Appreciate the quality and ease of this service. I made the mistake to take a year off to “save a few bucks” and won’t make that mistake again.
Great service! Extremely happy with my lawn!
My lawn has been covered in their dumb pamphlets for the last week since they apparently just threw them all over our neighborhood. Based on the other reviews of their services here, perhaps it's appropriate that I learned about them from trash left all over my lawn.
We were only signed up for organic fertilizer. We made it clear we did not want any pesticides used on our yard. We pre-paid for the Summer. A tech came out and applied pesticides all over our front yard and half of our back yard. We stopped him and explained we only wanted the organic fertilizer. He assured us he would get it right next time. We also left a voicemail and e-mailed the company to ensure they had us signed up for only the fertilizer. They never contacted us back. For the second time in a row, the tech came and applied pesticides all over our yard. We cancelled service. Very unsatisfied customers.
Our lawn went from very poor to one of the best on our street after using this company for their lawn services. They do such a good job that I’m actually annoyed about their exceptional service because now we have to mow our lawn SO OFTEN haha. It’s super lush and thick. Highly recommend.
I've used Minnesota Turf Care for years and have been satisfied, until the last 3 years, each year the yard has had more weeds, color is pale and we've have had to water more than ever before just to keep it alive. I've given feedback multiple times and gave them many opportunities to correct, but obviously they don't care. All I get are excuses blaming weather and accusations that I'm mowing too short, not watering enough etc. which is not true. The last request I made to meet with them and discuss a correction plan in person, I didn't even receive a reply. Super disappointing as they did well and are a local company but customer service is lacking big time.
I could not be happier - My first year using Minnesota Turf Care and my lawn is lush and green. They come on a regular basis; the lawn looks great; their prices are good. I'm a happy customer. Update 3 years later: Still real happy with Minnesota Turf Care. My lawn is lush and green and there are no weeds. I've never had to call them back to reapply. They do great work.
These guy are awesome! I deal with Shawn and Steve. Steve is my technician. Both are extremely knowledgeable and quick to return my calls. My yard has done a complete 180. At first there was no hope, but these guys came through big time. All my neighbors ask me what I have done. I tell them all the tips that Steve has given me, but most of all I tell them to call MN Turf Care and get some great service. I will continue to use them in the long run. P.S. They have great pricing. $47 a treatment. That over $100 cheaper than the big name providers for a season. And you can pay one treatment at a time, no obligation to pay for a whole season or contracts.

Theyve left a pamphlet on my lawn everyday for the past week.
So the guy decides to park in front of my house to load and unload his machine, then drive across my lawn to get to his clients lawn. I told him not to do that. He acted like I was being unreasonable-he had three lawns in a row that he serviced to park in front of not a huge deal but who does that?
I have used MN Turf Care for many years, and my yard always looks great! Very responsive and timely for re-sprays too if ever needed.
They do a great job and very professional. Iv never had a problem with them whatsoever. I had a soso yard at best when I moved in and now my neighbors ask me who I use for my yard. The pricing is less then what I was paying to go to the hardware store and buy the fertilizer myself and the results are much better.
Ive had them for five or six years. Was very happy. Lawn looked great. The last 3 years have been gradually getting worse and worse. This year is the final straw. I have more weeds than grass. Very disappointing. Complained last year and, they sent me an email on how I could get rid of the weeds they supposedly sprayed for. I really wish I could have the service they gave me when I started. They were awesome.
Just started with these guys for the summer and they have been great. They call before applying, leave a note explaining what they did and include care tips for the lawn. Easy to work with and our lawn has never looked better.
I have used MTC for years. They are very dependable and do a great job. I highly recommend.
Very good company to work with! Always answer questions and if not satisfied with a treatment (Doesnt happen often) they come out and reapply. Also had an issue where the internet company came and dug trenches in my yard for new cable and they were supposed to fix and they didnt but MN Turf care fixed it for the cable company even though it wasnt there problem!

I have lived in my house 17 years and had the best lawn in the neighborhood, I hired Mn Turf Care for the last 2 years and the lawn looks terrible. I just quit their service. They burned my lawn earlier this year and blamed the weather and watering, I have done the same thing every year and have been through many different weather patterns. Would never recommend them.
Always have done a nice job for us. We are on a corner lot and still very little weed problems and if there are they take care of it.
Was a customer last year went to get them for this year and thay said no we have our schedule set for the year not the beat way to keep a customer left the big companies to go to a local company but thay are no better than the big company thay did not reach out to their previous customer me to see if i would like to continue to be a customer so back to the big companies
We had them for two years. Over the two years they accidentally treated our neighbors yard twice (instead of ours). We had to call/email them twice for a poorly done job. The most recent (week of 4/25/16), I sent pictures and a polite email (4/26). Shawn responded (morning of 4/27) that the tech would get in touch with me. The afternoon of 4/29, I emailed him back because his tech hadnt reached out to me. Long story short, they didnt want our business and refunded our money (we had prepaid for the year).
If ever there was a company that deserved a zero star rating, this is it. They manage the lawns in the home owners association I am in (something I am trying to change) and they represent a true menace. My neighborhood has long stretches of grass, that MN Turf treats chemically. These grassy areas run for several hundred feet, but MN Turf only puts out notices of sprayed chemicals at one end (so if you happen to live on the far side and are walking your pet.... bam! chemical puppy). Moreover, they do not date these signs or give any advice as to when it might be safe to allow children or animals on the grass (they unhelpfully state that you should wait until dry - no idea how anyone can figure that out without being doused in chemicals). No one ever seems to answer the phones at this business (in fact, the message that you get basically tells you to get lost). If you really must chemically treat your lawn I suggest you look elsewhere.
