Great work, quick service, excellent communicator! Called on a whim needing my yard cut after buying my house and they snapped into action. I was able to get the entire yard cut within 30 minutes of calling to request a quote. I will be using again to help with fixing up some issues in the back yard. Rude people lack of respect and dignity
I highly recommend Mr. Greens - they are very professional, respond quickly, and take great pride and care in their work. I called Ron on a Saturday from overseas about my property in Lakewood. It turned out to be a bigger job than I thought, but by Sunday it was all sorted. Ron took my big problem and handed me solutions- the definition of good customer service.
I hired Ron and his team to build up a small brick wall along our flower beds. He ended up postponing the work for 3 straight weeks - which wasnt a huge deal - but it meant the project was done while I was traveling for work. He sent some picture updates during the work, but there is only so much detail you can pick up from a cell phone picture. I had them come out to go over the plan before I left, but when the time came to do the work they forgot the items that we went over. They didnt do any of the details we discussed. We are going to have pay someone to re-do their work. Additionally, they used two different colors of brick during the project for some reason, which is an additional cost we will have to pay to fix. This is the first negative review Ive ever left. I hate to do it. But its been almost a month since the work and they have not responded to any of my phone calls or texts. Poor communication and poor execution. Very disappointing.
He is a very nice man very polite and really takes the time out to talk to you and listen to you he has patience.

I am updating this review of Mr. Greens Lawn care. After misquoting the price to remove leaves from our lawn, I expressed my disappointment with Mr. Greens Lawncare. Ron called and offered to fix the problem. He did end up coming back out to the house and completing the job for the price he originally quoted. We appreciated his commitment to customer satisfaction.
