Laser Edge Mowing and Landscaping in Lansing

As a mother of two under two it’s so hard to stay on top of all the chores! Laser edge came out on short notice and fixed up my lawn for a great price! Edging included in the whole price! Such a great family company!

Laser is an excellent service. They treat my yard needs as if they were a very big yard. I enjoy being the benchmark of the neighborhood. Definitely worth every penny.

Laseredge does an amazing job! They're definetly a small business and i can see their potentional and would recommend anyone who wants to support a small business! I'm not exactly sure why they got a 1 star review, when meeting Darren, he was definetly a gentlemen and an easy coming guy.

Poor communication, days late for both estimate and mowing and I had to reach out to him to find out if he was still even taking the job every time. Didn't get here for the mow until 9pm 2 days after he was scheduled to mow (which I said was fine to do that late), didn't let me know he was here, or ask me if there were any areas that needed to be avoided, he whacked off several of my baby plants, and destroyed one of my garden fences. He didn't weed eat all the way around only where he felt like it, missed the area around the mailboxes entirely and a whole corner of my yard. His mower deck was also set up on 4 inches so he left it long, meaning it needed another mowing by Thursday, which I had done by a reputable company. Then again, he didn't approach the house afterward and merely texted me after leaving saying my yard looked fine (it was the longest in the neighborhood by several inches), that he didn't see that the grass was all going to seed, and that he accepts venmo, cash or cash app. No thank you after payment. No follow up communication. His rates might be cheap but you get what you pay for. Do not recommend. EDIT: And shortly after leaving this review, I had the most conversation I'd ever had with this man as he berated me to remove this review saying I should have reached out to him to demand he make it right. Claiming that he couldn't see (then he shouldn't have offered to mow after dark if he couldn't do the job) and I should have told him where to mow or not. He didn't give me opportunity to advise him as he never approached the house and barely glanced at the back yard without even entering it when he provided the quote. I feared, with such a lack of communication and professionalism, not to mention the argumentative attitude conveyed in his previous texts, that he'd double charge me to redo the whole thing correctly. Very unprofessional to argue and berate a customer. 2nd EDIT: Take this guys public declaration to name calling as a perfect example of how he considers and truly feels about his clients. How do you want to be treated? I was fresh out of the hospital from major surgery. This guy couldn't be bothered to let me know his services would be delayed let alone what day or time I could expect him. I, too, have text evidence and unanswered call logs proving my claim of unprofessional behavior and lack of service. If I could post screen shots, I would. After the way I was treated and his unprofessional response, I hope others speak up and make him reconsider his customer service ethic before he ends up out of business.
