I paid for services in full, trusting that the job would be finished, then he ghosted me. I have texted him countless times, only to be gaslighted and ignored.

Professional, fast, and responsive people to work with. I had a last-minute issue, and they were here within a few days to take care of everything I needed. FANTASTIC!

Top notched! Richard knows his stuff! Project #1. I had issues with standing water in my yard after a regrading behind my property was done. Richard looked at it and told me what needed to be done and he did it. No more standing water. The regrading of my yard now feeds the water down the French drains and out to a lower lying part of my front lawn. Richard even came out in the pouring rain a few times to check his work. That’s commitment! Now I just need to make sure the ever growing grass near the drains stays trimmed. Project #2. I redid my back yard to make it more tropical. I had shell dumped out front but had the job of getting it into the back yard. Richard came over with his little shovel machine, scooped up the shell and dumped it in such a way that I had very little to rake once he had it placed for me. None of my delicate plants were harmed in the process which was an amazing feat! I was impressed with how Richard handled that shovel! It would have taken me all summer to complete this task without his help. He got it done in a few hours time and it was definitely worth the price! Thank you Kerri and Richard for always being there for my heavy duty gardening needs and for always doing such a fine job! I highly recommend Northside Lawn Service LLC!

Poor service. Not working for me. Would leave negative if I could. Just fired this company.

Totally underhanded and a rip-off. This guy basically stole from us. We were told a certain price for sprinklers and sod then this guy came and overcharged my wife and never brought or laid the sod. Don’t use this business.

NEVER returns calls.Time for a new service as I guess they don't need me as a customer.

I'm in the beginning stages with Northside Lawn Service so far I'm 100% happy. The communication with owners' Kerry and Richard is excellent and they're very professional. Can't wait to see the end results! Edit: If I could give 10 stars I would! Richard, Kerry and their crew are awesome! They turned my yard into the paradise that I always wanted. I now have working irrigation, lush grass, gorgeous flowers & even palm trees throughout my front and backyard! Because they did such an outstanding job landscaping my yard I even hired Northside Lawn Service to service my yard weekly! I highly recommend Northside Lawn Service!

Who not to use for your lawn service. I tried Northside Lawn. Unfortunately, after they have broken two lights, shaved areas of my lawn down to the dirt, skipped services and worst of all after putting it in writing they would cut prior to baby shower we are hosting at our house they did not show and would not answer emails or calls. If you are looking for a lawn service DO NOT USE NORTHSIDE LAWN!
