Dave has been wonderful to work with in our project to install synthetic turf within an area that is extremely difficult to maintain grass. Communications with Dave have been professional, timely and accurate. And great kudos to his awesome staff of Jacob and Omar. They, too, were thoughtful, professional and accurate throughout the installation. We enjoyed working with all of these gentlemen and look forward to the continuation of our future projects with Clean Cut.
Clean Cut is a professionally run company with top notch customer service and an incredible team of employees. We had a 45’ pine unexpectedly fall in our yard. This caused concern about other pines that were about the same age and height. We reached out to Clean Cut to get an estimate. They were quick to respond and get us onto their calendar so we didn’t have to worry about other trees falling. The team of men who removed the trees were skilled, efficient, hard working and paid attention to other landscaping as well as careful clean up. They were very pleasant and easy to talk to. Our neighbor also had them remove a tree after seeing the work they did at our house. We had recently signed up for their lawn care and have been just as pleased with that service. We will continue to work with them for our lawn and landscaping needs! Thank you to all at Clean Cut!
Clean Cut has now done two projects for us and they have been incredible to work with! They were reliable, responsive and went above and beyond on each project! Everyone from their team that has been to our house to do work was so great work with. I’m amazed at how much work they accomplish in a day! I won't mince words. When I started with cleancut I was not planning on renewing the service. Since then Kyle L started servicing my home and I cannot be more happy. He takes great care to make my lawn look awesome. I was informed the previous worker is no longer with Clean Cut. If the rest of their employees are half as dedicated as Kyle, I would recommend Clean Cut all day!
I had an awesome experience with Clean Cut. Dave came out just days after I called to give me a quote on a sinking patio and having steps installed. With Dave’s knowledge and Omar’s handy work they made my vision a reality. Everyone including the ladies in the office were extremely polite and prompt on making this happen. Their prices are fair and their craftsmanship is exceptional. 10/10 would recommend Clean Cut to anyone that is looking to make their house a home.
Within a week of calling Clean Cut, Jim came by for a consult. An estimate was sent promptly that included everything we discussed and nothing that we didn't. Less than a month after the consult, our patio is in. Jake was meticulous in his work, even while working through some extremely hot days. The site was left tidy when he left each evening. Clean Cut is easy to work with, responsive, and does great work.
Disappointed with the quality of work for a job involving edging flower beds, mulching, and shrub pruning. No call ahead of what day or time they were coming and when they left the job was not completed so I assumed they were coming back to finish it but they did not. They did return to fix some issues after I contacted them about unfinished work. They did not follow instructions of what to trim and not trim as specified in the quote and after changing an edging line covered the grass with mulch so two days later all the grass grew through the mulch. The cut marks present on all of the shrubs are in the image below.
Wow! My fiancé and I recently worked with Clean Cut Landscaping on several house projects. We are new to the area and Jim was highly recommended by several co-workers and colleagues. My fiancé and I wanted to create a 24 x 18 patio for entertaining purposes in our backyard and from start to finish, the process was not only super easy, but we felt as though we were treated like family. Leanne was super kind and was always extremely helpful whenever I called in or exchanged ideas over email. Jim and Ryan created the most beautiful layout with our flagstone pavers and added details we weren’t even expecting! They made decisions in our best interest and the finished product is absolutely stunning. We could not have asked for a more perfect outcome and a more professional staff to work with us. We look forward to seeing them in the spring to seed the area and finally decorate. About a week after our patio project, we asked Jim and Ryan take a look at our electrical work in the front yard. My fiancé accidentally cut the electrical line and Clean Cut provided several options that were both up to code and cost effective. We greatly appreciate the relationship we have developed with the business and look forward to using them for all our future projects. I highly recommended Clean Cut to anyone looking to be treated with respect, make your dreams come true, and keeping your wallet happy!

Clean Cut just finished regrading the back of my property with top soil and then applied hydroseed . They were friendly, professional and seemed quite knowledgeable . Aaron came very quickly to do the estimate and explanation as to what needed to be done and had the job scheduled and completed right on time. A wonderful experience beginning to end. I just had Clean Cut edge my beds and enlarge the tree rings on my property. They did a fabulous job again. They had many tree roots to deal with and just made things look wonderful. Way over priced for a happy owner
We had a project of trimming bushes and a tree in our beds, we wanted the mulch removed and stone added including a flagstone area for my grills.This was something I could have done but would have taken a long time and probably a couple bottles of pain reliever. Clean Cut Landscape and Design came out the same week we called and looked at our project, we received a proposal in a couple days and agreed on the price, ( which was good !!). The Crew came yesterday and I can not say enough positive things about them, we walked around and reviewed the project and then they did their thing. During the day as they finished a step they would ask us if were satisfied with what they have done, The Men were very professional and polite, it was hot 90*+ and they stayed on task all day without any complaints about anything !!!. When they finished the project they asked us to walk around the house and see if they missed anything and that we were happy with the results. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything, I would definitely recommend this company for any outside projects you have !!!.
The 2 gentlemen removed a large blue spruce in my front yard without any damage to my property or the neighbors. They removed the stump, did a thorough cleaning and replaced the stump hole with topsoil and mulch. Everything looked great when they were finished.

