I would highly recommend Clark Property irrigation. John was on time and did an awesome job telling me exactly what was wrong with my irrigation leaks and had all the needed equipment. He is a very reasonable and has Christian like values.
After years of relying on large irrigation contractors such as Massey, I will never ever call any other irrigation contractor!! Clark Property Maintenance will be my first and only go to. Great quality work at a good value, super profession, responsive and on time! Excellent service and I truly appreciate it.
Shawn and his crew went above and beyond for us! I highly recommend this company. Poor communication since change of management. In the winter months, I was promised I would have my lawn serviced every two weeks. they have been to my property twice since December, while still charging me full price. They then leave this terribly unprofessional letter in my mailbox, stating that they have transferred my whole account, my address, my credit card information, all without my permission, over to a 'trusted friend' who would start servicing my lawn. Clark Property Maintenance are liars and thieves who will take your money and not do their job.
John Clark and his team do a great job taking care of our property. We'd recommend him to anyone who's looking for a quality company to take care of their lawn maintenance.

I purchased a house and Clark Property Maintenance as already the lawn care provider so I continued to use him. This company did a good job on the lawn. However, my fence was damaged several times and the company did not have the decency to notify me but instead waited until I noticed and called them. Additionally, I was required to pay for part of a month that I did not even own the house. There were times that the yard would be tore up and I was not given the courtesy of a heads up but would find out on my own. I choose not to do business with someone who has these business ethics.
I never leave bad reviews. I would much rather leave great ones, but this cannot be ignored. My neighbor uses this company and the last time they were out I witnessed one of the employees urinating in the bushes of our back yard. I have a child who witnessed this before I was able to close the blinds. I spoke with my neighbor and I called the owner of the company. Because of the holidays I didnt want to point anyone out but the owner did text me and assured me this would not happen again. I completely believed him and didnt worry about it. Today we witnessed another one of his employees urinating in the same spot. I went out told my neighbor and spoke to one of the employees. The employee did not apologize and shrugged his shoulders when I told him that I would call the police next time. Clearly his employees are not worried about any consequences. I again left a message with the owner. I havent heard back but honestly I dont expect anything to change. These men clearly dont care because our other neighbor is a police officer and has a police car out front. They have no concept of the seriousness of this behavior, but they will once they try to do this again and the police speak with them when I file a report for exposing themselves to minors.

John is simply the best. I was tough to convert as I always cut my own lawn but life is so much nicer coming home from work to a nicely cut and maintained lawn. I like his level pricing and if we break something we fix it policy. There are a lot of lawn care companies out there but John is the best. Thanks John.

As I had a stroke in January of 2013 I can no longer help my wife care for the lawn. We had several different ones cut it, but each time my wife had to go back over it to get spots they had missed. Not so with Clark. When they did it it was done right the first time. If you are picky as my wife is, you will be happy with their work. Bob!
