I am very impressed with the work that was done. My yard was too much for me to handle and Oaki Lawn Care cleaned it up so good, I can t stop looking at it!

Oaki lawn care came by and trimmed my trees. They did a good job and will use again.

Very easy to reach out and did a great job raising up the branches so they re not smashing cars or people! Even moved our Stag Horn up to a great spot. :) Thank you guys!!!

The owner s wife (Brittney) is rude and has a bad attitude, service is sporadic, and they do not communicate with customers. So glad we switched to another company several months ago. **Response to owner s pathetic remarks below** Must be Brittany replying again, you don t need to know my real name, because you are rather vindictive as can be seen by your catty remarks, this is EXACTLY why we ceased doing business with you!!! You proved my point, and for everyone else to see publicly..how you behave. Yes I have left another review for Publix pharmacy today, and they are AWESOME..hence they got a 5-Star review. Randy, and his crew came out to install bahai sod in my backyard. I was extremely pleased with the results. He is kind, professional, very easy to communicate with- which is very appreciated, and knows the business in, and out. I would highly recommend this company for any of your landscaping needs!

This company might be good for regular lawn care but avoid using them for any major yard work. We spent over $5000 with them to do some planting in our front yard and cut down a tree . We paid $600 a piece for two Italian Cypress trees , one of which died within a week and the company would not replace it or refund me the money, only offered to remove it for free.

I definitely do recommend hiring this company for anything other than cutting grass .. Had some sprinkler work done which was suspect to begin with! I was also told if the grass didnt latch back on that he would replace it (Photos attached for reference) no its spreading in the yard

Just started with this company. First cut was great and they communicate very well! You can tell they care about what they do which is important to me! Update: They cut off my service because I wasnt in Connerton.

We hired Oaki after we moved into our new home. They have been reliable, punctual, and have done a nice job taking care of our lawn. They are responsive to texts, email, as well as being able to talk with them when they come out to service your property. They have fair pricing. I would definitely recommend them! Update: We fired Oaki about a year or so after hiring them as they were supposedly having a rate increase. My adult kids who are in the neighborhood as well and were using their services were not going to get a rate increase even though we were told the rates were going up across the board. When we questioned them about this they really couldnt give us a good answer but said they wouldnt raise our rates as high as they were going to. I found this whole thing to be disingenuous so we let them go and hired a new lawn service that we have been happy with so far.

Recently built our new home and moved into Connerton. We needed a lawn service company to take care of our new lawn, being new to the area and not knowing who to use. I reached out to them by facebook. They responded the same day and provided a quote. Very competitive price, not the least expensive but not the most expensive either. Already serviced our lawn! In and out rather quickly and the yard looks great. They even recommended a few different companies to help with weed control and fertilization. Looking forward to working with them for years to come. JD

Hi Everyone, I am not one to post bad reviews but I feel like this is a question that is asked a lot. I was looking for a new lawn care service when I stumbled across Oaki Lawn Care. I called the company phone number and spoke with a woman named Brittany. Honestly, she was very pleasant and easy to talk to you. Due to Covid, they were not able to come out and give me a in person estimate. I completely understand this. I did send them pictures of my front yard and backyard and never heard back to get an estimate. I then called them again and they said that they could Service my yard for $100 a month on a weekly service basis. on September 10, I decided to hire them. I contacted Brittany who said that she can get us on the schedule as soon as we needed. She then sent me the payment info which included a numerous amount of ways to tender money. I was very happy with these options and was awaiting my service. Guess what happened? They never showed up. I then called Brittany back at the end of September and she stated that she completely forgot To let her husband know about our account. She gave me his phone number and stated that he would be out here sometime this week. I still have yet to see them. I did contact her husband and he did message me and I failed to answer him. Brittany was aware of my profession as well as working night shift. I can t always answer. But still, it was my fault. I should have got back to him on. But the Message had nothing to do with starting service, the date they would be here or anything of that matter. It was all strictly related to payment. This company, whom I have never officially met, not even for an estimate, would like me to pay them $100 before they would even show up to my house. Now, they have failed to show up two times, why would I pay them my money? Oaki Lawncare did offer to come out one time to cut our lawn. They did state they would do this for free, but would not take us on as a client due to the fact that they had just had two employees quit. The owner stated that he has to work on Sundays now so he cannot take on my account anymore. all the while, they were supposed to show up in mid-September and never even dead. I wanted to give my business to someone who is a husband and wife company instead of these large lawn care companies. Unfortunately, I did not work out in my favor. It did not work out the first time, the second time, nor did it work out the third time! In my opinion, the unreliability and untrustworthy Ness of this company makes me never want to use them. I am all about serving start up and mom and pop businesses but it looks like I got burned this time. I would not recommend this company.

I reached out to Oaki Lawncare regarding monthly lawn maintenance. They were kind and timely. I needed service as I had not been serviced in almost 4 weeks. It was approaching Thanksgiving and I was also getting my home painted. I was a bit reserved when it came to their prepayment requirement but Randy was very accommodating. Oaki Lawncare showed up in time just before the holiday to service my lawn and did their best to maneuver around the painters who were all over the place. I expressed my likes/dislikes about previous experiences and they listened. I advised that I didn t want to use a hedger to cut my grass along the opposite side of my sidewalk because that was done before and it caused the lawn to be uneven as to why I had forgone having it cut for 4 weeks. They still hedged the area of concern but vowed to not do that again in the future. Overall, they did a good job. I m looking forward to working with them and having my yard serviced properly and in consideration of my preferences.
