I have utilized Pure Green for three years and am very pleased with the service and respectful technicians.

Hire this place if you want you fruit trees killed, bushes,and basically the opposite of what you hired them to do. Highly recommend anything other. Unfortunately they will not allow Pictures unless a 5 star review.

I have been a customer for many years including fertilizing, aeration, and most recently soil testing/analysis. The staff is always responsive, courteous, and respectful of property. After my soil analysis this year, I followed the recommendations that were made regarding adjusting/adding components to my usual yearly regimen. I am already noticing the difference. It’s tailored to your specific lawn and the results are truly amazing. If you are the kind of person who takes pride in your lawn, the soil testing/analysis is absolutely worth it!

I've had pure green doing my lawn applications for 7 or 8 years now. Started with a low quote, my yard is alot bigger than they thought, but they honored that price all year. So that's how it all begun, they have worked with me In price and visits along with grub prevention every year since. Pure green will keep me as a customer for as long as I own this house.

I tried to use them last year for patio work but I understood that 2020 was difficult. I called them early this year and made an agreement for $10k of patio work to be done and was promised that they would call by mid March and set a time for the work to be done. I had emphasized wanting it done early in the Spring. They have never called to schedule a time or given me any indication they even remember I'm waiting. I use them for weed n feed and they seem to do that well so I thought I would give them more work. I always pay right away and have a great credit rating so they aren't ignoring me because of my ability to pay. I also hired them to do 700.00 worth of tree trimming for me. They scheduled a time, never showed up and have never gotten back with me about another time. I don't know if I am even on their radar any more but their complete inability to communicate tells me that I am not important as a client. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

The service technician Marquis Carter was just here and did an excellent job. When he left he called back within 5 minutes to update the difference between what he verbally told my wife and what was on the invoice. He explained that he said to stay off it for 4 hours due to the recent rain instead of the standard 2 hours which is normal for drying. We really appreciated his calling back with further explanation and is an example of the excellence that he displays each and every time we see him.
