I used this company for about 6 months after our last company was sold. I used to have a lush green lawn, now half of both my front and back yard has been killed by cinch bugs. The guy that would treat our lawn would be here about 6 minutes total! My yard is not small and cameras dont lie. The company I just hired said the other guy was not putting anything down. I reached out to Eagle and was ghosted.

In September 2022, I was verbally quoted a price of around $500 a year total for weed and pest control. My fault for not asking for this in writing. In two months they have billed my card $450! I never agreed to this amount and will be reversing the charges immediately. I wouldnt recommend using this service. $500 a year is expensive for weed control, yet $500 in two months is insane! If you decided to be reckless with your money and use this company, I would suggest getting everything in writing and do not give them a card to have on file. They will attempt to rob you as they did us.

Generally pleased with regular treatments. The Applicator either missed, or felt it wasn t in his scope of work, the weeds that were growing in the lawn. I advised Eagle and they sent out an Applicator to spray for weeds.im still waiting for one dominant grass to take over as indicated when I signed up. You need to be an active participant to make sure you re getting the value expected.

We began using Eagle when our former company just quit showing up. Were pleased with their work and altho the lawn isnt 100% due to mosaic disease, the fertilizer may have prevented it from spreading. Were realistic given the weather conditions. When an area of our lawn got chinch bugs, I phoned them and a tech was dispatched within a week - no extra charge. Their staff is great and always answer my questions. Happy techs speak volumes about the company!

Terrible service, my new sod has 3 dead spots from chinch bugs. I changed my service and they are fixing it right away. The staff was skipping the back yard and only addressing the front. Rushing the service and lack of quality work. It is not heat stress, we have a company out today that is treating chinch bugs. They said that was the problem within seconds . You have not been doing the back yard as my cameras show that!

Good lawn treatment company. They take the time to explain what is going on with your lawn and work to improve it.

We have been using eagle Lawn care for almost 3 years. They always do a excellent job with everything! Our grass always looks lovely. Customer service is spot on! Highly recommend.

So I have been using Eagle Lawn for a little over 2 years now. It was a tough start but what I would say is, our yard required extra love. Its not typical for people in the Tampa area to request a soil test but with the acidic/calcium loaded soils, the alkalinity in the soil is usually out of balance. Our St Augustine was in bad shape, it had stunted growth patches throughout the yard. We were dumping fertilizers and treatments and it just was not responding. When I called Justin at Eagle, I said, Justin, what is the deal? He suggested a soil test and whoa, was the lawn bad. In Justins view, most people decline soil tests when he pushes them so they are accustomed to not doing them. Well, once we did that and did soil amendment treatments, the yard started to respond. But it wasnt until this year with Eagles 2nd test and 2nd round of treatments that the yard really responded. In addition, I DONT CARE ABOUT what any other lawn people try to say, St Augustine must be mowed high. I had to train our lawn mower guys to STOP SCALPING our yard at 3 inches......it was crushing the ability for it to stabilize and retain deep enough roots and water retention.....MAKE SURE the yard is mowed at 4.5 inches high, at minimum. With these adjustments and Eagle stepping up their service (at my cost, granted) our yard is looking SPECTACULAR!! GREAT JOB TO EAGLE. Keep it up.

Eagle has been great helping us deal with issues that came up in our yard that were beyond what they were treating for. Justin and his team came out, tested my soil and founded major discrepancies. They put together a plan for us and and are treating for it. I could never get another lawn company to do this. This solidifies why I will stay with Eagle for a long time.

It is surprising how many competitors cant seem to handle such a request. When new sod was put down I called the office and they arranged special new sod application. Eagle Lawn Care and Pest Control is the best lawn care company in the St Pete Beach/Pinellas County area. Turner, our tech, is punctual and communicates with us before, during and after each application. Before, with a phone call the day before letting us know approximately when hell be there. During, with letting us or our tenant know what he is applying and what we should be doing in terms of watering and/or cutting. And after, letting us know what to expect and letting us know if we need to modify our watering or cutting schedule. A homeowner cant ask for anything else. The office staff is friendly and helpful also.

