They randomly show up for service with 0 advance notice which is insane to me. then they silently have your services on repeat annually even if you never signed up for that, which is predatory. They also sprayed pet harmful chemicals in our yard while my dog was right there. nobody from their organization even notified us that they were servicing our yard

The service is alright, but I must say im a little disappointed here. I had a gentleman out to take a look at some problematic/dry spots in my recently(6 weeks ago) laid sod. The gentleman ripped up my newly laid sod, created a hole, and killed a patch of my lawn. Not sure I ll be continuing service as I hired them to help fix my lawn, not destroy it.
