This is by far the worst Lawn maintenance company, on the planet that we have ever seen. Dont ever hire them for you service company, you will be highly disappointed. Besides horrible service, and lack of communication and lack of interest, or dont care attitude makes them just horrible to deal with. Stay Away!!!!!!

Alexanders maintains our property in Apollo Beach @ Del Webb South Shore Falls. The entire crew does an excellent job keeping our community and homes looking beautiful! Weve used Alexanders twice for tree removal and stump grinding. They responded quickly to my requests for estimates and were very fair with their pricing. The location of the trees made them difficult to access and remove, but Alexanders crew made everything look easy. They were on time, very friendly and professional, and cleaned up so well you almost couldnt tell there had been a tree there. If you need tree services (especially in an area where a man-lift or crane cant be used) I would highly recommend Alexanders.

They did an amazing job removing three large oak trees that were all within 5ft of our house. They were careful, efficient, and they cleaned everything up afterwards.

This is not about the company itself its about 1 driver that thinks he owns the road and can push someone off to the side he was very rude and this was no accident I did call and make a complaint going on when you work for somebody and they allow you to drive their vehicle with their name on it youre representing that company

The skirting on my mobile home that cost me 2000 a year ago has been destroyed by weedeaters that work for Alexander s. Actually for several months they never had an issue then on 6/10 one rogue employee came flying through and destroyed it. The management company said Alexander s won t pay for it . I have started claim with BBB. .

Worst people working for this company, they dont do a good job and they are rude, Im in a condo complex in Palm Harbor and Ive tried talking to the guys, even offing cold drinks. They do a horrible job leaving trimmings in the bushes and blowing your mulch into your yard. They are disrespectful, the Black guy with the cigar is his mouth is the worst, he calls names as he walks away from you. If it were my choice they would never work for me.

This company is amazing! Always attentive, accurate and professional. With us having such a dry summer we were worried about our lawns dying. I have to say Alexanders crew kept our neighborhood looking amazing.

They work for my HOA and for 3 years.. yes 3, I have complained countless of times to my HOA about the service this company is providing. I would upload pics but I am scared they will try to retaliate. I would do it myself or hire someone but i am paying over 250 for the services! Im disappointed in my HOA acknowledging how many issues they have with this company yet they still keep them but Im also frustrated that this company is aware of how terrible they are and they are doing nothing to make changes. I am going to make sure I spread the word to NEVER use this company!

I hired Alexanders Property Maintenance in 2021 to trim our mangroves twice per year. Everything went well in the first year of our 2 year agreement, which included a price increase in the second year. On June 1, 2022 I requested that our first of two cuts would be on July 25th, followed up a week prior, and they didn t show up. I was told they would get to it the following week, but again didn t show. Was told that he would need more money due to higher fuel costs, etc, so we agreed on an additional 20%. July, August, September and October came and went, but they never showed up despite repeated promises. I went as far as to offer twice the contract price, but still no show. So now I am faced with finding a new licensed mangrove trimmer so late in the trimming season. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

The owner completely ruins this company. Ive seen the owner James run up in a rage to our corporate facilities manager (a young female) on private property ranting and raving about nothing truthful or lawful after she made a benign, simple, and normal business request. For some reason, this gets the owner going crazy on our manager for multiple times/days as she leaves the building. Our corporate park is moving to another company with professional ownership.

This business took care of our association property. The quality wasnt great, but then one day the employees did accidental damage to something. When I asked for the owners name to discuss how they would remedy the situation, the employees all said to avoid talking to him at all costs. They said the owner (James, apparently) stalks people that leave bad reviews and he threatens people. They said he cuts corners on a lot of things and is out for himself. In fact, they had nothing good to say about the owner... and the fact that they dont like working for him clearly shows in their actions and attention to detail. So, we just pulled our business from them and couldnt be happier with the new company. It was worth not fighting over the damage to get peace of mind with a company run by good people. And if he shows up at my door, Ill be waiting.

They had the best quote to trim my oak tree and remove a camphor. They did an excellent job!!! Fast, efficient and polite. They cleaned up everything and went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

I wish I could post a picture of how their lawn mower years up my lawn. TERRIBLE if you have to tear up the lawn to turn around its not pretty.

Totally inconsiderate of vehicles near grass. They took the weed eater right up on your vehicle. Grass was on the hood and all over the front end. Chips were taken out of the paint from rocks flying up and hitting the vehicle. They have had multiple complaints about this and nobody seems to care enough to change anything. Its every week. RIDICULOUS!!!

One of the trucks pulled out in front of me to keep up with the rest of his crew, causing me to have to veer into another lane, I blew my horn and the truck had the nerve to blow back like I was wrong. When I called the office there was no since of sorry or suggestion, I was asked did I get the number off the truck, not Im sorry that happened, where was this location, etc. While I was at the stoplight, I pulled out my phone to take a pic of one of the trucks that was speeding down the road and it was going so fast, I was surprised I got this much in the picture. This was not the truck that pulled out in front of me, but it was the one behind this one with tracker stuff attached to it, this is the truck the other one was trying to keep up with.