I ve been a customer for quite some time, approx 2 years now. Today there was a bill on my door knob. I was home all day and didn t recall seeing the technician in my backyard (My back living room is all windows and my office looks in to the backyard). I pulled up my security camera footage and to my surprise the technician never went in my back yard nor did he do my whole front yard or side yard. There is no excuse, I was home, the gate was not locked and the dogs were inside. They have never had a problem in the past getting in my backyard and if that were the case a simple knock on the door would have solved any issues. Regardless, there is no reason why the front yard wasn t done either. How many times have I been billed in 2 years for services not received?! I called the owner, he had the technician call me and the conversation ended rather quickly with no resolution because the technician said to me I m not going to have this argument with you that s when I hung up, called Eagle Lawn Care and cancelled my service. Pretty sad state of affairs when you can t trust your lawn company. My advice to anyone using their services, make sure you get what you re paying for.

Good luck!! **Update** As expected, Eagle is struggling with the truth. Of course I would take to social media. All Eagle had to do was their job and this review would have been positive. Im sure they will reel in more customers. Im just trying to warn as many as I can. There are other services out there. Save yourself lots of money and avoid Eagle.

They are always there to respond to my lawn care

We are a four-townhome HOA and one of the services provided to the homeowners is pest, weed control and fertilization. Eagle Lawn was recommended to our HOA by a relative of mine and, as President of the HOA, one of my duties is to arrange for and oversee the required care for the complex. We had a slight communication problem with our prior service provider. Consequentially about a year and a half ago I called Eagle who sent a representative out to look at our complex, and make recommendations and provide pricing information. Our communication with Eagle has been excellent! They have timely and consistently met all of our expectations and the head of their servicing team for our area notifies us a day in advance so that our owners will have gates unlocked, and pets secured. We believe them to be highly expertised in their knowledge of the requirements of our geographical area in Florida and all of our dealings with them have been most satisfactory. I have patiently waited to see if the company improves their service, Ive held back from giving them a bad review 3 times!! The company continues to send an employee who either doesnt do what he claims he does or doesnt finish things!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM EAGLE LAWN!!!! Today they came over and put down granular fertilizer and left thousands of pieces all over my driveway, sidewalk, front porch, front door! I noticed it when I started tracking it in on my shoes and my cats were trying to eat it!!!! They also didnt fertilize the grass strip in front of my house, Manager if you read this you Need to get rid of this employee!!!! We literally talk to you about him on a monthly basis....

My personal experience with Eagle Lawn Care. I had been using Eagle lawn care for over two years because I believed in them. I have never been more dissatisfied with the lack of professional service, the lack of treatment to my lawn and to my palm trees even though I was paying hundreds of dollars if not a few thousand dollars to treat my lawn and palm trees my palm trees fertilized they were dying to malnutrition since terminating Eagle lawn care, I ve discovered that in fact, my palm trees are not properly fertilized and I am enclosing with this negative review pictures of my lawn, where they have allowed quite a crop of nutsedge weeds to grow and broadleaf weeds. The reason I m saying this in the neighborhood is if you re evaluating lawn care companies, I would look further than Eagle lawn care if you want to get a professional properly treated Lawn my experience after over $25,000 in lawn improvement they failed miserably and the representative or alleged manager is extremely unprofessional to talk to you on the telephone do yourself a favor if you come across eagle lawn care take the time to look for somebody else just my personal experience. As for anyone that has a positive experience with them. Congratulations and good for you, but I certainly wasn t my experience. I felt that only right to share my personal experience with my neighbors

I had previously used my pest control company I had for many years until there was a death in the family. I reached out and Hired Lawn Doctor, in less than a year they managed to give me a half dead lawn because they were not treating for grubs and who knows what else. I got Eagle as a reccommend from someone I knew for many years. They came, gave me an esitmate and assured me they could restore my once beautiful lawn. I wish you could see what they have managed to restore less than one growing season. They are super responsive and at last I can relax and know someone with real knowledge and customer service is caring for my lawn again. Thank you Eagle, peace of mind is priceless.

Eagle lawn care told me one price and when I got my bill it was four times as much the guy lied right to my face and when I called back they told me it was only a miscommunication be careful with this company they ripped me off would not recommend to anybody!

