Staff is polite and friendly. And in one year, I found the aeration work was not done properly, they immediately send a crew to redo the work. I highly recommend this company.

As a landscaping company, its incredibly helpful to have access to products that provide an environmentally safe alternative to traditional pesticides and herbicides that are prohibited locally. Its a good way to start a conversation with clients about the environmental impact of products that we use and foster greater awareness of our ecosystems. So far weve seen impressive results with Fiesta weed control and have begun using Nutri-lawn for white grub control as well.

Nutri-Lawn has been great ... we went from a 80% dandilions to a beautiful, lush, and think lawn in only a year... and it keeps getting better.

I decided to order Nutri-Lawn services in the hopes that their weed control program would be an improvement over the products I am able to get myself. I also decided to order lawn rejuvenation to try to recover from the dry summer last year. This review covers my experience with these services since March 2016. I am very happy with the weed control, it certainly is working better than the products I was applying over the last few years. Initially I was not happy with the results of the rejuvenation and called them to discuss. They dispatched their production manager to inspect my lawn. He personally addressed my concerns immediately with a reapplication of the seed and top dressing; this time with a fertiliser mixture. The results have been dramatic, the distressed area is looking great. Further I received a call from the sales manager who promised to repeat the rejuvenation in the fall. May 2022, still very happy with the Nutri-Lawn service. My lawn looks great especailly after the grub treatment they applied last year which completely cleared up the problem. My only issue: I am getting tired of being constantly reminded how much to water and how my mower should be set - guys I got it the first time, you can take the reminders out of every email I get after a service!

What a total rip off! Hired them to apply grub killer to 2500 sq ft of lawn and, I kid you not, they were literally done in five minutes! It was so fast we were convinced they hadn t done the job not to mention we saw no product on the lawn. We called them back to redo the back lawn and the guy proudly said he did lots of lawns in under five minutes. We watched him the second time and saw how this is possible - on my back lawn (photo attached) they did THREE passes with the spreader! I normally do at LEAST six when doing it myself. I couldn t believe my eyes. You can see the size of my lawn and the faint lines of the middle pass. These guys don t care and do not do a thorough job. They do the bare minimum. Don t waste your money.

In 2018 I had my front and back lawns replaced, due to grub damage. In 2019 I decided I would have a company take care of my lawn needs. I decided to go with Nutri lawn, someone came out, had a look and came up with a plan that worked for me and my lawn. This is now my 3rd year with Nutri lawn with no regrets. I have by far the greenest grass on my street, with many positives comments from people walking by. I do recommend Nutri lawn for your lawn needs.

Our lawn has never looked so good (aside from the usual drought effects) since we retained the services of nutri-lawn. We had tried many of the other lawn service companies but none ever came close to the quality of what Nutri-lawn provides. Thanks again!

I have used nutri-lawn in the past and have had no issues. This year I noticed light green spots come up on my lawn and asked if it could be looked at and taken care of. One of the techs came on site and confirmed that issue would be taken care of with a weed application. After the weed application was done I was informed that the weed killer would not resolve the issue. I feel like I was swindled out of money to have a weed application that I didnt not need done. I was dealing with tanner who has been in the past and still is professional and kind. He admitted it was a miscommunication on their end but after talking to his manager they were only able to give me $40 off the next the weed application, a application that I did not need in the first place ! Will not use again UP-DATE JUNE 6 2020 About two weeks after my post regrading the service I was contacted by Nutri-lawn (Tanner) I was told my review was read by their boss and they wanted to fix the issue. I was offered a full refund for the weed application. Honestly I didnt think they read these review and was surprised when they contacted me. Ive always said the service was good and after this im even more certain of it. Thank you for going out of your way to look after customers. Im hoping to use your service again just for the outstanding customer care. Thank you

Today 09-26-19. The knowledge of your Representative Tony Verbeek, being able to explain my grub problem in my lawn and the products you as a company use to eliminate the problem. Also the speed in which my first treatment was done, the next day. It doesnt get any better than that. Thank You. Today 10-02-19 Tony Verbeek from Nutri-Lawn was across the street from my house this morning working, so I went over and asked him some questions about the contact treatment he did on my lawn last week to kill the grubs. Because I was uncertain that the treatment worked, he said when Im finished here as a courtesy I will come over and add a granular treatment to make sure they die off, which he did. Im very impressed with this type of service and would recommend Nutri-Lawn to anyone with a lawn problem. Great service. Great Company.

So happy with the service we have received from Nutri-Lawn. It was so easy to work through a plan of what we needed for our yard. They have been so respectful and professional with every call and treatment. And my lawn is looking great! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their lawn.