Ive seen the reviews and felt I needed to relay my experience. The mow crew takes care of the community where I live. I parked my car in the road but out away from the grass so the crew would have plenty of room. The mower hit my vehicle and dented it along the bottom. I noticed it when I came out that night to move my car and called the office the next day. They sent someone out to look at it and he tried denying it was the mower so he brought the mower back and there was no doubt it was the mower he still tried to deny it but when I spoke to the office manager she was very friendly and helpful and had me take my car to the body shop for an estimate. Long story short, they fixed my car and offered to pay for a rental while my car was being repaired. I felt that them taking responsibility and fixing my car was good enough so I didnt bother with the rental. So thank you to the owner of the company and to the office manager for everything.

Our mobile home park uses them for lawn maintenance. Their weedeater threw up a rock and smashed the window in my front door. They denied it was them and refuse to pay for it. Other neighbors on both sides of me had had windows broken and paint chipped on their vehicles but Alexanders never takes responsibility for their employees careless work. It would be one thing if they did a good job, but we usually have to go out and even things up ourselves. They dont weedeat where we have asked them to do it, and yet weedeat a rocky area with no vegetation causing damage to property. They spend about 5 minutes per property and are worried about being quick, not good. Do not use!

Very weak on follow up. Took multiple attempts to get estimates for mangrove trimming and still never got back to me after the initial visit. Strange, they must have a lot of business because they sure arent interested in mine.

Tree Killers. Another tree company that just hacks up trees. Hired to cut Palms 9+3 did 11+1. There is no valid reason to do that.

Got to know Alexanders today because they came out and butched our palm tree. They cut off several green branches that were healthy and thriving. Then dropped them on our lawn ON TOP OF A NEW BABY TREE WE JUST PLANTED. They left the branch there and could have cared less about any of it. 1. You dont really need to cut palm tree limbs as they are self grooming mostly. 2. These people are just there to get paid and will ruin whatever landscaping you have already. Hire someone else. These people dont care about you or your lawn/landscaping.

We have hired Alexanders for a few projects, they do amazing work!! Their guys are really nice, Eric is super helpful and his experience really shows!

Started off getting bids for tree trimming. They came in significantly less than everyone else and threw in extras for no charge. They showed up on time and were friendly, fast, professional and cleaned up after themselves. So we hired them to install trees. Same experience, they were awesome. I am going to hire them for whatever services they are willing to offer at this point because it is hard to find a company with their pricing that takes pride in their work. If they did babysitting I would hire them for that too!

They did an amazing job on our tree removal! We had such an amazing experience using Alexanders! We had a large silk oak removed that was splitting and it was in a tight spot between our house and the fence and our neighbors house. They were able to get the tree down without any issue.The crew that came out was amazing, they worked fast and were very kind. We will definitely use them again for our needs in the future. And they cleaned up so well at the end you couldn t even tell we had a tree removed!

Lighthouse Pointe Condominium has a large number of palm trees of varying sizes and types. We also have oleanders along the property line. We have used Alexanders for several years now and they consistently do an excellent job of trimming both the palms and pruning the oleanders. They always remove the clippings and debris and leave the property in tip-top condition. Their workers are always professional and we always get a followup by Eric their operations manager. I am always impressed at how well their operation runs, from scheduling to completion.

We use Alexanders for dead palm tree removal and for the annual trimming of 47 palms and a 250- foot oleander hedge. They have all the right high-rise equipment for the job and thoroughly clean up and haul all the debris. Theyve done a fantastic job each time and I would highly recommend them for this type of work.

Very bad service

We have lived a community that is contracted with Alexander for over 2 years now. They come in and test the sprinklers while people are working outside. They do not let the people know they are getting ready to test the spinklers. Anyone or anything in the path of the sprinklers get wet. And the sprinklers water everything but the lawn. The road is well watered as is the sidewalk. Oh and lets not forget the car wash. And when you try and ask them anything they are very rude. The lawn crew is very careless. Theyll blow dirt and debris in your garage and all over your car. And trying to get a crew chief over to explain the problem is completely useless. I agree with another review that the owners friends post positive reviews. I do not nor would not recommend them to anyone. Run very fast and very far away from them. Not a good company at all.

We live Ranchero and in my opinion they do a terrible job. Inconsistent and very messy. They use the blowers and blow dirt and sand all over our house. They left limbs and branches all over my yard after cutting down a tree. I NEVER received a call back from them regarding this even after 3 phone calls. I would most definitely not recommend them.

Thank you Alexanders for all the work you are doing at Fairway Village in Largo. You were there bright and early the day after Irma hit and took care of our beautiful park. We appreciate all that your hard working workers do for us.

I had a very large branch growing over my pool, Alexanders did a great job of cutting and removing the large branch. I didnt even have to remove my pool fence. These guys know what they are doing.

I made an appointment with them for today, were a apartment complex. They didnt even show up.
