Jim and his team did a fabulous job in my yard, I wish I had a before picture to show. Jim always made sure that I am informed on the progress of the project every day. His team is very professional and hard-working. When I told Jim that I needed the project to end by a certain date, the team took it seriously. For professionalism 5/5. Quality of work 5/5.
This was our first time using Lawn Ranger and we are so happy! Jim responded to our message within 2 hours and we had an estimate the next day. Their team created new mulch beds for our addition and new patio area. They did a great job cleaning up our property. We highly recommend their services and will be using them in the future! I contracted The Lawn Ranger this past Spring to handle my mowing and leaf pickup in the Fall. I highly recommend their service. They're punctual, fairly priced and do an excellent job. They even edge my property lines and beds where my previous service never did that. I have two very large pin oaks that drop a ton of leaves and they are meticulous in blowing all the leaves out of the numerous flower beds and within the entire property out to the curb for Manor Township pickup. Jim and his team are the best.
Jim responded the same day to my request for an estimate to remove 5 large shrubs from my property. He came out the next day to check it out and gave me a quote, which was significantly less than what I was quoted by other lawn services. Within a few days, the job was done! Jim and his team were polite and friendly and got the work finished within an hour. They also did a great job cleaning up. I’m very happy with the results and I’ll definitely be using their service for any future yard projects!
I highly recommend Lawn Ranger Lawn Care. I called Jim and he came out to give me an estimate the very next day and his crew was out to do the work in less than a week. Julie and Tyler were both so polite and friendly. I live on a wooded lot and my property has never had a "proper clean-up". They spent an entire day trimming trees, raking leaves, removing old branches and weeds. They both worked really, really hard and got my property looking better than it ever has. They exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended them to others. I am looking forward to using Lawn Ranger regularly in the future. They provide top-notch quality service!
I would like to thank The ( Lawn Ranger ) & his crew showing up at my residence and doing such a great job on our lawn to get it ready for this spring. The crew showed up on time very neat and presentable. They were very polite and very helpful with advice. I had a lot of crabgrass in spots in our yard, they removed the old crabgrass and re seated with new grass seed. Placed straw over top of that and then watered it. They cleaned up after they were done you would never know that they were ever in our yard. I would highly recommend The Lawn Ranger for any yard work that needs to be done the correct way. My sincere thanks goes out to The Lawn Ranger and their crew.
The Lawn Ranger has been cutting our grass and treating our yard for years. They are always professional and leave our yard looking excellent week after week. Since beginning treatment on our yard we have noticed the grass has become thicker and greener. We no longer deal with weeds. I would HIGHLY recommend The Lawn Ranger for your lawn care needs. We have also used this company for mulching and landscaping. They did a wonderful job with this as well. The employees are friendly and hardworking. The owner is very professional, timely, knowledgeable and offers competitive pricing.
Working with the Lawn Ranger has been a great experience. My first experience was after the purchase of my home three years ago. Jim and his staff completely redesigned my landscaping and it turned out better than I could of ever imagined. It was a pleasure to work with Jim and his crew. I didn t use this company but I m only leaving a review Because they/google should really update their site. Google says they service Lancaster county and, where I live is in Lancaster county (Ephrata) and they won t come here... so, just a little misleading for potential customers....

Id recommend Lawn Ranger Lawn Cares snow removal service to any business in Lancaster County! They do an excellent job with the snow removal at my business and need no prompting to get the job done. I just got my invoice for the snow in December and the price was very reasonable, plus they had my parking lot and sidewalks cleared and salted much sooner than our previous snow removal company was able to do.
I had a large oak tree removed with a stump ground down and needed some help clearing the mulch and then landscaping the area. Jim and his crew came on site and did a great job for me. The clean up was excellent and the area looks great. I found his price very reasonable.
These guys are amazing they came and did a beautiful job I would recommend these people to everyone and anyone who needs work I will not go with anyone else when it comes to landscaping and /or lawn care.

I am writing to inform anyone and everyone of the poor quality of business from Lawn Ranger Lawn Care Service. I have had this particular company come to my home for 2 years; this summer would have been 3. I asked Jim, the proprietor, to hold off on mowing this year until May 1st. Due to the weather and lack of grass growing, I planted grass seed on my lawn and wanted it start growing before the mowing started. I am also on a budget and this would of helped... Let me make this clear he was only going to come 2 weeks ago, so I am not sure what waiting two weeks would have done. Jim called me today to tell me he was coming tomorrow. When I asked why, Jim told me that the pathetic two inches of grass that has grown if waited till next week would have clogged his mower. I don t understand why his professional equipment is so terrible that it cannot handle two inches of grass? What s even more troubling is that my lawn doesn t even need mowed yet as there is no high grass, NONE! Perhaps Jim needs to buy new equipment and wants to swindle what he can from his customers? The first year we agreed to do business together he sent me a bill at the end of the season and told me I owed $200 dollars. I asked him to send me a copy of the checks I had written, he did, I called my bank and had them send checks they had cashed. Jims accounting department neglected to post a $200 dollar check, crazy how that happens? This past year he tried to do the same but this time it was for $75, this was also a discrepancy but I decided that if he needed the money that badly, we would send it anyway, and we did... I will not allow anyone to dictate to me what I spend and when I have someone come to my home and do service for a product I am paying for, If this is how Lawn Ranger does business that is fine, but I will no longer do business with them. After Jim told me he would not come to my house because I told him to wait ONE week , he decided to send me a text message and threaten and berate me because this is the type of man he is ladies and gentleman a classless swindler of his terrible service.. The kid that mowed my neighbors grass and did a heck of better job than this so called professional business; is getting my business. You ve been warned; don t get scammed by Jim and his Lawn Ranger Lawn Care Service!!!
