I tried three sprinkler companies prior to Tyler coming out to identify and repair our system. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient in explaining what our system needed for optimal performance.

Tyler ran the sprinklers and reviewed the system. He changed out several sprinkler heads and changed some of the spray patterns for better coverage. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I use Brothers for both my pest control and irrigation maintenance because of their strong customer service policy. I can easily recommend both of these services.

Brothers started treating my lawn 2 months ago. The lawn is beautiful. Weeds that were very difficult to remove in the past are gone. I highly recommend Brothers.

They did an ok job with the fertilizers and pest control but even though I cancelled the service they didnt update their records properly and serviced my home after the cancellation. Then when I refused to pay for the service they extorted $80 from me so they would stop calling. Lots of better options out there.

This was our first treatment with Brothers. Ill know in a few weeks if the lawn starts to look different. Josh was very good at explaining what was being done today.

Had our first yard treatment done to kill weeds, get rid of bugs, and get the grass healthy again. They were by far the most thorough company weve ever used, starting with the initial quote. The other quotes I got just had basic info, but the quote Chris gave me was detailed and he even called me to go over it, in case I had any questions, which was great because I actually did have some. He got me scheduled for the very next day for the first treatment. I had also asked about sprinkler service and less than 5 minutes later, he texted me and said he had set an appt for me with his sprinkler team. Weve tried a couple different services in the past for the lawn, but none have been as thorough with putting the products down and cleaning up afterward (they even used a blower to get any stray granules into the grass and off the sidewalk/pavers!). Another pleasant surprise was when I saw the invoice, they actually put the chemicals used on there, so theres no guessing. You could literally look up the chemicals for safety info if you want. So far Ive been very impressed and I am very hopeful that this will be the just the ticket our yard needs to get back into tip top shape!

I called on Wednesday and was told the technician would be at my home on Friday. On Friday morning I called and was told he would be at my home after he took care of two other homes on my block...they had simple repairs, and my repair involved a tree root breaking the line. The tech arrived a little after 2 PM....I showed him where the water had been coming up. He diagnosed and repaired the line in approximately one hour. He also checked my whole system to see if there were any other issues. Lucky for me there were no others. Tyler was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. The woman in the office was very thorough and kept me updated on when Tyler would arrive. A very satisfying experience.

Sean was very honest with me and told me to wait on spending money on any services as my lawn is beyond help and needs to have new sod placed. We started with Brothers when we laid St. Augustine in our backyard a few years ago. They have maintained the health of our grass, which was a huge investment, ever since. They have always gone above and beyond when we have questions or concerns and are very fair with their pricing. We love that they are family-owned and operated and recommend them to all of our own friends and family.

Ive been working with Brothers Pest Control for about six months now. They definitely have their act together. Staff is friendly, and billing is easy. Price might be a little higher than some of the other big companies, but I am ok with that if the results are better as well. My lawn suffered damage from the last company I used, and Brothers has been bringing it back to life. The real test will be this Summer when all the nutsedge comes out. Fingers crossed they can knock it out and get me the perfect summer lawn.

Calling Brothers was the best decision I ever made for my yard. I had weed issues, bugs, diseased trees, and ugly looking grass/bushes. They quickly turned my yard around and now I love having one of the greenest, lushest, yards on my street. I was so happy with that service that I also signed up for the indoor pest control and have had no indoor pests since then. I also was very pleased with a sprinkler repair service they performed for me!!!

Engaged Brothers Pest after purchasing a new home that I saw cockroaches and wasps in/around. They came out and sprayed for me, the young lady who did the service was extremely friendly and nice and gave me some really good insight on preventative measures. Ive been battling ants at my house for two years. After countless Terro bait stations and the ebb and flow of ant traffic, I called Brothers Pest Control. They were out the same day, were done in under 30 minutes, and I havent seen any ants since. I will definitely use these guys again, though based on the results Ive seen, I dont think itll be needed.

Mark and Karen make a great team! They remind me of Fred and Ethel. Really I love the quality and professionalism of work both out in the field and the office is always so kind and helpful. Always happy with this company.

We recently bought this house almost a year ago. The owners before us didn t take care of the yard very well. So when we started cleaning up, we noticed cockroaches started appearing more than we liked. We used another company before Brothers Pest and it just seemed like the bugs would only stay away for a little while. So we were needing more than quarterly services. That s when we contacted Brothers Pest. They were very thorough in the beginning when we contacted them and when they came for the first visit. We saw almost nothing during that quarterly spray. It was so much better than the other company we had! Karen treated both of our visits and she was so great and efficient. Super nice as well! She s very responsive and says if we see anything earlier than the next spray to call or text her and she can come out earlier. So glad we decided to go with this company! After trying other companies and almost giving up on our lawn, we tried Brothers Pest Control on the advice of our irrigation guy. He was right - they know what they are doing and are the only ones able to make our lawn look its best. Dylan is our technician and he is always upbeat, informative, and takes personal pride in making our lawn look as good as possible. Brothers costs more than the other companies but if you want results they are worth it.

This is the best company. What sold me when I bought my home was the lawn. I of course wanted to keep the lawn looking the same so I thought the prior owner used trugreen. They completely messed up my lawn. Brown spots all over. I had to contact the prior owner for help and he gave me what he had been using for years, brothers pest control. The grass turned green again. I was and continue to be happy. I have a year using them and I have no complaints and will continue to use them as long as I live in my home. Communication is also great, quick response.

Had my first service with Chad and Josh. They were very professional and informative. My yard which was just sodded was having some serious issues with Fungus. While this is the first treatment I will update my review after how well my lawn responds. But as far as service they are top notch.

Brothers is by far the best lawn maintenance/ treatment company we have ever used. If ever there is an issue with our grass, they will specifically treat it and then follow up several times until it is back in shape. I can not recommend them enough. It is worth every penny because our lawn looks amazing!

He took the time to answer all of my questions and even helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having with my Rid-a-Rust irrigation system. My experience thus far has been great and I would highly recommend their services to others.

I had a concern about some areas of my lawn, Brothers came out and treated. To my surprise our tech Thompson showed back up a week or so later just to check things out and make sure we were headed in the right direction! The yard is back in shape, but I am most impressed with the follow-up, not something you really experience anymore!
