Did not know this company, but reviews were great and current. We needed our rear yard cleaned of leaves, pine cones, and pine needles. I contacted RD and arranged for them to do the work. They did a great job at a reasonable cost. I will use them again as needed. Now 6 months later and I used them again to prune several bushes and shrubs. Did a great job. On time and at a fair price. Very easy to schedule, fairly priced. I had a spring cleanup with mulch done. The team lead discussed exactly what needed to be done prior to starting any work. The one worker who weeded was meticulous. Afterward, they walked around the property with my husband to review the work. They did a great job.

Consistent excellent lawn service, they show up every week, have a payment portal and give you a days notice if schedule has been shifted by rain. Also when you forget to pick up all your kids toys in the yard, they take care of it with a smile, no complaints.

RDs Total Lawn does a beautiful and much-appreciated job of shoveling snow. They showed up right on schedule as the recent snowfall stopped, shoveled to our front door, shoveled out the driveway, cleaned off the car, shoveled out the end of the driveway where the snowplow had left a pile, plus shoveled along the curb by the mailbox, then salted everything. RDs has been mowing our lawn, doing our Fall leaf clean-up, clearing our gutters, as well as shoveling snow for two years. Requested quote for aerating. After site visit performed in 24hrs, quote was provided.. Approved quote and asked when service would be performed.. Ryan was very responsive.. Had service completed from request of quote to service done all with in 4 days.. Ryan introduced himself when he arrived and we walked my property just to make sure. He did a thorough job. A well done professional service.. Would highly recommend. Pricing was also great..

Should you consider hiring this provider, at least make sure to have video cameras installed everywhere on your property in order to fully protect your interests. I am quite certain that they know they damaged my wife s car with their equipment. They were entirely unwilling to own up to it, and they repeatedly implied that we were lying about the damage that only they could have caused. The immediate hostility they displayed was telling. They say that they provided aeration and seeding, but I haven t seen any evidence to confirm that they d actually completed any work on our property at all. In the end, I only ended up paying them in full in order to make them go away for good. Watch out.

Our payments are contactless and on ez-pay, we get simple email communication to communicate. We used them for aeration and overseeding in the fall, and this spring our lawn is looking fantastic!! This was out first experience with Ryan and his company, having learned about his business from a neighbor. The work they did was professional, on-time, and priced fairly. He is also very good at communication, something not all contractors are proficient with in my experience. He uses a combination of email, texts and links to quotes and invoices that make scheduling, quoting and payment really efficient. RD Total lawns gave our landscaping a makeover with removal of a large overgrown shrub, followed by fresh mulch and new plants. They even repurposed some stones for us to outline the mulch beds. They clearly communicated all the details of the services and the price right from the start. Great job, we are so happy with how it looks now!

This year they did add dethatching service as well and I took advantage of it, Aerating and overseeding happened after the dethatching, By chance I found a post from Ryan on my Next Door Neighbor site. This was so timely, as the post included Last Call for Lawn Aeration & Over-seeding. This is a valuable tool if you want a full great looking lawn. The estimate was so inviting and value oriented, I not only have my yard done but decided to gift my neighbor with the same service. Great job by a team of genuinely courteous guys, in full control of what needs to be done. I have requested I be put on their contact list for repeat service. A footnote: Aeration and De-thatching are excellent ways to promote great root growth in established lawns. Thanks again, Ryan.

After contact RD Lawn Sercive they remained in contact via email and responded with in 24-48 hours. They answered all my questions and provided a professional service. A lawn technician named Matt came to my home as scheduled with the proper equipment and looking and speaking professionally. He aerated and seeding my property just as they said they wood. The price was fair and reasonably. Matt was a pleasure to work with and speak to the day of the service, so much so that he earned a small tip for a great job, and professional conversation. Ryan Ditties (RD) never met. But we communicated via email to set upnthe service, answer questions and he provided follow up answers to question days after the service was preformed. Based on my October 2021 experience with RD Total Lawn I would highly recommend them Keep up the great work