This was my first year using a lawn care company because I thought I could do it myself. Boy was I wrong. The team at Eagle lawn care not only resurrected my lawn, they have it thriving now. In the past I had left a negative review on this business due to their management team being incompetent. The situation was remedied, I received an acceptable apology, and was requested to take down the review, and so I did. Since then, I have had 2 service calls following to a service that unfortunately did not yield any results. I have received treatments from this company over the last 5 months (since the installation of my new sod), and yet my lawn just keeps getting worse and worse it seems. Everything that is advertised in their treatment does not appear to be working for my lawn, weeds are taking over and do not appear to at all be affected by their Weed Control offering, I have grubs eating up my new sod (despite 3 follow-ups on the situation), and the lawn is infested with moths, leading me to believe Ive got sod webworm that their programs targeted on eliminating. All in all, it seems like this plan was a complete waste of money. I see 0 value out of it.

Best lawn company...you can fine and see my yard off 8th Avenue SW Largo Florida. Its one with bright green grass and no weeds.

When I started using Eagle the owner came out and looked my lawn and said they would get my lawn looking great. When they first started it started to get better. My lawn has always been very nice and green before. The technician who started spraying seemed nice and knowledgeable. Then my lawn started look yellow. He told me I was not watering enough, so I stated watering one more day week, a couple months went by then he told me I was watering to much and to and to only water only 20 minutes a zone. Well because of them over fertilizing my beautiful lawn turned bad.

My experience with Eagle has been nothing but positive so far. The guys are kind , honest, and also knowledgeable about any questions I have . Not to mention, my lawn is the greenest in the neighborhood! 10/10 would recommend

They are the fourth lawn maintenance service that I have had in the last five years and they are the best by far. Not only are they the least expensive but they have done the most to keep my lawn the best, most luxurious one in my neighborhood. When I have any concerns a phone call brings a prompt response and if any retreatment is needed it is done in a timely fashion.

Zach came out and helped my parents understand what they were getting. He took my calls and answered my questions; letting me know what else I could do you optimize the lawn at a low cost. The results were amazing! Within 3 months the lawn was lush and green.

Have had Eagle for several months now ,they come monthly and would think that would address any issue that may present itself . Not so , our lawn has gotten worse . Would not recommend this company .

Very hit and miss. Half of my yard isnt growing anymore, very strange. It appears they sprayed randomly and portions of my lawn are beautiful and the other areas look like there dying? Also they never spray in the area between the grass and seawall, I have to weed continuously. Looking for another company now! Pitch doesnt match performance. Steve

A year ago I hired this company when I purchased my home .The owner came and promised me that my yard will be looking amazing. The yard started to look nice but then it stopped. Know, I have a yard with so many weeds that literally I needed to do something. I just dropped this company because I know I am totally wasting my money. I actually do NOT recommend this company to anyone .

We hired Eagle about 2 months ago & have to say they have exceeded our expectations (everyone on our street uses them & the lawns are all beautiful). They are knowledgeable, professional, helpful (my other half always has questions they graciously & patiently answer) & courteous. Justin came today to spray a new section of sod for us @ no charge. I believe he/they truly want our yards as stunning as we do! Definitely deserve a 5 star rating, NO DOUBT!

Ive been using Eagle for a couple months now. My lawn is cursed with weeds and poor nutrition. I could never get a thick lawn established. They came and knocked back the weeds in the first treatment after which I saw a huge improvement. I will need to do my part in overseeding to better fill in the barespots where the weeds were. Also they had done a pesticide treatment and Im finding dead palmettos everywhere! There was a slight miscommunication and they sent out a tech to reapply certain areas as a courtesy. Very pleased so far with the communication and promptness of service. They go the extra mile!

I found Eagle Lawn Care by seeing their signs in the greenest, nicest lawns in our neighborhood. Super easy to work with. Met the owner and hes hands-on. The techs do a great job calling ahead and leaving instructions. Our lawn was wrecked after a nearby canal was dredged. We suddenly had weeds that would grow 3 feet tall in 2-3 days. It looked horrible and our grass wasnt in the best shape to start with. We hired Eagle Lawn to manage our front yard only because our dog spends hours a day in the back and there is a healthy bee population enjoying the untreated area. Our front yard looks fantastic and our back is still a mess and it makes me appreciate Eagle every day.

We ve been using Eagle Lawn Care for almost two years now. They ve done a great job getting rid of weeds, and specifically a kind that had stickers that would stick to our dog. We also have a mostly sand/dirt back yard, but their fertilization has helped SO much and now we have more grass than sand. I also really appreciate their help and the extra visit and care they took when we had some fungus eating away our front yard.
