We have used this service for almost a year now and it has been a life saver for my 82 year old mother. They always text or call before coming to alert us in case we need to let the dogs in. Once the neighbors dog was in our backyard and they were completely accommodating . I wouldn’t use any other service and I’ve told friends and family about them in case they need their service .
Finding them and utilizing their services has literally been the best move I’ve made! From the first time to the last time (we are moving out of state and unfortunately cant continue services) I have been nothing short of impressed. They are incredibly friendly, punctual and efficient. I can’t recommend using their services enough. I will desperately miss them!
After having a little one, cleaning up after the dogs was such a challenge. However, after finding scoops, I’m no long stressed about cleaning my yard. Also, they offer some of the best customer service I have encountered. They are very professional and always willing to work with your schedule. I’m really glad I found them.
Zero is one of the coolest professional people I know. He is kind, honest, reliable and down to earth, and extremely professional. For example, if there's a short month for holidays or something, Zero will prorate your account. He is always on time and communicates every time he shows up and what the month looks like. He is always willing to provide extra work on the spot and really works with the costumer. I have referred him to many friends and family already! I absolutely LOVE working with Zero and I'd recommend this business a million times. Thank you, Zero, for all you have done and continue to do!

I have been using SCOOPS services for a few years and love them! I m a senior citizen and frankly, I don t want to bend over anymore and pick up dog doo. I ll just leave that job to the pros, SCOOPS!

AV Scoops is an excellent company and is always friendly, thorough and reliable. We have two dogs running amok in a large yard and the poop scoop duties created a lot of family tension. This weekly service has been a huge help, saving us time to do more enjoyable things on the weekends as well as reducing yard flies and smells.
