Lawn Rescue in Lakeland

I am not happy with the service. Tried calling them multiple times and also left messages in portal. No reply. Damaged multiple sprinkler heads.

The absolute worst! Trying to fire them but they won t answer emails and both numbers they have listed are out of service. They don t come every week like we ve been paying for they come at most once a month. It s awful.

I need someone from this company to contact me asap! Your phone # is out of service and I ve been emailing you for 3 months now with no reply.

The company is great the first time they do your yard, they really go above and beyond to do everything correctly but it is just a con. Its the classic bait and switch. Starting from the very second time they cut my yard problem started. My yard has been cut too low and I have dead areas as a result. They dont pick up Moss and leave it everywhere. The worst part about the company is there is absolutely zero communication. You can call them 5 times, leave 5 messages and they will not respond. In the unlikely event that you actually do get to speak to someone, they will sound very sympathetic to your problems and promise to address everything but not one thing will be done. And forget about asking them to do anything extra like fertilize or spray because that wont happen. Ive been waiting for months for them to come out and give me a quote on sodding and mulching to no avail. They continue to repeatedly tell me every time I speak to them that theyre going to come out and give me a quote but it never happens. After this final job they did for me Ive just had it with this company.

I was very pleased with the service until change of ownership took place less than a year ago. The quality and attention to detail has diminished significantly and there seems to be zero quality control. Previously we would often see the owners/management checking in the years a few times a year to inspect and do detail work. That is non existent now. I really hope they can get things in control and take more pride in their workmanship. Best of luck.

Lawn Rescue has blown us away! They are professional, polite, punctual and efficient beyond belief. Our previous lawn service had left us feeling like maybe we were unreasonable with what we were expecting for lawn care but Colt & Alycia have proven to us that we were not out of line with our expectations, we just had the completely wrong company! First and foremost, they are SO reasonably priced for the quality provided. Second, they send you an email every single week letting you know what day they are servicing your property. You can email them and ask for add-on service or any additional questions you have. They answer very quickly and clearly. If weather becomes an issue, they also email to let you know they are delayed and what day they expect to be able to get back on track. The communication from this team is just so top-notch, I cant say enough. Third, the quality of work received!! I had no idea what I was missing out on letting myself struggle with my previous company for so long. Lawn Rescue is efficient, thorough, and professional. No longer will I walk past a window and wonder if the man standing in my yard in ragged clothes looking unkempt and SMOKING A CIGARETTE (UGH COME ON) should be in my yard or not. They have company branded shirts so they are easily identified and they do not spend ANY time just standing around, especially NOT smoking in my yard or chatting on cell phones. The mowing, edging, and blowing of my property are all thoroughly completed every week. They even put my garbage and recycling bins away for me if they arrive on garbage day. Honestly, I could keep going and going and going on how much I love and appreciate this company. You will NEVER have 1 single moment of regret if you choose Lawn Rescue to care for your property, I promise.

Lawn Rescue has been servicing our home for the past two years. Exceptional service, lawn is always in top shape. Also, very communicative regarding scheduling - I know every week exactly when they will be at our home. If there is any interruption due to weather they communicate the makeup date. Further, getting to know the owners a bit more, they are amazing people who are very passionate about their business and the clients they serve.

I LOVE Lawn Rescue and cant say enough good things about them! They are priced fairly and do excellent work! They go above and beyond. I received an email from them on the morning of the day they are coming asking me if I have any special needs. I wish I had known about them sooner! Trust me, you wont be disappointed!

I have over an acre to mow, edge and weed eat and I just didnt have the time to dedicate my time or my wifes time to stay on top of it. I got in touch with Lawn Rescue and we agreed on a price that I know is probably too low but they were glad to pick up the account and they have done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to take care of your lawn for you. For the money you have to spend buying all the equipment and storing it, it is just not worth doing it yourself.
