David did a great job of explaining the treatment. He also went above and beyond to get me an emailed copy of my prior service.
It seems that Oscar did a fine job of aerating and overseeing my lawn… But the one thing I specifically asked him to do (when he called prior to coming to my home while I was at work) was close the gate to the back yard when he was done. That did not happen. A little surprised and pretty disappointed in that, but everything else was fine.
Update: One of their technicians reached out to replace my tree 2 weeks ago. Since then he has cancelled his appointment with me multiple times, coming up with any new excuse. We hired Senske Services to manage our weed growth in our new home. Their technician killed one of our brand new trees on the first visit and Senske's customer service has been extremely poor. I've attached a picture for reference. This is a brand new home in a brand new development. These trees were placed as part of our landscaping. I showed Senske pictures of the green tree prior to service, and the dead one about a month later. They agreed it must have been sprayed by the weed treatment. Since then, I've received one visit from a technician. They simply sprayed it with fertilizer and told me it would fix it. It's been months and I've left multiple voicemails for leadership with no response. They've chosen to ignore my issue and their mistake. Britt Spangler is the branch manager who has done nothing to resolve this. My tree is ruined and Senske Services have decided it's not a priority to address their mistakes. I'd highly recommend choosing a company that cares about their customers.
We have been very happy with our service from Senske. Clayton has been great to work with. He is always very nice and professional. Moreover, he is great at his work and has been really helpful with solving our rodents issues where other companies have failed.
Clayton work was great. My issue is with customer service. I called on July19th to report mole activity in my yard after the first preventive application which was done on the 21st of June. I was informed I needed to wait until my next application. In those ten days the the pictures of my yard.
Less than 24 hours after they sprayed for missed areas for weed control and lawn fertilizer my grass died where they spray. No apologies or anything. Worst service, disgusting what they can do to a yard within 1 visit Update: Almost 1 week after my second treatment and more weeds and more variety of weeds after 1st and 2nd service around the boarder of my very small property. It looks like they didn’t spray around the edges of the very small property near the sidewalk. I have weeds and mushrooms growing after my 2nd service. They will have to make this right or I will be cancelling. Photos taken are after 2 months of service. Weeds shown in picture were not present at time of first service which tells me there is something definitely or right!
Kyle from Senske Services did an excellent job during his recent visit to our house. I really appreciated his attention to detail, like not disturbing the gravel and ensuring chemicals didn't get inside the birdbath by flipping it upside down (see photo). Even when I pointed out a bush on the other side of the house, he apologized and promptly took care of it. Double thumbs up for his professionalism!
Phillip carefully assesses our yard’s needs and treats accordingly. We’ve subscribed to most of Senke’s service for several years and have the best yard in the neighborhood - per all those who pass by on their walks 😉! Thanks Phillip & Senske Services!

TOTAL CROOKS. They messed up a date and then said the service would be free. They came out weeks later, unannounced, to do the service. I said we didnt want it, but they said it was free. Fine. Then they billed me. I called them for each bill received and they said they would take care of it. Now it has been sent to collections and they refuse to speak with me about it.

Why the hell would you call for aeration and overseeding in September?? And, then you apply the wetting application end of September when it s been pouring rain. Your organization has really sucked since Washington Tree Service. Even those former WTS employees have said it s sad.

I moved here 18 years ago and had Senske start taking care of a100 year old weeping cherry in the yard. My established neighbors tell me often how the tree has never looked so healthy. I also use the pest control (old house). I am pleased and comfortable with this company, their products, and the results.
Thomas did a good job and appears most weeds are dying just a day after spraying. We have had the weed control service for a few years and been very happy with it. We did experience an issue where we would get called saying they were going to be out to spray but no one came. After a few calls that issue seems to be corrected.
Clayton does a wonderful job of checking in and explaining all services prior to doing them. He is a total professional who knows what customer service is all about. He is the reason why I have this service!
Eric was very polite and helpful in looking at the bug situation on our apple tree. He sprayed underneath to prevent the insects from taking over the leaves and fruit. We appreciate his time and effort to do a thorough investigation and job.

Weve used Senske in the past for lawn services and they did great work, were back and added pest and tree services. Needless to say were big fans of Senske! Matt came out to treat for Grubs and did an excellent job of explaining the process. Erik came out and did a thorough walk around with me and were looking forward to a spider, and and wasp free season. Thanks to both Matt and Erik!

WHY IS MY LAWN TURNING YELLOW?
I use Senske for both lawn services and pest control. Steven was out today for our quarterly pest control and as always, was a professional and great to work with. Hes helped us with packages, always communicates before and after and we are always happy with his service.

Joey was awesome. He was very flexible and understanding because I had actually canceled my service. However, once thinking about it and talking a few things over with him I decided it was best to have the service done. To hopefully prevent some hard work for me later on. What convinced me the most was his complete understanding when I said I had canceled the service. He was ready to walk away and offered to make sure it was canceled at his office. No pressure and kindness goes such a long way.
