We have started using Enjays this summer for lawn mowing and full maintenance. First time they came no weed whipping or edging was done, the second time they came they left all the clippings in the yard, and only our front yard. Everywhere else it looked okay. In our service contract it says weed pulling and it has never been done. Weed whipping and edging is a hit or miss every time. And grass is usually left exceptionally long, which makes it hard to tell if they actually came. They had a tech come and set my sprinklers up which was weird cause they were already set, but I noticed my grass was super dry, I went to check them and my sprinklers are just OFF. 😑 So far for almost 5k a season I seriously am so disappointed. The quality of work does not match the price point. We will not be using them again, lesson learned

I had a new irrigation system installed last summer. The crew was friendly, however I was told I would receive a layout design before they start. This turned out to be a verbal discussion about where they were going to place the sprinkler heads, not a formal design proposal explaining the layout and coverage details with water consumption like other companies told me they would provide. During the install they cut my internet connection because they didn't wait for all services to be marked. I didn't order the site survey so they should have had received the all clear when everything was marked since they were the ones requesting the markings. They also wanted to place the service box in the middle of my back yard without asking me. By the time I discovered it was already being placed and I decided it wasn't worth arguing over. Overall the system works well and I'm happy with the mobile app to manage schedules and monitor water usage. I have asked for a scheduled time for them to come out this spring and have not received confirmation of a turn up date... it's been a month. The common theme is lack of communication here. I asked for a quote to aerate my lawn and was told they don't do that because they don't have a machine for it. Those aren't expensive for a lawn service company to own so I found that odd. I went to another company and they completed that service within 2 weeks of order. I may switch to that other company for turning up and turning down my system in the spring and fall if I don't get a scheduled date soon. While the system works well, I would probably go with another company if I had to do it over. Communication is the key here.

I’m a new customer to EnJay this winter for snow removal and I have been really happy with their work. During a three day snowstorm, they came three times and were fantastic. We had extra cars in our driveway and they went out of their way to clear as much of our driveway as they could. They even got out and used their shovels to get up close to the garage and in between the cars for us! Super great job and I highly recommend them!

Enjay installed a sprinkler system in our 1/2 acre lot. We contracted with them in fall 2020 to be first up in spring 2021. What they didn't tell us is that "first up" for sprinkler system installation meant AFTER they get their spring clean up done. The conversation didn't happen til June. Then there was a miscommunication about us having installed artificial turf, which delayed it another 3-4 weeks. Then they sandwiched us in among all those who didn't commit last fall to be first up this spring. Then they left, and our yard looked like a war zone, even by the neighbor's opinions. Several of the sprinkler heads needed to be lowered for lawn mowing. The Rachio controller they use caters only to iphone users (note that 87% of the phone market is Android users). We still have ruts in the yard to deal with, though the seed they used came in nicely in some spots. There was no conversation about where they located the central plate and it sits there, in a prime spot of our yard; not out of sight somewhere. Some of the heads were misdirected and our newly installed stepping stone path was removed and put back in too high for the mower. It took more than a week to get them back out. Their installation crew barely spoke to us, looked at us or communicated with us. The guys who came out to right the situation were great. Bottom line is, I am confident there are better companies out there. We are sitting here on the edge of more 90-plus degree days and can't use our system, since the Rachio does not work with Android and they can't come back out for several days. Thus our new $10k sprinkler system is unusable. Frustrating, to say the least. All we heard was how busy they are.

This is our 2nd year using Enjay. We hired Enjay to do our snow removal at a rental property since we live out of state. They are extremely reliable, honest about the work they do, and always communicate with their customers. One of the best things is that they send out communication prior to winter storms to remind customers of expectations. Being we live out of state, this is great because we don't always know what the weather is like and we can than inform our renters. We are so thankful we found them and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I hired Enjay for a season long fertilization treatment. My lawn looks great but I hadn't received a bill from them. So I called and asked if they forgot or sent it out. They said that since I was a disabled veteran there wouldn't be a bill and thanked me for my service! I was beyond shocked and grateful. Thank you so much Enjay!!!!!

Learned about the EnJay Team through home advisor. We were given a very reasonable quote for putting in a retaining wall. The team was timely, upfront, and honest in regards to schedule and weather perturbations. They completed the job earlier than we anticipated, and the quality was great. They even moved a dogwood bush that was in the way of the wall, and it is doing fine! Thanks guys I would recommend you to anyone needing landscaping work.
