Our Lansing location provides lawn care services to customers in Lansing, MI and the surrounding areas. We offer weed control, lawn fertilization, aeration, grub control, mosquito control and flea & tick control. Orion and Dakota introduced themselves upon arrival and quickly went to work. They did a great job and answer my questions completely. I have been with Custom Lawn Care because they always provide great service.
Orion came to our property to perform a core aeration. After introducing himself, we walked the property and reviewed the flagging I had done, while he explained the service. When a flag got moved by the equipment they stopped and we located the sprinkler head it was protecting. The guys did a professional job today. Thank you.

I recently signed up with Custom Personalized lawn Care and am impressed thus far. I really appreciate the personal interaction before the work was performed. Jake performed my most recent application and before doing so, he rang the bell, introduced himself, then explained what he was about to do. He then asked if I had any questions or concerns about the application or the condition of the lawn. Jake was very polite and took the time to ensure that all areas of the lawn were covered. He even took the time to use a small spray can and sprayed some weeds that were at the edge of the property. Based on this and contact with customer service I would really recommend this company.

Clearly not honest, especially Paul in customer care. Does NOT do his homework prior to contacting customer as he says. Is totally dishonest when it comes to the business. I invited the owner to call me, it is apparent they want their business to be run substandard. 3 voicemail messages left, NEVER a return call. Snotty phone answerers when answered, its never their problem.

Their service is good. The soil I received for raised bed gardening contains a lot of glass shards (a lot!), pieces of plastic, and what looks to be wood from houses. I suspect this may have been soil acquired from the property of condemned homes. Im now worried about contaminants getting into my vegetables. Ive had to pay to have someone to fill my raised beds with their soil, and will now have to have to pay someone to dig it out, dispose of it, and to buy new soil elsewhere. Pretty much a small disaster when I live on Social Security.

Their tech drove over my newly poured driveway causing damage. Mind you, Im not their customer. My next door neighbor was getting services provided. I have video of the guy using a heavy fertilizer machine driving back and forth over my driveway. The company came out took pics, put down some grass products and never called me back. I have this on video as well. Im very disappointed with the lack of respect their service tech has for my property and how the company hasnt responded since they came out to take pictures last month.

Sam is excellent in listening skills, feedback, and plants vs weeds knowledge. He also attends to special needs concerning lawn care around plants, trees, flowers beds. Equally attentive and professional are Orion & CJ concerning core aeration and the same issues in addition to roots near mature trees. These fellows elevate the trust level in the company.
