Were told to come between 3pm and 6 pm they came a day early in the morning when I was not home they sprayed my perineala plants and killed them over 60 plants lost called company they refused to call me back or replace my plants ... Very unprofessional

I ve been using Marty for over ten years to spray our landscape trees and plants. He is very knowledgeable and we have never had a problem with our trees. Great service!

Called to schedule lawn aeration. 2 weeks later got a robo call saying that they would be by the next day to aerate the lawn. Waited all day. No show. I called and was now told that it would be the next day. Waited until noon. Called and asked if I would be waiting ALL DAY AGAIN. Person I spoke with said they would have the tech call me. They never did. Showed up at 3. Told him to get lost. Dont waste your time waiting for them like I did.

What a great tech we had today do our lawn. We had him last year and found him to be very professional and courteous. He took time to explain everything about the condition of our lawn and what the upcoming maintenance will take care of. Before he left, he cleaned off the driveway and sidewalk with a blower. Signed up for Grasshopper Lawn for their yearly fertilizer program after seeing how beautiful my neighbors lawn looked last season using Grasshopper. I had my first treatment today by Tony there technician, he called prior to his arrival and was very knowledgeable, and courteous! Very happy with there service so far!!

The best in lawn care! Grasshopper has great customer service, support always on time. They literally took my greenish lawn and made it look like sod. The weed control and pest treatments are great for my pets. Highly recommend Grasshopper for anyone.

They are consistent, reliable, professional. They answer the phone if you have a question. Very responsive. Appreciate the advice in pamphlets and emails like how to water, when to plant grass, and how high to set mower for healthier lawn.

I decided to try Grasshopper this year and my lawn looks better than ever after only 2 treatments. The lawn is thick and green with no visible weeds at all. The service technicians are knowledgeable and attentive and provide personal feedback on what they see in my lawn and corresponding actions they took. Grasshopper is head and shoulders above anyone else I ve used.

Did my own Scott s for years and alway had weed problems. With Grasshopper I never see a weed and my friends and neighbors say my lawn looks like a beautiful green carpet. I already took advantage of the early savings sign up for 2023. Go Grasshopper!

I got to meet Paul at our most recent service - what a great guy!! I moved a small utility trailer to provide access to a portion of the yard. When I mentioned that I recently had total R hip replacement, Paul rolled the trailer back to its storage point & even blocked the wheel to prevent it from rolling away!! If thats not above & beyond, I dont know what is!! Kudos on a job well done, Paul!! We sincerely thank you for your efforts!!!

Be careful if you call them asking for their prices. Although we signed up with another company, they decided to treat our lawn TWICE, even though I called them immediately after the first time we found an invoice. I spoke to a man named John, who said hed correct the bill and remove this account. He did neither. On top of it, the invoice is in my deceased father-in-laws name. Since our lawn was just treated by the company we use, I hope this other treatment doesnt do any damage.

My lawn was a mess. Spotty patches of grass and lots of weeds. Called grasshopper and now I have a great lush lawn they did a great job.

I was very pleased with the professionalism that my technician Gary A Chapin as timely service and great communication letting me know when they would be here to perform the desired service. They accommodated my schedule when needed and followed up after each time they were here. After only my first year using their service I can see great improvement to my lawn We get complements all the time on it! Its worth every penny.

Grasshopper has been very inconsistent. We paid for 7 services in March 2021. However, it is now June and we have only received 1 out of the 7 services. I have needed to treat my own grass because by the time I received my other paid for services the summer will be over. I have dry patches and weeds. When the services paid for was to treat those issues. Unfortunately, I am not happy with this company and will not be using them again. EDIT: To help them locate my account the name on the service is melanie santana. Please do not try to discredit my experience with maybe You have the wrong company. I know that your company is the one I hired.

Ive used Grasshopper for years. They notify me ahead of time when they are coming, they show up when they say they will, customer service is customer friendly and flexible and my grass looks great. Very satisfied!

Grasshopper kept the lawn green, healthy and weed free all season long, all I had to do was mow it. Will use them again next year.

The technician always does a great job treating our lawn. He asks if I have any questions or concerns, and when I do, they are addressed. I am concerned with how Grasshopper will handle staffing issues in the future. I did have to call once this year to see when the next visit would be when it was 2 months since the prior treatment.

Our first year and our lawn could be on the cover of Better Homes. Great service and knowledgable technicians, will surely have them back next season

Had a problem with chinch bugs, they sent a rep out to analyze the problem. He told me what i had to do to get rid of them, and how to get the grass back. Very professional

Over the course of a year and a half, Grasshopper transformed our neglected, weedy lawn into a proper looking, grass lawn. Grasshopper consistently provides advance notice before visits and includes a report on observed lawn conditions on the invoice after each treatment.

Grasshopper Lawns is 2nd to none in the area. Everyone comments on my yard year after year how green, weed-free and professional it looks. I would not trust any other business with my lawn.

The core aeriation looks funny at first but as the plugs dissolve and the water and nutrients get into the soil everything looks great. Would recommend having this done, especially if you grass is not as full or as flush as you would like.
