$309 fee to have them make an initial visit and create some design ideas shortly after the visit. A gentleman arrived and spent some time with us, and said it would take a week or two to get back to us with initial ideas. Three to four weeks later he texted that he was on vacation and very busy, and accidentally put our file in the ‘completed’ pile. Then he said he’d work on our project designs, but it would take a couple of weeks because he’s so busy. He promised to send some rough cost estimates as well. He did send two SketchUp abstract diagrams of terracing configurations, no designs, and no cost estimates. This is now at least two months later, with very little information. We had been clear that we wanted to pursue -this year - an acceptable design if feasible, so he knew we weren’t wasting his time. Crickets. I then went to the company’s website and asked for a refund of our $309, as THEY DON’T POST THEIR PHONE NUMBER, so all I could do was request this via their portal. I also texted their designer, and he repeated his prior excuses. But he didn’t address my refund request either. Glamorous website and projects, but unreliable in communication and follow through. Perhaps our project didn’t meet their threshold of ‘spectacularness.’ Unless you have a six figure project, better to look elsewhere. I write this as a retired architect who worked in top notch firms with a wide range of clients, and we never treated them in this manner.

Pontz has been maintaining our Pond for quite a few years. They always do a great job. Again this year, it's looking good. Tyler and his partner did a professional job. Barrie & Jean Edwards

Pontz installed our pond and it is drop dead gorgeous. When first installed, it was not quite right and they quickly came back and took care of it. We could not be happier (nor could the fish)
