I called the company and said I was looking for ongoing lawn care and explained the issue with my current company scalping my lawn and wondered if there is anything that could be done. He asked are you looking for an estimate? and only once I said yes, he then said, okay, now what it is that you need. In other words, he wasnt listening in the first place and would only speak after he knew I would agree to an estimate for something. Very poor customer service. Rude and unprofessional.

Three man crew worked very hard and cleaned up when finished. They were pleasant, professional and very courteous. They deserve a bonus for working in the hot sun all day!

Eric did a great job. Since we were a new customer, Eric knocked on the door to introduce himself and ask if we had any special concerns. When the job was complete, he knocked again to ask if the job met our satisfaction.

Wonderful experience from start to finish--Erik deserves more than 5 stars--he perfectly did everything I asked for in my overgrown, neglected flower beds--thank you, thank you, thank you!

Erik did a fabulous job! My wife called this week asking about a Father s Day surprise & even with the complications of bad weather and current jobs, he sent an estimate, was willing to work with us, and got it done the next day himself in time for Father s Day. We could not be more pleased! He was professional, courteous, efficient, and our lawn is proof. It was a mess of overgrown weeds and actually looks like a lawn again! Thank you, Erik!

Awesome service by Erik and Mike. I went online and submitted a request for recurring service and in less than an hour received a phone call. Their online enrollment process, service scheduling, pricing model and automatic payment options are the best and most convenient Ive seen from any local lawn care service. Plus Im saving $20 a month compared to my previous provider.

I see a lot of tradesmen in my line of work. I had Nate out at my house this morning doing a great job. I was grabbing my morning coffee and checking out the work being done the details are what always catch my eye. He was focused and meticulous in his efforts and I could not have been happier. I haven t started the service but just signed up. I ll update my review as they start servicing. But I will say this: I ve had four gardeners just stop coming and not answer their phone. Out of frustration, I bought my own law. Equipment but couldn t get my yard looking professionally done. I called MANY lawn Are places. Augusta was SUPER professional: they re the only company who always picks up their phone, they came and bid my house within a day or two and got my set up the next day (even when I forgot to call them back, they followed up). I like the experience so far and look forward to seeing the product. One last point: their prices are VERY fair and comparable to the smaller guys who just have one truck and one guy to take care of my lawn. Update: its been several months. They come ontime and do a fantastic job!

Erik and Nate are very professional, on time and they do it right the first time. Ive been through many lawn companies and every one has been relieved of their duties. I explained our issues to Erik and these guys get it right every single time. The lawn looks great, they leave nothing behind, and they are wonderful at communication. I am 80 years old. I have a big dog and he uses my back yard to do his business. They charged me for three cuts and only did two but said they could not cut the grass because of the poopies. They would not refund. my money because of it. They sent an email to discontinue the service. Not even nice enough to call. No not use them.they are not very professional.

Wonderful lawn service! Super fast and always done well. Nate and Eric have kept our yard looking great with no interruption to our work days (working from home). Also, when a sprinkler head got broke by accident, they were quick to report and repaired it that day. Wish I could take then with me when we move, but have already recommended them to the new tenants.

Nate and Jon are great. Good experience , but I will say that they do not pick up your sticks or depree that may be in your lawn before mowing. Nor do they rake any leaves with the base price. They just run over everything with a big riding mower egde n blow. Positive

Ive had a hard time finding a consistent lawn maintenance, I came across Eriks business and he responded right away and came out the same day to do my yard. Since then he has been consistent of making sure my lawn looks great and well kept. He lets me know ahead of time that its time for a cut, whether Id like to skip it or for him to come. Two years worth of leaves and branches had accumilated around my back and side yards and it was time to get the place cleaned up. Eirk gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to schedule for the next day so I was thrilled from the start and the finished product was nothing short of fantastic. We originally were needing a one time service and Largo Lawn Care was still willing to service our yard, not like others that rejected us because they demanded us to initially commit to a biweekly service from the start. We went from a one time service to now a scheduled service. We truly appreciate how prompt and professional Largo Lawn Care is! We receive reminder texts when my lawn is scheduled for care and gives us a heads up if the scheduled day needs to be rescheduled due to the weather.