A few years ago, after my grass had been torn up by raccoons a third time and I was losing the battle to Clover and Wild Geranium in both my front and back lawns, I turned to Nutri-Lawn for a bit of professional help. Thought I d try them out for a year to see if they could help me gain control. They offered me a wide variety of services including weed control, fertilizing, grub control and spring aeration. I was skeptical at first, but in time that has passed since I made the call, the weeds in my lawn are virtually non-existent and my lawn is looking better than ever. Nutri-Lawn sends me notifications when they re planning to come for a treatment and they give me a report when it s done. Their technician points out areas of weakness in my grass, identifying pests and invasive grasses, letting me know if my cut height is set properly on my mower and if I need to focus on boosting my watering schedule. They even let me know when the PH content of my soil needed a boost so that I could apply lime and encourage better root growth. Their treatment options are extensive, from basic weed control to full-on lawn restoration. I appreciate having options that allow me to still do a lot of the leg work while they provide coaching and a bit of professional intervention. With the amount of time I spend on maintenance of my gardens and other chores around my home, Nutri-Lawn has been an effective ally producing very satisfying results!

Rick is a person of integrity who I trust. Any chance to work with him I know I will get value and great service. It wouldn t matter what service he and by extension his team provides. They will always be my go to lawn care team.

I have had Nutri-Lawn come in to complete restoration of our front yard after a main burst and flooded our home and yard. They were on time and ready to do the work needed. Sod was installed, gardens were cleaned up, and recently they were here for grub protection for the new lawn. I am happy with their services and would recommend them. Don had come initially to see what work needed to be done to restore it. Very friendly staff, totally appreciate good customer service.

I have tried other lawn care companies without much success then decided to give Nutri-Lawn a try and I m glad I did! Over the last few years my lawn has turned to more weeds and moss than grass and with the drought last year my lawn was in poor shape. After a few treatments and some good advice from NL Im proud to say our lawn is looking great! The fertilizer is better than any I have purchased at Home Depot or Canadian Tire and the organic top dress material is way more advanced than top dress soil. NL phones in advance to let you know of upcoming treatments which has been really helpful and I have experienced great customer service and follow up that is why I m writing this review so I hope it helps. Quick efficient applications with noticeable improvements to the lawn which exceeds expectations.

This company is very communicative with their costumers. In that they give you a report of what theyve found after every visit. They also phone to let you know when and what time of day theyll be coming to service your lawn and if its raining an alternative date. If no one is home a voice message is a thorough voice message is always left. The service and office staff are extremely cordial and will answer, any and all, questions to the best of their abilities. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this service to anyone requiring any of the services offered by Nutri-Lawn.

We have used Nutri-Lawn for a few mowing services and grub control. Weve recently added some weed control to our contract. The staff are friendly and very professional and the work is exceptional. There is good communication via email and phone calls - I know when to expect them and there is a notification after the work is completed, which I really like. There is no direct contact required - so everyone feels safe during these weird Covid times. I am a new customer this year (just purchased a home) and everything has been great this summer.

Impressed with the lawn service. I ordered compost, aeration, and overseeding. I initially thought that the compost had not been applied, so I complained. They responded right away and sent a very friendly, professional guy out to show me the compost. He also applied an extra layer as a good will effort. I will be telling my coworkers about this good service.

Nutri-Lawns service is atrocious, they charge ridiculous prices for their services and do not even provide the services. After almost 1 months nothing has really been done to repair my lawn. No contact has been made by the company to check on the customer. Stay far away from this company Below are some pictures of this companys fantastic Grading and Leveling Service. I was quoted over $250.00 for said service. Most of the Google Reviews that have been left are from first time reviewers, so most likely employees or friends. Do not think for a second that this company is half decent.

This is the first time I am using Nutri-Lawn. After 1 month with different treatments , my green lawn has been so much better. The new grass is growing very fast, and all the weeds suddenly disappeared. They have wonderful service as they always resolve my concerns immediately. I m very impressed. Had a grub control product applied back in August this year... It was a very expensive application and was totally ineffective because it rained a day later as scheduled. Paid over $250 for a 10-minute job...it would appear the company did not make themselves familiar with the product as they should have postponed the application with the looming rain. The technician seemed more concerned with the depth of my lawn and explaining to me his vast knowledge of growing good grass. Needless to say my grass is a crow smorgasbord again... The grubs lived through the treatment.

I am very satisfied with Nutri-Lawn services so far. They are very good at following up to see if I am satisfied with their services. I had issues with crab grass in my lawn and they came and killed the crab grass leaving brown patches in my lawn. They then came to rake and seeded the brown patches. Will have to wait till the next spring to see how the brown patches fill out with the new grass. I was concerned that some of the brown patches are not filling in. Nutrilawn says if they are still an issue in the Spring, they will come and take care of the problem. My lawn overall since I have used Nutri-Lawn is healthier and greener than before. Will keep you updated on how my lawn fills out in Spring 2020

