One of the most important qualities I look for when hiring anyone to do work at my home is accountability. Can I trust this person to deliver on the things they say they will do? When it comes to Scott, the answer is an unequivocal no. I really wanted to like this guy as he seems like a good dude, but he runs his business with empty promises filled behind seemingly impressive words. Don't fall for it! I can count on two hands the number of times Scott told me he'd do something or text me info only to never fulfill his promise or even show up to do the work he said he'd do or even respond to text messages requesting the info he promised. What's more, he seems like a Jack of all but master of none as the saying goes, doing just enough to finish whatever job he actually DID do, but not doing it well enough to actually display any type of proficiency to earn a good review. Tread carefully, folks! There are a lot more honorable and reliable people out there than can do the same work.
