As a business owner who s gone round and round with Extreme, I will make this quick and to the point. If you re looking for a company to blow your yard and pick up trash once a week for $60 per then hire them. I can t recommend them for anything else.

I can t say enough about this company! Started off with irrigation repair and went with them for full tear-out and install of gorgeous new landscaping front and back! They were on time, professional, kept everything clean. They really gave us what we had envisioned and very competitively priced. I will recommend them any day of the week. Office staff is so courteous and competent! Good customer is rare these days, they ve got it.

Ive have used Extreme Landscaping since coming to Las Cruces in the spring of 2018. Ive been very happy with the service Ive received. Just this week I had the rock part of my landscaping, which is quite extensive, refreshed. I was very happy with the professionalism of the workers and the timely manner in which this job was accomplished. I dffcant tell you how pleased I am with the outcome! When I contacted Extreme Landscraping about doing this job, Scott was very professional in letting me know exactly what was to be done. This job has exceeded my expectations! After my call they came right over. Did exactly what I wanted. Chose the weed/grass spray plan given we have xeriscaping and the recent rains. Worked great. Highly recommend them. They were quite happy to work and advise on best way to maintain my yard!

Jeff s team is awesome. Keeps us in the loop dose beautiful work . Good recommendations when we need info . All questions are answered. His crews are always good with our pets ( I have yappy pups) When they are done my yard / patios look great. Put a drip in front my plant s are doing great. Just put in a rose bush(full of buds) and a flowering plum tree they look beautiful. Like they had always been in those places. If you need good reliable professional yard work. This is your company! Met with the owner. Sent plans. Waited three months for a quote and was told that they decline the opportunity. Itd have at least been nice to know that they didnt want the work without the wasted time. Two stars because the office manager was at least fairly pleasant about it.
Hired them to replace a few sprinkler heads, check system. Guy went and fixed ONE, did not check system and still not working properly because there are still a few broke. I requested for him to return to fix and they want to charge me again and now they are not available. I WAS TOLD NOT TO USE THEM BUT I WAS BROUGHT UP NOT TO JUDGE, GO ON OWN EXPERIENCE. Do not recommend.

Call Extreme Landscaping. Do not call anyone else! The work is done right the first time. Its affordable every time. Im always shocked at how little he charges me. Im always pleasantly surprised that hes happy to answer my questions... and I have a lot of questions as a new homeowner! If I could give him 10 stars I happily would.

On and off rain for weeks, broken down lawnmower, 3ft weeds n grass growing, and a nice warning from codes...what to do? Called Jeff from Xtreme Landscaping. Within a week they were at my place and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend.
We called them for a small repair job; they worked us in as they traveled from one job to another, showed up when they said they would and resolved the problem quickly, courteously and efficiently. I will use them again.
Extreme Landscaping are fantastic! We used them for their auto detailing. They did both our cars in one day (a small SUV and a compact car)! I have had my car detailed by a shop in town before but they were not very responsive to my concerns and often cut corners. The SUV looks brand new despite being 10 years old now. A stain that we had for a year and that another detailing place said that they couldnt remove, Extreme Landscaping took care of it, no problem! They are a great deal and they come to your house with all their own equipment. They also guarantee their work. I cannot recommend the business enough and if you use them, youll be supporting a veteran! Give them a chance and you wont be disappointed.