I called nutrilawn as I was unsure of what was best to winterize my lawn. They responded very quickly and sent someone out. Sam explained what he could to do to enable my lawn have a strong root system for the winter. He also cut the lawn and left it looking great. Awful ! It took me a few months to write this review because I wanted to check over and over that it was effective and safe and that my review is a fair and valid one! First , The company makes you pay the $500 before they come to apply, they tell you that the best time to apply is in the spring but that it could still work in the fall, I had it applied in the fall and not only did it not work, we have had five more attacks by crows or raccoons on our lawn since we applied the product and within three weeks ! My main concern in posting this review is that the next day after they applied, we had about a dozen robins graze on our lawn, something unusual that we have not had before, the next day two of those robins were dead just 20 meters down from the lawn! I am not saying there s a definite cause and effect because it could have also been a coincidence but it s a very strange coincidence. I Spoke to the company representative who was adamant that there is no way their product had anything to do with the dead Robbins, they did offer to come by and take a look at the lawn and were not apologetic for the total ineffectiveness of the product! I spoke to a friend who s a nematologist who said that it could be the additive agents and the surfactants that they add to the biological in the product Grubgone whixh may be a culprit since it is a new product, or maybe the mixture of the biologicals with the surfactant and the auxiliary ingredients! And of course nobody answered me back when I asked them for a refund for my product because I felt taken advantage of as I paid for a product that is definitely ineffective when applied in the fall and might also be harmful to other species!!

I ordered a service in the fall. After charging my credit card they advised they would not be able to do the service till spring. I advised that they should refund the cost of the service and contact me in the spring. I have been waiting two months for the refund and have had to make three calls to their office to attempt to get my money returned. No work has been completed at my property and I am out over $800.00. Money still not returned.

Be careful, they sign you up for a subscription service without informing you. Then perform the work before you can cancel it. On top of that they left my gate open! Terrible experience

Fantastic service, my lawn has never look better. I have no weeds and the moss us under control. I would recommend Nutri-Lawn to anyone who wants a healthy good looking lawn. As for the service options, they have one to fit whatever your budget is.

I have used nutri-lawn for many years, they have helped me bring my lawn back to being healthy and able to handle the long dry spells when we are unable to water due to restrictions. They call me the day before to notify me they are doing work and leave information on what they did that day. I plan to continue to use them to help keep my yard in good shape

I have used Nutri-lawn for a few years and my typical rating would be five stars. However, the most recent service which was a core aeration, did not meet my expectations. First of all, the technicians arrived late on a dark and typically wet (hard rain all day) Spring afternoon. We were probably their last appointment. Understandably, they rushed through the job in less than 20 minutes. The job was not well done, and we faced an awful muddy mess for some time. They should have cancelled and rebooked. The second issue has to do with the Aeroplan loyalty points which I was supposed to get. I waited two months and when I didnt see them I called in. At first I was stonewalled, and was asked to phone Aeroplan. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, no one was available. After much prodding, I was promised a phone call from the supervisor the following morning. I never received the call but some days later the points were in my account.

I have been with Nutri-Lawn for over 8 years. Over those years they have changed dramatically to meet the needs of the Customer. They invite feed back, if something needs redoing they do it! My lawn is not infected with the Chafer Beetle, thanks to the work of Nutri-lawn. I will not be changing companies. They re worth the money! You can pick and choose from their program.

Our lawn has never looked as green and lush, weed and moss free as it does since we began using Nutri-Lawn. We consistently receive comments from friends and family that our lawn looks better than a professionally maintained golf course. All of this with a lawn that receives very little morning and early afternoon sun due to a forested back yard. High praise for Nutri-Lawns service and results.

They schedule it, they call me a day ahead, they show up and do what they said they will do, they clean up after themselves, they offer up advice & suggestions, and they store the product, not me! Any technician that has been to my residence is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. You get what you pay for!

I hired these guys to do weed control on my lawn, driveway and patio. The first time they came out they burned 25% of my lawn because they forgot to tell me they were fertilizing. After the fact, I still had a whole area that had weeds with no results. For the second visit they wanted all the furniture removed from my patio but not on the lawn as they were going to respray this as well. I hired people to assist me with this as there is alot of furniture and not alot of surrounding areas to move it to. Nutri-lawn never showed up that day, and I never received a call either. When they did arrive, they only sprayed the deck and driveway and not the lawn because the office forgot to put it on the work order. I was quite upset as we have a big event happening in the yard and my grass is burned and still with lots of weeds. They were coming out one more time to make right. The customer service manager called me and told me she was sending out the manager to assess the damage and was going to have him oversee things until things are right. She told me she had a meeting with him before he left to my house and reviewed all the information with him. She told me that the guy who had done the poor job in the first place has been fired. Who shows up to my door? The guy who has been doing the work all along. He was never fired, there was no meeting before he came to my house and had no idea of the issues I have been having. I was told he was going to do the lawn that day and come one week later and do the decks. They never showed up the following week to do the decks while I again hired someone to help me remove all my furniture and wrap all my plants. In between this, there was alot of other issues but Im not here to write a novel. They have CHARGED me the whole time and since doing business with them, I had my almost perfect lawn seriously burnt, still have weeds in the lawn, on my deck and driveway, paid the money for the labor to move my stuff.. I am worse off now then before ever calling them. This is my first Google review, not a complainer but the service, ethics and products did NOT deliver. I wouldnt have wrote this of course if I would have received a call and this to have all been made right. I just hope with all the water restrictions, I will have my lawn back by my event date.
