Jim and the team did a fantastic job on working with me unexpectedly. We had our deck rebuilt by a family friend who does decks, and then we and realized we needed Jim to do landscaping and pavers below it to replace a concrete slab that had heaved over many years. Jim gave a timely quote, met and spoke with me several times, started the project when he stated, and came out and reviewed the work the day after it was finished. They did a complete job with attention to detail. Even details I did think were part of the project! So nice to have people do quality work and can be counted on. Thank you Jim and team.

My neighbor was having some landscape work, during that work I thought my irrigation had been damaged by Franklin. Franklin immediately came out the next morning to inspect my irrigation, turned out the issue was completely unrelated to their work. Charged me nothing for the diagnostic, were very friendly about the situation. Complete professionals, very much appreciated.

Cannot recommend Franklin Outdoor Services enough! Jim, the owner, is wonderful to work with and pays attention to all of the details. He has an eye for landscape design, turning our backyard into the perfect oasis. And when it comes to lawn care, he is on the ball with scheduling the services that need to be done (spraying, seeding, sprinkler maintenance, fall cleanups, etc.) in order to keep the yard looking meticulous. Also appreciate Jim’s knowledge and willingness to answer any and all questions!

We finished our first of several phases of work with Franklin Outdoor Services. Jim was more than accommodating to work with us how we could accomplish lighting ahead of the winter months and to set the stage for more work once we get to Spring/Summer. We knew we had to rely on the weather being cooperative for Jim and his crew to do the initial lighting, but at first opportunity Jim called to say his team was coming onsite. Couldn’t be happier. The work was very well done and his team was professional and courteous. We look forward to working with Jim and team in the Spring.

Franklin Outdoor Services recently completed a significant landscaping project for us, including a large permeable paver patio/retaining wall around our pool, a sunken fire pit, pergola/dining area, under-porch living room and stone steps on the side of the house. We are very pleased with how the project turned out. Our backyard went from a place we never went to our key entertaining location. They were very knowledgeable in making suggestions (our city has certain ordinances around impervious surface maximums, and they helped us find a work-around) and modifying the project as conditions required (we located an issue with underground water while installing the paver patio). We completely relied upon them for the design of lighting and plants (not something we are familiar with/interested in) and we were surprised and stunned by the results. I was also impressed with the materials they used, both in quality and variety. They did some unique things that I have not seen in other backyards. We would definitely use Franklin Outdoor Services for future projects, and would recommend them to friends.
