I’ve had Arrow for the past 6 years, and while the technicians are very attentive and come out whenever I need them to, their billing department is a joke. And I’ve heard they’ve had many complaints about them in the past. I had termites back in July that they had to come out and treat, told me payment was due at time of service. No problem. The guy took all of my credit card information, but apparently never charged it! That card has since been closed so I’ve been making payments on the balance as I can. I would get emails to call XX number to set up a payment plan, no response. So I’ve continued making my own payments on the account since no one can be bothered to get back to me. In doing this, they have since threatened to suspend my service until the full payment is made, and then a week later, threatened to send me to collections if not paid in 10 days. I have called several times to speak with billing, the representatives are always empathetic and trying to solve the problem, but there’s only so much they can do. “24-48 hours you’ll receive a call back from billing.” Well 2 weeks later, I have heard nothing from anyone! As attentive as the reps and technicians are, you would think the people handling your customer’s money, would be a little more helpful.
Josh my service technician. He is professional, personable, always willing to listen to my concerns and takes the time to help me understand some of the various treatments and complications with my lawn. In short he seems to be quite knowledgeable. I have shared Arrow's name with several neighbors and hope they will follow through with using your service.
We've had Arrow for a while now and even though it hasn't been a perfect relationship, they by far have been the best we've had...... and we've had quite a few lawn care companies. All started out decent but after a few months they always ended up killing our yard or letting bugs take over. Arrow has been solid, even with a few little yard issues here and there, they always make the right adjustments. We get tons of compliments on our grass.
I TRIED to use this business. First, I submitted a request online for an appointment. Didn't get a call from them to make an appointment. Then, because I had 2 questions, I left 2 messages. One for Buzz and the other the main office line with my questions, address, and phone number, and still, no call back. Guess it's a good thing I found out now about their lousy customer service now before I signed the contract and paid $1500. I am very grateful for that! I ended up selecting a famous national company because with them, you can keep the warranty indefinitely (by paying an annual renewal fee, which includes inspection).
This is a top notch Pest Control Service Company. Communication and Customer Service is outstanding. Anytime we have called needing service they are readily available and schedule us in without hassle or a long wait. The tech is always very knowledgeable and informative in his field and keeps our home and property pest free.
Vicki and Bobby have been our technicians. They are both wonderful people. I feel very comfortable having them in my home, they are super efficient, and our animals absolutely love them! We've been customers for about 12 years+.

This company has the worst driver ever working for them. Guy with a truck license plate NBSA10. Almost caused an accident. It was his fault and his response was to take show the middle finger. It seems that this company does not know how to hire professional people to represent them.
I contacted them back in June or July about a rodent problem. They came out and set up boxes outside the house. I havent had a issue with rodents. They are very reliable.
I called Arrow Environmental To get rid of fruit flies in my kitchen. Even though they are not on the list of critters they come for they assured ne that they could take care of them. A technician came and spent 5 minutes here then 2 weeks later then 2 weeks later a final 5 minute visit.They never went away and now theyre back with a vengeance. Arrow refused to come back for another treatment unless I payed another $225! Then they told me that they were actually sewer gnats! Something else they are not equipped to handle. They stole my money and were nasty on the phone. $80 per visit I payed them!! I just spent $60 on home remedies that include baking soda hydrgen peroxide apple cider vinegar and salt. Hopefully that will take care of them. Ive poured whole bottles of drano and bleach and pots of boiling water into the drains and it slows them down a little. DO NOT USE ARROW. They lie about their services and charge way too much. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Technician (Mike) was professional and very thorough. He has been to our home several times for termite inspections over the years after Arrow installed an abatement product/system for our manufactured home. I trust his judgment and recommendations.
The telephone response time was excellent. The special offered is a good deal. The rep explained everything throughly. The technician arrived within the designated time. He was not wearing PPE. Maybe because he only serviced the outside. I was given the option to service the inside at a later time. It s been two weeks and I saw an ant mound outside. I ll point this out next time. Everyone who I interacted with was pleasant.

The technition showed up unannounced while I was in the shower. My dogs were barking like crazy so I had to go to the door. I was pretty upset. He said he left a message the night before When I checked his message was not clear and I couldnt tell who it was from. I called to make an appointment for Monday between 3 and 5pm He showed up Friday and hour before we were having an outdoor party. I told him he was suppose to be here next Monday between 3 and 5pm. He finally showed at 5:30 today and said he thought we were going to cancel. He said do what you have to do. Its ok we are the cheapest and if you did another company we will probably buy it anyway. I told him we wanted someone that is more responsible. I havent checked out other companies yet but it is on my to do list.

We have had a few bug companies since moving to Florida in 04. Arrow is the best so far. They do our pest service as well as our lawn. They are quick to respond when a bug shows up at the house. The technicans are always polite and thorough. I would highly recommend.

I started using Arrow for my warehouse and office space which has been great. So great, that I hired them to do my home as well. The staff is super responsive and they know what theyre doing! Its nice knowing that pest control is one thing I dont have to worry about anymore.
I have not had any issues except for a spider that came into my garage from outside one night while the door was open. I am over the moon happy with your service and dont hardly ever have to do in between service calls.

The pest control worked, mosquito control not so much but we dealt with it. More importantly, the customer service wasnt a good fit so we cancelled. October 2nd, our card was charged $60 for the treatments for October, which we did not have, so I asked for a refund on October 3rd. I spoke to Vickie who before I could ask how long the refund takes, she quickly hung up after saying that we will get the refund. Friday 13th, I called and asked why we havent received our refund yet and the first girl said it takes 30 days but she will have someone call me back with the status. April called me back and told me that we would have our refund in 72 hours. It is now another week later and still nothing. I dont like having to chase people for something (which is why we cancelled in the first place). To me, this is horrible customer service.

I had Arrows service for over a year. They did a good job of treating my lawn. However out of no where, they increased the price by about 66%. So I cancelled the service and as soon as I did the technician who treats my lawn called me and asked me if I would stay with them if they kept the price same. Of course I said Yes. Now my lawn treatment is 2 weeks overdue and they havent treated my lawn. I called the technician and left a voice mail to see if they were able to keep the price the same or not. That was a week ago and I havent heard anything back. I guess Ill have to call someone else.