I had River Rock Installation around my shed in my yard. The team explained the process during and after the install. They had a high level of respect for my property which was much appreciated. Last week, we had Pete working on cleaning up the weed mess that developed in a number of our flower beds along with taming the mass of overgrowth that developed after we had a bunch of trees cut down. It was a big job and Pete was awesome! He treated our property like it was his own, discussed safety concerns about a tree that had broken in half during a recent storm, made recommendations on adjustments to our plan, and offered suggestions on future updates that could help improve the utility of the property (and help with future maintenance costs). Pete arrived when expected each day, worked hard and focused on the tasks at hand, did a great job of cleaning up the weed/tree debris, and was a pleasure to talk to. This is the second job that weve had Clean Cut do for us and we highly recommend them. I hope that we get Pete for our future landscaping jobs!
I contracted with Clean Cut last spring to do a patio installation and chose them because of the consistent reviews of quality work and attention to detail; unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The most grievous of my complaints is the fact that Jim has not taken responsibility for the burying the drainpipe they installed at an appropriate depth. The team had to come back last year to regrade along the front of the house (where the buried drainpipe was installed) to prevent water from collecting at the front door. They then had to re-seed and put straw down over that area so we only discovered this spring that the drainpipe was no longer sufficiently buried (they had to scrape off the topsoil in that area and probably didnt realize that the drainpipe was then laying right at the surface.) I sent the attached picture of the pipe with a hole in it exposed on the surface of the yard and Jim quickly replied that he could send me a quote me for the repair. When I asked him to call me to explain how this could possibly be my responsibility rather than a breach of his contract which specifies the drainpipe will be buried well below the surface, he stopped responding. Jim also never came down to the house to inspect the yard last year after I complained about cut tree roots protruding from the ground (one of my kids actually tripped and fell) and copious rocks/gravel left on the surface. I pulled bucket loads of roots and large rocks out of the surface layer but couldnt do much about the gravel and now, a year later, we still have patchy grass with lots of visible gravel (picture attached.) I did not post a negative review last year despite my frustrations but Jims refusal to take responsibility for the drainpipe installation is completely unacceptable.

These guys removed a tree that has been a nightmare for me. You would never be able to tell there was a tree there. Fast and hard workers with a high attention to detail. My neighbors were so impressed they came over and asked for a quote.
Clean Cut provided great services and were very responsive to our needs. We were not sure how to best design our privacy (landscaping) boarder but being the professionals they are, Clean Cut came through with a great design and implementation. Great service and professional workmanship
Aaron addressed all our property issues, both from an aesthetic and practical approach. He is obviously very knowledgeable and personable. He gave us good options and advice. The crew, led by Andrew that came to tackle this big project, was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. Their work was beautiful. Andrew really has an eye for this work. He was very knowledgeable about all the plantings and placement. He and his crew cleared a large area of under brush and scrub trees around large growth trees. Then they limbed those trees up, and took out a large dead tree. Now it looks beautiful with lots of natural exposed rock we didnt even know was there! They also planted 10 new trees in the front and side yard. Placement was just right. We are very pleased.

This company does work for my neighbors and they appear to do nice work. I did have an issue with them making a mess in my yard recently while doing work for the neighbors but the owner of the company was made aware of the situation and quickly addressed the problem.
The entire team, from management down to the labor was a pleasure to work with and accommodating in the desires of our project. Very communicative and worked well with bringing the wants and desires of the design to life. As some of the design changes and touch-ups needed to be completed, the team pivoted well and met those needs quickly. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for flagstone patio work, landscape installation and tree removal!
Despite some very lengthy Covid delays (as expected at this time) this team was extremely professional at every step of the way! We have a small city yard that was transformed into pure magic. We couldn t recommend them enough.

Aaron and his team were professional to work with. They met us at the home and walked the property and had an estimate back to us within 48 hours. They accommodated the minor changes we made to the original estimate. Our work was actually performed in two mornings and it was complete. The end result exceeded our expectations. The folks at Clean Cut are absolutely top notch. Our new patio is nothing less than fantastic. The entire installation went very smoothly. Aaron from Clean Cut took the time to listen to what we wanted and even the fact that we dont have a lot of time or interest in tending to our yard. He worked with us and developed a really nice, unique design, including a self watering system. They installed it in a flash and Aaron kept an eye on it, even texting me when the weather got really hot to remind me to do a bit of extra watering. More important than the great design and installation, we really appreciate the personalized attention from Clean Cut.

SIMPLY THE BEST! Jim was the driver today at our property that we rent in Lancaster. He was so polite and professional. He waited until all residence who were able moved their cars so he could plow as much of the lot as possible. He then waited until the last car was safely back in the lot before pulling away.
