Getting charged for services, receiving messages asking how the service was… but no one shows up. This is the third time this has happened. Also, the first couple of times they showed up, they did a great job (edging, mowing, yard looked great). The last few times they’ve been very lazy with it. They’ll do a quick mow, no edging. Edited to add: we are STILL GETTING CHARGED, and yet no one has shown up in well over a month! Ridiculous! AND they refuse to refund us!
Having Shaun looking after our lawn has been a specially positive and satisfying experience. With his pleasantness, professionalism and often timely response to our special needs, we (as absentee owner) look forward to hopefully a long and reliable liaison for years to come. I would recommend Shaun with LawnStarter to anyone.
My yard had never looked better. Communication I great and he shows up on schedule, no wondering if and when someone is going to come. I will continue using him as long as he is willing to service my yard. 5 stars without a doubt.

Lawn Started sent out a professional to do my lawn for a very good price. I highly recommend lawn starter services. The lawn man left my lawn looking like it was done by a "pro". The grass has been cut at the perfect height, edged, and all branches picked up. And as well as the driveway, the roadway and patio was blown off leaving my yard looking clean and well maintained. Very good job. He is well manner and polite. To be working in the hot sun he still takes time to pay attention to details, he has a nice personality glad he is my lawn man.
Wes does my landscaping and mows my lawn biweekly. He is very thorough and his hospitality is unmatched! After completing my services, he was even nice enough to put my trash cans in my backyard after the garbage man came by! How's that for customer service!! LawnStarter has earned a customer for life! Thanks a million Wes and as always, GREAT WORK, my yard looks amazing!!
My Lawn Starter technician, Noel, came out today as promised. ( I like the way he communicates his availability to complete my lawn) I am pleased with his services and I will continue with his services for many years to come. Have to have a minimum of 3 cutes no one time service.
Horrible service; I would not recommend this business. Landscaper came and cut my front lawn and some of the backyard. Waited weeks for him to finish the job and he never came back.

Worst service Ive ever used in my life. They are scammers. Just call a local company save cut out the middle man and the added fees.

Too hard to manage schedule
Agree Its rates high edging and weed eating. Grass was scheduled for Sat. They came on Monday. Never mention this I have a plastic fence around my yard. Asking plz dont hit with weed eater breaks the bottom of fence. Also plz on each side of fence in front plz use weed eater. Thanks I really do appreciate your help. Thank-you ! They destroyed my pool drain with the weed whacker
Had to start and cancel an account with this bunch in the span of two days cause they managed to $&@! up before they even got out here. Wife opened an account on a Wednesday and scheduled to have the first cut done on Thursday. Got a text from their cutter middle of the day Thursday saying his trailer got stolen (which is why hitch and hub locks exist) and had to go to Lowe s to get new equipment and he would cut Friday. No contact Friday till I call customer service at the end of the day and get informed they won t show up till next week now. Told them to immediately close the account and not bother because I don t work with people that screw up before they even show up to my property.
I am extreme happy with the service that Isiah is doing at my property. My yard looks better than it has in a year.

I was a little leary about signing up, but the whole thing has been super easy and unbelievably convenient. I love that I can do everything via the app, so I can get my lawn sorted out even if Im out of town.

They came out to my property and attempted to cut my grass with a dull blade. All it was doing was flattening the grass, and slowly coming back up. They then tried using a weed eater, and then they just did it in small spots spaced out. Lawn looked better before they even tried cutting it. Horrible
We are a few mows in and this has been a great service. The convenience of the app and the ability to pay by card have been great.
