Professional and excellent service! Richard was great! Crew showed up on time when they said they would! Provided yard cleanup and boy did it need it! Lawns & Palms trimmed all of the many many palms we have on these 7+ acres. I can’t imagine a better job being done by anyone - very professional, fast working and meticulous with these tall palms. They palms look fantastic. Crew are friendly & hard working. Rich aims to please and listens to what you want done. I highly recommend this company. They give it their all for sure.
I originally came here to post a review for some tree work that Lawns @ Palms had done for me recently but before writing my post I read the other reviews. To my surprise there was one about the crew being disrespectful to someone. I must say that I have used there company a couple of times and the crew have always been very courteous and accommodating. The work they have done for me has always been done professionally and in a timely manner
Rich is a great guy, his guys are the best in the business, my yard never looked that good, these guys did a great job, very professional.
Very unprofessional paid them my monthly fee only showed up once and didn t even remove the lam trimmings save your money and hire another lawn maintenance contractor

I use Lawns and Palms for regular lawn maintenance. Today I had them trim my oak trees, palm trees and shrubs and lay new mulch. Very reasonable price, quick and efficient work and we are very pleased with the results. I am on nthe Links Board of Directors and Richard Wait was recommended to us by another BOD member, George Bossa. For the past 3 years the Links Property of approximately 20 acres of grass, shrubs trees and plants has never looked so groomed. We have had a very rainy summer and Lawns and Palms worked unbelievablr hours to their contract current with our needs. We highly recommend Richard and his very professional crew to anyone in need of this service. With Covid and temporary loss of employees Richard has gone above and beyond to keep our property appealing. His knowledge of trees, plants and landscape is important to this 40 year old property. Their service is performed weekly for our townhouse HOA and is always on time and done in a professional manner.
Met with Richard several weeks ago for estimates to prune my very overgrown palms, front landscaping clean up and monthly lawn service. After discussion, we agreed to schedule for services to start after the new year. The team arrived this morning to prune the trees, hedges and removed all the unwanted plants from my front area. Very professional team, and I got a chance to speak with Tony, who demonstrated great customer service. Both he and Richard were responsive to my questions and thoughts. Looking forward to having them for my monthly lawn service.
LAWNS & PALMS is the best lawn service we have ever had. They have managed to make our 40+ yr. old community look better than ever. They do all the usual stuff, but they are exceptional because they GO THE EXTRA MILE AND TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO. Have not used the company but an incident with the workers on the road today showed complete unprofessionalism. Walking in front of cars while yelling profanity to slow the f*%# down (doing 15mph in a 25) when stopped and asked the demeanor changed to quiet and back pedaling denying using any profanity and realizing that he had screwed up. I would never use a company with such disrespectful employees.
